Swift Creek Mill Theatre Accessibility Information Our theatre strives to make its performances and facilities accessible to all patrons. Please let us know your needs, and how we may be of assistance. For additional information or if you have questions, please call our office at 804-748-5203. Parking (Free, Onsite) During non-show times: guests purchasing tickets or conducting other business are welcome to park in spaces located near the smaller (office) building. A ramp entrance is located at the front of the office building on the left side. For Performances: Wheelchair Accessible parking is located on the creek side of the parking lot in front of the theatre (the larger building). Parking tends to fill quickly. If spaces closest to the building are filled, guests with physical needs may exit their vehicles in front of the driveway between the two buildings. This is temporary parking only, as the driveway is used to access the rear parking area. Restrooms Fully accessible restrooms are located on the main level of the theatre building. The restrooms and layout of the Granite Room are accessible; however, the Granite Room itself is accessible by stairs only. Restrooms in the Granite Room are available when there is not a private event in that space. There are no public restrooms on the theatre level (second floor). Building Accessibility The historic Mill building’s main level is at grade and offers wide front entrance doors. An elevator serves the main level and the theatre level. If dining or attending a private event, please note that the elevator does not serve the Granite Room, which is accessible by stairs only. Seating – Dining and Theatre Wheelchair seating is available in the Mill Room for dining. Wheelchair and companion seating is available in the theatre for subscribers, members of groups and single-ticket holders. Please let us know your needs when making your reservation.
