Henry “Bruce” Brummel is a veteran of the United States Army and has served as a member of Tau Psi Zeta Chapter Zeta Male Network (ZMN) Auxiliary for over five years. When asked why he decided to become a member of the ZMN Auxiliary, Brother Brummel stated that he used to attend service projects with his wife, Soror Angela Brummel, prior to being a member of the auxiliary. When his wife explained the expectations of the ZMN Auxiliary and then asked if he would like to be a part of the auxiliary, Brother Brummel states, “I was more than happy to continue my support, be a part of the auxiliary and continue supporting Tau Psi Zeta Chapter and my wife. Brother Brummel continued by stating, “I am honored to serve on the Zeta Male Network Auxiliary. I can work in collaboration with my wife while she serves on the local and national levels of the Sorority.”

Mark Stroud, Jr., is a veteran of the United States Army and the United States Navy. He is the husband of Soror Denise Stroud. Brother Stroud says, “It has been an honor to be asked to be a part of the Zeta Male Network. It made sense that I support my wife knowing that the ladies of Tau Psi Zeta Chapter provide valuable resources to the local and national communities.” Brother Stroud stated, “I look forward to the important assignments that ZMN engages in and is most excited about future endeavors involving male youth.” Brother Stroud believes that a good education is particularly important for today’s young men and women and he is eager to collaborate on ZMN initiatives that provide the best advice on the importance of this aspect. According to Brother Stroud, “The name of the game is to ‘Save our Youth.’ I know for a fact that all the men associated with Zeta Male Network believe this as well. It is a pleasure to serve!”

Karim H. Scott-Newson, Sr., joined Tau Psi Zeta Chapter’s ZMN Auxiliary in the Fall of 2016. His presence at service projects and chapter events is extensive. Brother Newsom is the partner of Soror Alicia Thomas, Tau Psi Zeta Chapter’s 1st Vice President. Brother Newson is the CEO and Principal owner of KSN Trucking, LLC. As a son raised by a single father, and as a father of two young men, Brother Newson states, “I joined the ZMN Auxiliary not only to support the endeavors of my partner within the organization, but also to inspire other men to offer their support to the women they are close to in the chapter, as well as the chapter’s programs, events, and service projects. We make a difference by supporting each other and working together.”

Patrick Peterson is a veteran of the United States Navy and is the husband of Soror Geneva Harris. Brother Peterson has participated in a number of activities and service projects. As a testament to his commitment to service, he and Soror Harris have graciously hosted numerous ZMN activities in their own home.

LeBaron Williams, Sr., is a veteran of the United States Army and is the husband of Soror Donyel Hobbs Williams. Brother Williams has been a member of the ZMN Auxiliary since 2018 and has participated in a number of activities and service projects, including the 2019 International service project in Nassau, Bahamas. When asked why he decided to become a member of the ZMN Auxiliary, Brother Williams stated, “Having witnessed the magnitude of the work that the ladies of Tau Psi Zeta Chapter do, and seeing the impact on the communities that are being served, why wouldn’t I want to be a part of that? Day in and day out, people talk about ‘what needs to be done about one situation or another. But talk is just that—talk. I see these women working, and they are working hard, and my wife is one of them. What better way to help these women, this organization, my wife and the community?”

Herman Jackson is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and is the husband of Soror Travillya Hill. Having recently become a member of the ZMN Auxiliary, Frat Jackson stated, “The reason for me joining Zeta Male Network is because I wanted to work beside my wife serving the underserved communities.”
