Bugatti Divo The French luxury brand pulled the cover off its newly developed, track-ready hypercar: the Divo. One-upping the Chiron is no easy task, but Bugatti has triumphed in just that. The general mission statement for the Divo encompasses agility, nimbleness and ‘optimum handling on track’ - taking a clear step forward from the company’s foregoing ethos that has previously pushed the hypercar manufacturer towards outright tomahawklike levels of acceleration and straight line speed. The Divo is powered by Bugatti’s signature 8 litre quad-turbocharged W16 engine with a power output of a monstrous 1479hp. In addition, the Divo is both 35kg lighter and produces 90kg more downforce than the preceding Chiron. Its maximum speed is now ‘limited’ to a physics-defying 380 km/h. Bugatti has already confirmed the Divo will be built in a very limited run of only 40 vehicles. Upon the start of presentations to selected potential
