Youth theatre guidelines – swift creek mill theatre

Youth Theatre Guidelines Rates: The theatre ticket price for shorter-length productions (usually around 45 minutes) is $8.75. Featurelength, special and guest productions are $12.50. Add $2.00 to the ticket price for lunch. Youth Series Groups receive one complimentary ticket for every 20 purchased.

Lunch Includes: One slice of pizza, two sides and a drink. Additional pizza may be pre-purchased for $1.00 per slice. (Menu is subject to change.)

Final Count and Payment: A confirmation letter is sent for groups of 20 or more. Final count is due four (4) weeks prior to performance. Payment is due three (3) weeks prior to performance.

Number of Seats: Please include EVERYONE who is coming to the performance in your count. This includes students, teachers, parents, and even the complimentary ticket holder(s).

Special Needs: Our theatre is located on the second floor of an historic building. Please let us know of your needs when making reservations.

Refunds: Refunds are available for up to four (4) people 48 hours prior to the performance.

Arrival Time: Doors open 30 minutes prior to the performance.

Reservations: Reservations for Youth Series performances are taken by phone at 804-748-5203 or in person at the Swift Creek Mill office at 17401 Jefferson Davis Highway, South Chesterfield, Virginia.
