A reservation for 15 or more people qualifies for the group rate. May I purchase group tickets online? The group rate is not available online. Speak with a group sales representative at 804‑748‑5203 to receive the group rate. May I change my reservation after I pay the deposit? You can change the date of your reservation or the number in your group at any time prior to the final payment date. Parties that drop under 15 are responsible for the regular, non‑group rate. How can I pay for my group reservation? Swift Creek Mill Theatre accepts checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please makemoney orders orchecks payable to Swift Creek Mill Theatre. Can members of my group pay individually? Payment should be made as one deposit and one final payment. Do each of the group members receive individual tickets? Yes. Your group will be seated together in the dining room and your theatre tickets will be given to the Group Leader at that time. Will my group be seated together? Typically, yes. Your group has reserved tables together in the dining room. While we do our best to seat your entire group together in the theatre as well, adjacent seating is based on availability when your deposit is received and cannot be guaranteed. Where can our bus park after we arrive? There is free parking for individual vehicles and motor coaches at Swift Creek Mill Theatre. Your group sales representative or the parking lot a endant will direct your driver to the best location. What do I do if individuals in my group have special needs? Please notify your Group Sales Representative when making your reservation if you have seating, mobility, dietary or other needs, so that we can make your visit as pleasant and as seamless as possible.
