From the phenomenon of webcam industry in Colombia (specifically in Medellin and Cali) as an economic, viral and way of life of many @ s I started a contemporary art project, which consists of making a series of videos with models webcam, using clothes with specific phrases in their performance, allusive to Colombian contemporary art. Also they do a Master Class of History Colombian Art with the purpose of creating conjunctions and contrasts between sex, video art, performance, webcams, chats.
In this project I am motivated by two things, one is to mix art and advertising through diffusion channels where the works are presented, because the channel begins to play a representative role, not only as an art but as a proposal of suspicion and speculation, in addition, the visibility of the CO webcam industry, the media in contemporary social relations and expose taboos around sex on the internet.
