Ball valves comply with “PED” 2014/68/ UE, on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to making available on the market of pressure equipment, and they can be supplied on request in compliance with directive “ATEX” 2014/34/ UE for approximation of the legislation enforced in the Member States covering safety systems and equipment to be used in potentially explosive environments zone 1-21 II 2 G-D T4. Valves comply with “MOCA” 1935/2004/ EC regulation for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, and with “GMP” 2023/2006/EC regulation for good manufacturing practice for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. Seals comply with 10/2011/UE regulation for plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and conform with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550
“Perfluorocarbon resins”, FDA 21 CFR 175.300 “Resinous and polymeric coatings” and USP CLASS VI. Products comply with the technical regulation EAC TR CU 010/2011 and EAC TR CU 032/2013 (former Gost certifications). 4G GHIDINI integrally sealed ball valves have been designed to minimise the buildup of fluid inside the valve body, thus preventing any contamination. They can be sterilised with vapour, autoclave or with CIP washing systems. The valves can be easily taken apart, thus ensuring better cleaning and quick maintenance operations. 4G GHIDINI actuators can be fitted directly, ensuring a compact and clean system. The diverse processes of industrial chemical plants have strict requirements for the manufacturers of valves and components. Critical operating conditions such as temperatures and pressures require specific solutions. Aisi 316L stainless steel valves can be used with corrosive fluids and are complemented by the selection of the most suitable seal. The versatile options offered by the smart combination of the valves selected and the automation technology are the best pre-requirement for the different areas of processing, water treatment and energy production industrial applications.

Independent operational machines or multi-machine groups are available, for can body making lines, to suit customers’ particular needs. On request, the machine can be also manufactured with container tangential exit; the machine can handle a range of different diameters up to 5 Kg. This automatic telescopic filling machine is suitable for filling the following products: tomato (whole and cubes), olives (whole and sliced), legumes, sweet corn, vegetables (sliced and diced), artichokes (hearts), onions, mushrooms, picked vegetables, seafood, pet food, fruits (whole, sliced and diced), hazelnuts, nuts and peanuts. The blend can be packed in bulk bags and/or sacks, tracing and supervising the entire process according to Industry 4.0 requisites. ensuring that its organoleptic characteristics remain unchanged. The conveyor system is designed to supply packing equipment downstream. • A vertical packing system with a reel for sacks holding up to 5 kg with tape extraction and incorporated metal detector. The reel packing system is usually chosen and purchased directly by the client for GIMAT to install in the system. • Alternatively, it is possible to feed and does, with the conveyor system, directly into a bagging scale on wheels. This is a semiautomatic device produced by GIMAT for open wide-mouth bags holding 10 to 25 kg, with optional incorporated metal detector. • Control cabinet with Siemens S7 1200 or 1500 PLC depending on the number of stations involved and main HMI panel on the front. Junction boxes with relative HMI panels for control of the system from different workstations. The system enables to get efficiency up to 105%, granting the optimization of temperature of flues into the atmosphere and producing saturated steam and hot water to be used in the process. LCZ also acts on steam plants and boilers already in use, examining the possibility of operating interventions that improve overall system performances, reducing emissions and consumption. In addition to energy audit, the technicians also analyze the operation parameters of the plant to work out a proposal of interventions to get significant: Fuel saving; Energy saving; CO2 emission reduction; Covering of investments on White Certificates. This result will be possible thanks to a complex glycol solution cooling and deepfreezing group for refrigeration capacity of 1.36Mw. The use of CO2 as a refrigerating gas results from the synergetic work of ME Food Solutions technicians and a Dutch company leader is special air-evaporators. ME Food Solutions’ vision of the future enables it to offer its partners the chance to produce in full respect of the environment whilst developing their activities in a green vision perspective, today’s topic. The requirement of full operativity of the lines in early Autumn 2020 has been fundamental to choose ME Food Solutions. This requires continuous and careful production planning, regularly monitored and adapted to the development of this order also in accordance with the other operators and suppliers on site. The project – previewed here in rendering – is part of a significant investment of the Serbian company DON DON Doo of Novi Sad, which is one of the best organized bakers and confectioners of the Balkans, with facilities in Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia. To check the quality of ME Food Solutions plants, this customer had previously installed a pilot system consisting of a cooling spiral,
transfer belts and a set of conveyor belts. Then, the equipment underwent long and uninterrupted work cycles. This pilot project runs near Ljubjana, in Slovenia, where stuffed pastry products are coated with much sugar, jam, chocolate and cream. It follows that it may be rather difficult for the sliding parts of the machine and the mechanics of the components to operate smoothly just on account of the peculiar texture of these ingredients. The test was passed with flying colours after about 10,000 hours of continuous production, in 2 years. What strengthens the partnership between ME Food Solutions and DON DON is also careful and timely maintenance planning, scheduled during the acquisition phase of the contract and that will guarantee uninterrupted service for 11 month/year, as well as production 24/7. LEXICAP – dynamic excellence FLEXICAP is an innovative assembling machine designed for soluble products, liquids, and coffee. It is available in different models starting from a minimum of two lanes up to 120 capsules per minute to a maximum of eight lanes, performing up to 450 capsules per minute according to the format and to the product to fill. FLEXICAP boasts flexibility, dynamicity and production efficiency. The modularity of all the system makes quick and simple all the product change over and also fully accessible for the inspection of all the operations. One year after the presentation of the project at the exhibition HOST, held in Milan, Omas Tecnosistemi R&D office continuously focused on the designing studio and realization of many improvements both from an aesthetic and from a performance perspective. The new FLEXICAP guarantees the maximum flexibility of the whole system; the feeding of the capsules by sorter or by storage for stacked capsules which is both available in the horizontal long-autonomysupply version and in the classic vertical version. The loading and downloading of capsules are carried out by Pick & Place system. The inner capsules cleaning system before the filling and of the edge of the capsule after the filling is performed by sterile micro-filtered air and the suction of the residual powders; this process allows a perfect sealing of the edge of the capsule

guaranteeing a perfect sealing over the time and the closing of the top lid. The filling and sealing stations are userfriendly and they include the maintenance and the cleaning. The machine is prepared for the installation of a laminar flow system, which ensures a 100% hygienic product. FLEXICAP has been designed to run different formats for both liquid products, powders and coffee. It applies a pucks system to move the capsules through the filling, filter insertion (where required) and cut and seal top lid stations. The machine is also available in “docking station” version, easy to extract. This model is easy to dismount and it ensures an excellent cleaning. Furthermore, the changeover is fast and performed with no tools. Brushless motors drive all the stations guaranteeing accuracy, flexibility and the quality of the operations. The adjustments and the configurations of the machine are carried out through the 15 inches “touch screen” panel, with the possibility to save the production data.
The machine is prepared for the integration into Industry 4.0. FLEXICAP is equipped with controls for the correct execution of all the operations and for the installation of a verification camera. Significant and noteworthy are the contact parts with the product made of 316 L. stainless steel according to pharma and food standards. The pucks to host the capsules are made of high-resistance material due to the sealing procedure that is also easy to move. The machine is equipped with the uncoupling and diving system also for both the cleaning and of the grinding station or for the upper feeding hopper (coffee or soluble products). The main operational devices are placed over the upper part of the FLEXICAP thus allowing the maximum security of all the operators and of the technical maintainers. The operational stations can be inserted into the production installation ensuring the maximum hygiene of production and machine no stop. he story of Tecnopool is one born out from a big idea: design, manufacture and installation of machinery for the treatment and processing of food products. A story that began in 1980 with the patenting of Anaconda, the first conveyor belt conceived by the company’s founder, Leopoldo Lago. Tekno Stamap Process Assist Device will allow you to work more easily and in order, eliminating recipes stuck to the wall and post-it notes from your laboratories.
