The business world is full of hugely talented and successful women who not only run businesses, or work in demanding roles, but they often also juggle caring responsibilities at the same time W e understand the positive impact on women of recognising and celebrating their successes, so what better than to create awards to demonstrate this to the wider community. The Successful Women in Business Awards were born in 2018!

As we celebrate the Awards’ third birthday in 2020, we have 11 individual category awards launching at our Annual Conference on 5th March 2020. A huge thank you to our sponsors, many of whom are sponsoring for the second and third time.

This award is open to businesses of all sizes, but they must have been trading for over two years. Applicants will need to demonstrate an increase in sales and profi t, and outline how they’ve captured a larger-thananticipated market share, developed additional revenue streams or expanded into a new geographic region. This award will go to the business demonstrating exceptional levels of growth for its size and sector, with a solid business plan for the year ahead.

Fordington Gin recognises the importance of the support of independent retail outlets to the artisan food and drink market. This award is open to any woman running a business that showcases unique and sustainable food and drink products.
