STRATEGIES & OPPORTUNITIES TO ALTER SITE FUNCTION: Minimise high car usage by closing off one entry lane from Victoria street, and turning William Street to a one-way street.
Promote more modes of transport through installing bike storages and Melbourne Bike Share stations towards the South-East side of the site
Prioritise permit parking over meter parking on William and Rosslyn Streets.
Encourage more community encounter by creating an interactive public space and civic centre in a pre-existing social node and area of influence.
