1 x 12” or 14” flatbread or store bought pizza crust
/3 - ½ cup Anna Mae's Smoky Sweet Oven & Grill Sauce

1 chicken breast, baked and sliced into 1 inch strips
/3 cup white onion, sliced and chopped ½ cup red and yellow peppers, diced ½ cup crumbled feta cheese 1 tsp. Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lime 1 ½ cups grated mozzarella cheese 1
Spread Anna Maes Smoky Sweet Oven & Grill Sauce evenly over the crust and top with cooked chicken, peppers, onions and feta cheese. Sprinkle with Garlic Pepper with Twist of Lime and top with grated cheese; drizzle with 3 Tbsp. Anna Mae's Smoky Sweet Oven & Grill Sauce over-top. Bake at 425ºF for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are browned. 5

GRILLED SWEET & SPICY PINEAPPLE ½ of a pineapple, cut into spears ½ cup brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce
Recipe
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a large ziplock bag. Add pineapple spears, close tightly, and shake so that the cinnamon and brown sugar coat the spears. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Pre-heat your grill to medium heat, approximately 350-400°F. Place the pineapple spears on the grill and turn every few minutes. Near the end of grilling, brush spears with Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce. Turn frequently. Grill the pineapple until cooked to your liking. Enjoy! 6

CEDAR PLANK SALMON WITH MAPLE-MUSTARD GLAZE 1-½ lb (680 g) salmon fillet ¼ cup (60 ml) maple syrup 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) Raspberry Honey Mustard
½ tsp. (2 ml) Sunset Seasoned Salt ¼ tsp. (1 ml) Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lime
Soak one 12” x 7” (30 x 18 cm) untreated cedar plank in water for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours; place salmon on top. In small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Raspberry Honey Mustard, Sunset Seasoned Salt and Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lime; brush half over salmon. Place plank on grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, brushing once with remaining mixture, until fish flakes easily when tested, approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Halve salmon lengthwise; cut crosswise into 6 slices. Transfer to serving platter. Grilling the salmon on water-soaked cedar planks infuses it with a delightfully smoky taste, plus the sauce gives it a golden glaze. If you can’t do this outside, bake it on planks in a 425°F oven for about 12 minutes. 12

I cannot imagine my life without Sunset Gourmet! I have been able to experience so many new and exciting opportunities that otherwise would not have been possible.
