Overview Achieving 4th Generation Excellence training course is designed for senior staff, managers and employees who want to understand and apply the 4th Generation Excellence Framework within their working environment. Using real application documents and effective tools, participants will learn how to build and sustain a culture of Government Excellence in the areas of Innovation, Smart Government, 7 Star Customer Service, and Strategy Alignment with the Dubai 2021 vision.

2. Develop the effective approaches, initiatives and efficient processes that would meet the 4th Generation Excellence Criteria requirements. 3. Carryout self assessment to identify the level of Excellence maturity throughout the organization.
Who Should Attend? The training course is designed for senior staff, managers, and employees who work in Excellence Units and employees involved in Assessment Process to get them actively involved in applying and achieving 4th Generation Excellence Framework and drive improvements in their organization.
4. Develop gap closure strategy to bridge the gap between the current performance and the Excellence requirements. 5. Learn how to use the 4th Generation Excellence Framework to develop a Management Performance System aligned with the required 4th Generation Excellence Frame work KPIs covering all main and sub criteria of the framework.

Module 3 – Achieving Vision (B)
Module 2 – Achieving Vision (A) Enabling participants to understand the components of achieving vision theme. The focus of this session will be on two main criteria of Dubai Plan 2021 Main Corporate Roles and Responsibilities
Module 4 - Innovation
The focus of this second session of achieving Dubai 2021 Vision will cover the two remaining main criteria of 7 Star Customer Service Smart Government
Module 5 - Enablers
The focus of this 4th module will be on the critical aspect of Innovation requirements and to suggest the appropriate innovation model and right approach to spread innovation throughout the organization with special concentration on Foreseeing Future Managing Innovation
Module 6 – The Assessment and Scoring Process
The focus of this 5th module will be on facilitating the critical elements of the enablers theme which covers Human Capital Resources and Assets Governance
In this final session the participants will be highly engaged in active discussion on the assessment and scoring of the various 4th Generation Excellence Framework criteria. The scoring process and what the assessors will be looking for will be covered through this interactive session.
