Developing & Cascading the Corporate BSC Moving from design to implementation through cascading the BSC in the organization
Overview
Primary Objectives & Benefits
This five-day interactive workshop designed to help managers and balanced scorecard team members contribute to their organization’s strategic management and performance improvement initiatives. It is based on the latest research and frameworks developed over the past two decades since the introduction of the balanced scorecard in the early 1990s. The five-day interactive workshop distils thousands of hours of consulting and training experience in strategic planning and management. The emphasis is on shared participant experiences, lessons learned, best practice, applied exercises, reinforcement, and support. Participants will learn not only from their facilitator but also from other participants and leave with a toolkit of proven resources.
This workshop will help participants to: 1. Understand the concept of the balanced scorecard and how it can be used to improve organizational performance. 2.
