3,000 expected to march against Property Tax bill 20.03.13 Recommended retail price â‚Ź1.50

A PROTEST against the Property Tax is organised for the city centre this weekend with organisers hoping more than 3,000 people will take part. The Cork branch of the Campaign Against Home and Water Taxes are calling on Cork people to take part in Saturday’s

protest, which will begin at Connolly Hall at 2pm. More than 1,000 postcards protesting against the tax have been sent to Junior Minister Kathleen Lynch, signed by Cork people and posted by the CAHWT. â—? See page two.
