BOURBON MEATLOAF • 2 lbs. (.907 kg) ground beef • 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic • 1 tsp. Hula-Hula Hawaiian Seasoning Blend • 1 egg • 2 Tbsp. water • ½ cup bread crumbs • 1 tsp. each salt and black pepper • 2 Tbsp. plus 1/3 cup Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients except 1/3 cup Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce. Mix ingredients and place in a 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake for 1/2 hour then brush with 1/3 cup Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce and continue to bake another ½ hour or until cooked throughout.

Firecracker Chicken
Incredibly easy baked chicken recipe with the most delicious sweet and spicy sauce. Simple, quick, delicious and perfect for busy nights! (If you prefer a milder dish, omit the hot sauce and red pepper flakes.)
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts • 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic • ¼ cup olive oil • ¼ cup soy sauce • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar • 1 tsp. Citrus Mojo Spice Blend • 1 tsp. black pepper • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (optional) • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
Make Now: Pre-heat oven to 450°F. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in a 9" x 13" baking dish and pour half the sauce over-top. Brush evenly over entire surface. Flip the chicken breasts and pour remaining sauce over top; brush or spoon from the pan making sure chicken is fully covered. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from the oven and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Serve with your favourite side dish. Garnish with chopped green onion or chopped parsley, if desired. Chicken thighs or drumsticks can also be used.
Make ahead and Freeze: In a small bowl, whisk together all of the marinade/glaze ingredients. Place chicken breasts in a large freezer bag and pour marinade over-top. Seal bag, secure cooking instructions (above) and freeze. When ready to cook, thaw in fridge overnight and follow cooking instructions.
