INTERIOR DESIGN Interior Design • Interior Design including • Preparation of Architectural Survey and Layout • Taking measurements on site where it is needed; • Workspace Plan based on client requirements – up to 3 revisions; • Schematic design: • Schematic design prepared according to the clients requirements and design guidelines - up to 3 revisions; • 3D modeling or Mood Boards and sketches; • 3D video walk through; • Detailed technical design: • Ceilings and floorings drawings; • Materials and colours selection; • Custom furniture design and specification with drawings explaining exact location of the designed furniture; • Ready made furniture selection and specification with drawings explaining exact location of the selected furniture; • Preparing all needed architectural technical drawings; • Preparation of BoQ based on the design regarding all included works, materials and furnishing; • What is Revision The nature and number of alterations/changes that can be made in the interior design project after the initial concept is created : - Functional layout/Workspace Plan based on customer requirements up to 3 revisions: As Revision is considered to be a complete change in functionality, number of rooms (merging 2 meeting rooms, changing reception location, new halls, etc.) or changing requirements for furnishings (specific furniture to be moved to subsequent ones by customer requirements). It is not treated as a revision if the client wishes to move furniture, change functionality in the kitchen or furnishing in bathrooms and toilets - Schematic design (up to 3 revisions) is prepared according to the client's requirements: As revision is considered a change in the desired style of furnishings (for example, if the references discussed are in a modern clean style, and the client wishes to have decorative with 3d floral elements this is a change in style), a change in wall coverings (from paneling to decorative wallpaper or cladding with different style sound, change of the type of the flooring) The revision is not considered as changes in the textile color, color on the walls.

MOVE MANAGEMENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT Move Management • Developing of a move plan based on all client’s requirements for furniture, personal belongings and technical equipment movement to the new office location; • Tendering procedure for Moving Services contractor; • Coordination and execution of the Move Plan with all involved parties;

Change Management A detailed action plan for managing the change with: • A list of required ongoing meetings with prepared infrastructure(presentation templates, etc.) • Work groups and their members, team structure, tasks and contents throughout the project • Changing agents • Communication Program: • Mapping of audiences – measuring the impact of the move • Operational program – timeline and activities. Presenting the project information to the employees. • Creating "a story" & demo of an employee's experience at the new site • Presenting the concept • Addressing resistance plan – what can we expect and how do we deal with it (before, during and after) • Workspace Design: • Layout management – assigning departments and units, defining the best office structure • Network analysis • Defining and using the best practices in changing to open space office or closed offices • Suggesting ways to deal with and soften the physical change • Discussions with topic flexible work environment • Entering clear desk policies and open plan • Risk Management: • Ensuring “soft landing” in the new space; • Preparing a Mock-Up environment in order to “sell” the idea to the employees •


ACOUSTIC DESIGN • Project scope: • Soundproofing • Discussion of structural elements from the received architectural assignment; • Calculations and recommendations for details of enclosing elements; • Preparation of specific details of the connections of the elements and the elements themselves on the walls, floor and ceiling; • HVAC installation calculations and recommendations for use in specific rooms; • Use of all corporate products if there are any or comply with Bulgarian or European sound insulation standards. • Acoustics • Calculation of all needed parameters used for acoustics (reverberation time, STI, C50, C80, D50, modal analysis, etc.) • Preparation of details for acoustic finishes on the surface • Comparative analysis of materials and those to be used if it is needed. • Preparation of 3D visualizations for final execution - if it is needed.
