3rd Alumni meet was held on sept 17th, 2019. Sameet Joshi & Sagar Chatterjee welcomed chief guest Mr. Shyam Chaddha (BYST chairman). He interacted with alumni of Tata STRIVE. DRIVE—Mentor together
September 18th, 2019 TCL volunteers were welcomed by the learners of FOA2 batch. Briefing session was done by Ashish Khadase (Project Manager—TCL). Virendra Gupta (Global VP Engineering—TCL) interacted with volunteers and explained the alignment of Tata DRIVE Mentor Together with Tata Group Core values. Sameet Joshi gave the introduction about Tata STRIVE to TCL employees. Suvarna Mungee gave the Pecha Kucha presentation about Tata STRIVE processes. Mentoring session was held in different classrooms, wherein mentors interacted with learners of Auto Sales Consultant, Android App Developer, Business Development Executive and Assistant Beauty Therapist batches. Mentors talked about learners’ career choices they are making. Learners were delighted to spend that much of time with mentors. Post lunch, mentors gave their feedback about the activity and spoke about their overall experience about the activity. Learners also gave their feedback of mentoring session and its effectiveness in various aspects of communication, interview preparation and resume writing.
