I first learned about Sunset Gourmet when a neighbour invited me to an online party. I was instantly attracted when I noticed the incredible amount of Gluten Free products available! As a person who struggles with food sensitivities, it is hard to find foods that are not only safe but also delicious. I think I ordered 3 products and once I tried them I was sold. The products literally sell themselves because they are so good! As a busy mom of 4 and having a husband who doesn’t like to try new foods, it is very difficult to cook meals that everyone will enjoy. Sunset Gourmet has helped me do that. Italian Rustico Grilled Pork Kabobs • 2 lbs. (.908 kg) pork tenderloin, cut into 1" cubes • ¼ cup Honey Ginger Teriyaki Marinade & Grill Sauce • ¼ cup Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil • ¼ cup Apple Butter Grilling Sauce • 2 Tbsp. Italian Rustico Seasoning Blend • 1 Tbsp. Oh! So Celery • 1 tsp. black pepper • Bamboo skewers
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except the pork. Cut pork tenderloin into 1" cubes and add to marinade. If cooking now: Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours, or overnight. To freeze for later: Place into a freezer bag and freeze with cooking instructions (below) attached. When ready to use, defrost overnight in refrigerator. Cooking Instructions: Let wooden skewers soak in water for 30 minutes. Remove pork from marinade and thread onto skewers, packing them tightly. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until pork is cooked through. Serve with: Roasted potatoes and a side salad with one of our three delicious salad dressings!
