Edificio industriale progettato per accogliere un impianto di produzione di un importante gruppo impegnato nel settore tessile. Due vasche interrate in cemento armato per approvvigionamento idrico a servizio dell’impianto antincendio in aggiunta alla qualità della struttura prefabbricata sono alcune delle caratteristiche di questo edificio moderno e versatile, impreziosito sia dai portali progettati interamente dallo staff Taramelli group, sia da grandi portoni a libro. Rappresentano alcune delle caratteristiche di un edificio moderno e versatile.

Peculiarities of this modern and versatile project: two underground tanks made of reinforced concrete used by the fire-fighting system and an undisputed quality of the prefabricated structure. Building enriched by portals entirely designed by Taramelli Group integrated with massive folding doorways.

Sotto il Monte {BG}
L’intervento prevede la realizzazione di un nuovo edificio industriale/produttivo tecnologicamente avanzato, eco-sostenibile e dal basso impatto ambientale. Ne è espressione l’installazione di un impianto solar-cooling per la climatizzazione estiva ed invernale dell’edificio. La tecnologia impiegata (denominata anche SolarCombiPlus) prevede l’impiego combinato di collettori solari rappresenta uno degli impieghi più innovativi del solare termico. L’impianto è stato interamente strumentato per monitorarne le prestazioni a livello globale e di singolo componente così da dimostrarne la reale efficienza e quantificare con esattezza i benefici in termini di risparmio di energia primaria per la climatizzazione dell’edificio e di riduzione delle emissioni inquinanti e climalteranti.
Cio’ fa dell’impianto un case history di riferimento per edifici di analoga tipologia su tutto il territorio lombardo. Nella progettazione e realizzazione dell’impianto è stato coinvolto il gruppo di ricerca di Sistemi Energetici dell’Università degli Studi di Bergamo, operante all’interno del Dipartimento di Ingegneria Industriale con dalle rilevanti competenze e referenze internazionali nell’ambito degli impianti di solar cooling.
The project foresees the construction of technologically advanced new industrial / manufacturing building, eco-sustainable with low environmental impact. Particularly important is the installation of a solar cooling system for summer and winter air conditioning. The technology employed (also called SolarCombiPlus) foresees the combined use of solar collectors both for heating purpose in winter and for cooling purpose in the summer season and it is one of the most innovative uses of solar thermal energy. The plant will be fully instrumented to monitor both the global performance and the performance of every single component: this will demonstrate its real efficiency and precisely quantify benefits, in terms of primary energy savings for the building’s air-conditioning and the reduction of polluting and greenhouse emission.

Peschiera Borromeo {MI}
Riqualificazione ed ampliamento della struttura esistente insediata nel polo industriale di Peschiera Borromeo. La destinazione finale: un’officina per la manutenzione di grandi veicoli industriali. In questo intervento, per la pavimentazione della zona lavaggio, è stato utilizzato l’innovativo calcestruzzo drenante di Italcementi i.idro DRAIN. Di particolare rilievo anche la pavimentazione interna in resina epossidica. Medesima cura è stata prestata all’area destina agli uffici, ogni dettaglio architettonico è stato attentamente curato.

Upgrading and enlargement of the existing structure, established in the industrial complex of Peschiera Borromeo, Milan. End use: industrial vehicles maintenance workshop. In the vehicles washing area, we utilized an innovative draining asphalt concrete pavement, (Italcementi i.idro DRAIN), while the internal floor was covered with a layer of epoxy resin. The same care has been taken to the office area, every architectural details was carefully designed.
