On June 15, Kirk Saarloos became the 20th head coach in TCU Baseball history after serving the previous nine seasons as an assistant coach for the Horned Frogs.

Jamie Dixon (NABC, men's basketball) and Angie RavaioliLarkin (AFCA, women's golf) each served as president for their coaches association for the 2020-21 season. Dixon will serve in the same role for the 2021-22 season.
For the second time in his career, Jamie Dixon was named the head coach of the 2021 USA Basketball Men's U19 World Cup Team. Under his leadership, USA went 7-0 and captured a gold medal at the 2021 FIBA World Cup in Riga, Latvia. Majo Orellana was named the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Assistant Coach of the Year. Orellana helped TCU's beach volleyball team make its first NCAA Tournament appearance.
Eric Bell (women's soccer) was named Big 12 Conference Coach of the Year after leading the program to its first-ever conference championship. TCU's senior associate athletics director for compliance, Ike Ukaegbu, was the 2020 recipient of the TCU Chancellor's Staff Award for Outstanding Service. Created in 2003, the award recognizes a staff member for exemplary service and contributions to the welfare of the campus community.
