NovaCity’s team of professionals are constantly focused in the development of small to large scale residential projects, predominantly in Sofia, within its different quarters. Working with 1st tier architectural offices in Sofia and top of the line external experts, each in their own field, allow NovaCity to approach plots and projects in different zoning, design or development stages. Hence, the company does not shy from agricultural plots, complex PUP procedures, compensation deals and projects with construction permits that may require modification. NovaCity’s projects are always done on the high end, allowing its home buyers to enjoy a look & feel of luxury and aspired to lifestyle. Mr. Sabi Bar Noy and Mr. Eddie Arditi are the co-founders of NovaCity Group. Together with their sons, Mr. Oren Bar Noy and Mr. Kobi Arditi, they stand proud as the owners of the group.

NovaCity Lux Krastova Vada, Sofia Completed in 2020, Novacity Lux has 6 400 m2 of total built up area with 53 apartments. Its proximity to South Park, Paradise Mall, the metro station at a several minutes walking distance, easy access to Sofia's downtown and ring road have made it a highly desirable project. The project lives up to its name boasting two luxurious lobbies, one with double flooring and high-standard common areas. Its unique locations allow views of the Vitosha Mountain, often described as “priceless”. Завършена през 2020 година, сградата е с 6 400 кв.м разгъната застроена площ и 53 апартамента. Familia South Park - Hladinika, Sofia The building has 3 700 m2 of built up area and presents a mix of 32 apartments where quality, class and luxury is seen in every detail, including the design of the luxurious lobby with warm colors and waterwall. Familia South Park boasts a lobby with a spa-like atmosphere and introduces garden apartments that give the feeling of a private house inside the city. Сградата е с 3 700 кв.м разгъната застроена площ и предлага разнообразие от 32 апартамента, включително такива със собствена градина, които създават усещане за еднофамилна къща в центъра на града и предоставят качество, класа и лукс, видими във всеки детайл, включително в дизайна на луксозно изграденото фоайе, проектирано в топли тонове и с водна стена.

Familia Mladost, Sofia One of NovaCity’s first projects. NovaCity was quick to pinpoint the location as one with high potential for development because of the multiple subway stations, green areas, the nearby stores along with the overall proximity to the Business Park and Vitosha Mountain. The latter is a comforting view for many of the building’s residents in its 28 apartments and four shops. The building has 3 200 m2 of built up area. Това е един от първите проекти на NovaCity. NovaCity’s Educational Center Mladost 1 The building has 4 200 m2 of built up area and was commissioned in the Spring of 2016 and has been operational since then. The project presents NovaCity’s capabilities and persistence in taking a project in ruins and turning it into a marvel of a building and educational center, facilitating several kindergartens. The students get the opportunity of enjoying illuminated class rooms, sports rooms, a pool with water treatment by electrolysis cell with NaCl and playgrounds in a green atmosphere – but in the city itself! It is one of ours most cherished sources of pride and joy, as the project has changed from a hazardous place to a location where one can hear the joy and laughter of kids, elevating the overall level of its surroundings. Тази сграда с разгъната застроена площ от 4 200 кв.м е въведена в експлоатация през пролетта на 2016 година. Проектът е свидетелство за способността на NovaCity да преобрази комплекса от руини в прекрасна сграда с образователни, спортни и творчески дейности. Децата имат възможност да се наслаждават на светли и просторни стаи, спортни зали, басейн с пречистване на водата чрез солна електролиза и на добре озеленени детски площадки в градска среда.
