The Blue & Gold is produced and distributed free of charge during the academic year by the Journalism classes of Taipei American School. The views expressed in The Blue & Gold are those of the writers and do not necessarily reflect the views of the school, its students, staff, faculty or administration. The Blue & Gold strives to represent the school as whole, showcasing hidden personalities and covering events and issues that affect the school and community. In striving to create and produce a comprehensive school newspaper, The Blue & Gold has a regularly updated website that is dedicated to providing an even greater voice to members of the student body. Speech is protected on the condition that it does not infringe on others and upholds the Taipei American School values of Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, Kindness, and Courage.
