Working with a range of artistic disciplines. Online/Digital Marketing. Designing magazine spreads, posters, flyers, business cards, with Adobe InDesign & Adobe Photoshop. Using wordpress to write & editing editorial articles. Using mailchimp to write & design email campaigns. Using hootsuite to manage social media outlets. site content & accessibility review of main site & social media feeds
Main site: I like the clean layout with grid like spread of content. And all necessary links in a neat top row. But there should be a brief line of description at the top perhaps or link to an about page giving further insight into what you do. The tabs on Creative Invite Pages are very insightful and illuminating about the partnering brands.
Creative Invites: Clear and concise way of informing the site members and perspective artists with a brief intro, goals, and information about the parterning brands who helped to bring the creative invite to talenthouse.
Magazine: I love that there is an online magazine blog section, featuring interviews with artists, spotlights, and when possible giving brief insight into how talenthouse and finding opportunities can help someone. Maybe make the front page more visual with arotating banner featuring article images at the top. Perhaps have more articles and interviews giving step by step processes and tips.

2015 Brand Challenge: •
Being on the ‘cutting edge’ generates more in earned media because people talk about and share what’s current.
•
Our target audience (15-25 year olds) can be very fast-paced in their consumption, are always in search of the next undiscovered band or new track.
•
•
Attention spans are shorter (8 seconds now) and we only have a few seconds to get them on board, so the cooler, punchier and more timely the message and context the better. Enabling - (action) Black XS playing an authoritative role and providing experiences for their audience
•
Music moments - (content) cramming our content activity into short, intense spaces or time - think seconds not minutes.
•
Shared euphoria - (context) in the most social and exciting spaces for this audience, both on and offline

reaching a wider audience Black XS campaign: remix & mashup the drop
Spring 2015: Launching of the fragrance in February can be accompanied by promotion of our campaign for The Drop. Artwork and remixes inspired by the Drop. Summer 2015: Utilising the top bands and songs eleased around this time as the seclection of music for creatives to remix and mashup would be ideal Even the film Pitch Perfect 2 is released May 15th 2015. Which, if anything like the first film, will have mashups being a big part of the film. Talking about this will help. Winter 2015: By this point the creative invite would be completed and the festival season would be over, so we would simply be promoting Black XS and showcasing what we did throughout the year. We could commision artists to mashup artists pictures as art of a promotional campaign.
The Drop “It’s the moment when a song climaxes and music finally kicks in, whether it’s thrashing guitars or an electro beat... “ •
