• 1 loaf of French bread

• 1- 11/2 cups Sweet Heat Grill & Wing Sauce

• 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

• 1-11/2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded

• 1 red onion, sliced or diced

• Fresh cilantro, chopped

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Slice French bread loaf in half, then cut halves in half to make 4 pieces.
