uadalajara Grill is true to its name – food is authentically prepared on a grill which brings out the natural juices and flavors. The south location (at 1384 Paseo del Pueblo Sur) is the original restaurant that Frederico and Martin Solis started in 1994, having learned first-hand from their father who ran a successful taco stand near Guadalajara, Mexico. A hard-work ethic and uncompromising integrity were integral to the original Mexico taco shop and that value system continues today in both south and north locations.
