Freezer Meal Workshop Recipe
Prep. Freeze. Grill it later!
MEDITERRANEAN GREEK HERB STEAK • 4-6 Rib Eye or Sirloin beef steaks • 3 Tbsp. Mediterranean Greek Herb Blend • 2 Tbsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt • ½ cup beer (or any carbonated beverage) Assembly Instructions: Combine all ingredients except steak into large Ziploc bag and mix together. Add steaks, mix well, seal bag, secure cooking instructions and freeze. Cooking Instructions: Remove from freezer and thaw overnight. Preheat grill to highest setting. Place the steaks on grill for about 2 minutes to sear; flip and cook an additional 2 minutes. Move the steaks to a cooler part of the grill and monitor until the desired level of doneness is achieved. Use a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the steak and remove steaks from the grill about 5° below your target temperature. Cover the steaks with foil and let rest 5-10 minutes. (Letting the meat rest before serving allows

carry over heat to bring the steaks up to the necessary temperature and redistribute the juices)
