Overview This course has been designed to prepare organization to compete for Excellence Awards by creating the
internal capability and skills to run a self-assessment program, and benefit from one-to-one coaching and feedback throughout the training. During the course, participants will get to practice using a number of tools, from simple self-assessments to a full Award Simulation.
After the course, delegates will be able to decide which tools are best suited to support their organization and how to get started.
Primary Objectives & Benefits This workshop will help participants to: 1. Gain knowledge about the Global Excellence Awards.
2. Gain knowledge about various self-assessment techniques, practice those tools and decide which is most suitable for their organization. 3. Understand The EFQM Excellence Model and how its links to the Fundamental Concepts. 4. Gain skills to use RADAR Methodology in measuring Excellence maturity in the organization and produce value adding performance analysis.
