MAKE 2015 YOUR BEST YEAR EVER! Hi guys, How time flies! I can’t believe that it’s already 2015! Whether 2014 was a fantastic year, or not as great as you would’ve liked it, we can all relish in the fact that the New Year will bring forth more opportunities, and a chance for us to start over. For those who are heading back to school, the Passport to the Future will be a great companion guide especially if you are embarking on your tertiary education. From choosing your educational path to de-stressing tips and shopping for cute stationery for school, we’ve got you covered!
LOVING THIS MONTH Admittedly, I’m not the most organised person but the kikki.K Daily Notes Pad ($16.90) gives me a daily overview of the tasks I have to complete, my appointments for the day and even my water intake!
If all these talk of future plans are too heavy for you, lighten up by checking out the blockbuster movies you should be anticipating in 2015 (p. 52), K-pop newcomers to out for (p. 40) and how to pull off the preppy look for the New Year (p. 30) in the main magazine. The New Year also calls for a new set of resolutions and although I haven’t had much time to think about what I’d like to achieve in 2015 yet, I’ll stick to the similar formula of creating specific, achievable, measurable and realistic goals. Instead of just saying, “I want to be healthier,” try “I will lose five kilograms in three months by exercising at least twice a week and cutting out soft drinks from my meals.” Some of these goals might be hard to keep track but we’ve included a list of must-have apps (p.11) that will help you achieve them. Whatever your resolutions are this year, I hope that you will be able to realise them and make 2015 the best year ever! All the best,
I hardly go anywhere without my phone but even then, I end up missing calls or messages when it’s on silent mode. The Pebble Steel ($359) gives me instant notifications, plus I can download apps to keep track of my fitness, control my playlist and even change the watch face to suit my mood.

Thank you so much for the good reads, movies, juicy gossips and sound advice. I am most grateful for your fashion and beauty recommendations as I can narrow down my search and avoid wasting money. Hi Teenage, I’ve stopped reading Tee nage magazine since I started university studies. However, the bum per issue caught my eye and I thorou ghly enjoyed all the great tips on fashion, beauty and gift ide as. Instead of flipping throug h branded advertisements in other magazines, I relished every page in Tee nage. It’s a great buy in prepar ation for the party and Christmas shopping! I’ll definitely keep an eye out for Teenage from now on. Ab solutely love the changes since the last time I read Teenage. An old reader returns, Sharon
Hello Teenage, I’ve been hooked onto the magazine ever since I was in Primary 5. Since then, even though I don’t subs cribe to Teenage magazine, I would buy every issue. My friends and I got closer as we would often talk about the topics in each issue. I love your December Best #Bumper Issue with Taylor Swift on the cover and the Best #Buzz column. I think it would be awesome if Teenage could introduce places where friends could hang out in the next issue. Teenage has also inspired me with the DIY tips. Thank you, and stay awesome! Love, Anisah

BEST FOOD
BurgerLICIOUS! If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em! Guilt-free yet delish burgers are impossible to come by, so we’ve decided to make every bite count. Johanna Teo susses out the most calorieworthy noms in town!
THREE BUNS 36 Keong Saik Road, Singapore 089143
From the cafe’s quirky furnishings to their tongue-in-cheek food names, Three Buns makes an impressionable burger experience. Try their take of the classic cheeseburger on for size – the Baby Huey ($20) is all beef patty goodness with pickles and spiced mayo for that unexpected kick. Or perhaps their James Brown aka The ‘Codfather’ of Soul ($26), which comprises cod fish fingers, veggies and butter pickle tartare sauce (which doesn’t taste as weird as it sounds, promise!). Admittedly, their prices are a little steeper than usual, but the gastronomical goodness is definitely worth breaking the bank for.
LIME DELI
51 Telok Ayer St, Singapore 048441
Newly opened, Lime Deli is a welcome mix of restaurant goodness and take-away delights. This Caribbeaninspired deli has an array of mouth-watering food, but our eyes are on their signature Jerk Beef Burger ($14), which is marinated with distinctive Jamaican Jerk Spice. It can be hard to choose just two sides from eight delicious picks to go with your Lime Deli burger, but we recommend going with the Caribbean Hand Cut Chips and Side Salad. For on the goers, grab the Curry Chicken Roti Wrap ($6.50) or Jamaican Patties ($4.50-$5) for a tasty and convenient fix!
RAMEN BURGER
THE HAND BURGER
#B1-61/62, Raffles City Shopping Centre, Singapore 179103
The Hand Burger is the more established burger joint of the lot, and that means their burgers have withstood the test of fickle taste buds! We like the THB Original ($11.80) which features the delicious New Zealand rib-eye beef, and packs in cheddar cheese, sweet onion jam and handmade barbeque sauce. Another hot favourite is the Chicken Caesar, which has baked chicken breast wrapped in juicy bacon and topped with basil pesto mushrooms, and toasted sundried tomatoes. Our tummies are growling just thinking of it!
Cook-It-Yourself !
For the budding domestic God/ Goddesses out there, try your hand at this Ramen burger. Ingredients: Ramen (1 packet = 4 buns) Egg Hamburger Patty (or any other meat) Lettuce Caramelised onions Citrus/Yuzu dressing Spring Onions (Optional)

Methods:
TWO BLUR GUYS
1 Tras Link, Orchid Hotel, Singapore 078867 This cosy eating space serves up a delectable menu of highly raved burgers, but their Prime Beef burger is the cream of the crop. Affordably priced at $14.95, this signature menu item is a mouth-watering combo of a juicy medium-rare patty, melted gruyere cheese and thick cuts of tomatoes and onions. Other must-tries include their succulent Pulled-pork burger ($13.85) and the super yummy Grilled Chicken burger ($12.50).
1. Cook the ramen as you would usually (including the seasoning), drain off excess liquid and let it cool. 2. Make sure your ramen is thoroughly cooled before mixing in the raw egg. 3. Line a round-bottomed dish with cling wrap, and scoop in a portion of the ramen. Shape it to fit the bowl before wrapping it up and moving on to the next bun. Once you’re done, stick ‘em into the fridge to cool for 30 minutes. 4. In the meantime, prep the burger patty and veggies as you prefer. 5. Remove the ramen buns and pop them into a pre-heated skillet with one tablespoon of oil on medium heat. Panfry for five minutes till it’s golden brown before flipping to the other side. 6. Shape your burger! Pile your patty inbetween the ramen buns, but not before slathering on caramelised onions and Yuzu dressing. 7. Enjoy!

One Direction's
BOY BAND SITUATION 1D’S BACK WITH THEIR LATEST ALBUM FOUR, BUT ARE THE LADS STAYING IN THE SPOTLIGHT FOR GOOD? JOHANNA TEO FINDS OUT.
It’s been a little over four years since One Direction restarted their lives as the modern world’s biggest boy band. Self-confessions of “finding fame difficult” aside, the boys found themselves amassing armies of fans, going on endless global tours, earning millions of dollars, dating the world’s hottest women and basically living their wildest dreams.
they’re definitely smart enough to know when to take a break. According to Liam, “I think we’re feeling pretty good. We’ve just had a couple of weeks off, actually… So we’ve been chilling.” Goodness knows their fans and bank accounts can definitely tank a couple of months away from the limelight!
But is life really as good as it seems? 1D is at a crossroad – they’re no longer boys, but their music seems to be eternally stuck in a pre-pubescent bubble, while their lifestyles are no longer appropriate for their largely adolescent audience. The ever present public scrutiny wears their patience thin, and hectic schedules leave no room for much needed privacy. These causes have resulted in the downfall of many a successful pop star. Also, despite their ever-growing popularity and attempts at a maturing sound, critics are starting to wonder if the 1D fever is cooling off. Are the lads outgrowing their fan-imposed boy band mould? And will they be their own undoing? We think not.
DANGER
GETTING SICK OF THE EYEBALLS Being in the spotlight does have its perks, but constantly having their personal lives disrupted by adoring fans and eager paparazzi must be a pain. Granted they could always disguise themselves like in that prank vid they did, but who wants to dress up like that every day?
DANGER
EXPERIENCING BURNOUT While their latest release Four made history as the first ever fourth number one album debut on Billboard 200, it drew our attention to just how hard these guys work. Four albums, two global tours, films, books, perfume and cosmetic lines, not mentioning countless interviews and shows in just over four years – it’s a wonder how 1D finds time to even breathe. Our Verdict: Yes, they deserve/need a long getaway from all the cray and never-ending work that has overtaken their lives, but
36 JAN 2015
Our Verdict: Well, it comes with their day job and we’re sure they have their ways of dealing while maintaining a semblance of a ‘normal’ life. Like Harry, who won an anti-harassment court order against the paps, 1D can always take the measures they need to feel comfortable.
DANGER
FANS GOING OVERBOARD Breaking into hotel rooms, relentless stalking, getting similar tattoos and
issuing death threats are all in a day’s work for some Directioners. Who wouldn’t be suffocated by all these extreme acts of ‘love’? Our Verdict: Despite the craziness, the lads are their fans’ fiercest defenders and viceversa. They politely correct detractors who label Directioners as ‘insane’ or ‘deranged’, with the words ‘excited’ and ‘passionate’, while the fans unanimously stomp any would-be critics into the ground. Although they do have to exercise crowd control every now and then, 1D definitely knows how to handle their fans.
DANGER
OUTGROWING THEIR AUDIENCE The guys’ clean-cut image has gone up in smoke over the years, and they’re growing up – what with threefifths of the band attached and Zayn actually being engaged. Their music has also gradually changed as they mature. How long till they lose touch with their reputedly ‘tween’ base? Our Verdict: Newsflash – 1D has fans of all ages, from the young ‘uns to fans over 50 (according to a study by Stubhub), and they appeal to a broader range of audience than a traditional boy band. Although they do have to keep their behaviour in check, we think 1D’s overall audience would appreciate their maturing sound as much as the new Directioners they are bound to attract. The lads will be fine…

RED-HOT FAVOURITES
MAMAMOO YEAR OF DEBUT:
2014
Overlooking their… unique name, MAMAMOO has a distinguished R&B sound with a sprinkle of Motown littering their songs. They are a welcomed breath of fresh air amidst all the pop going on, and we’ve been replaying ‘Mr. Ambiguous’ and ‘Piano Man’ non-stop. Keep this up and they’ll surely hit the big time soon!

FUN-LOVING BAD BOYS
BANGTAN BOYS (BTS)
These guys sport a darker concept which adds to the whole lady-killer vibe they have going on. However, despite their bad boy looks and tough lyrics, BTS are all about the fan service, with BANGTANTV, an entire YouTube channel dedicated to their wacky antics. Their efforts paid off, judging by the amount of love their fans show ‘em!
YEAR OF DEBUT:
2013
INTERNATIONAL ROCKERS
ROYAL PIRATES YEAR OF DEBUT:
2013
Royal Pirates was formed in 2008, but only made their official Korean debut in 2013. Getting their start off making covers on YouTube, we like their immediate foray into ‘maturity’ with their vids lacking the usual schoolboy concept. Being a Korean-American rock band that writes their own material, these guys already have the global exposure their rookie peers can only dream of attaining – for now at least. Each K-generation needs a rock band (hello FT ISLAND and CNBLUE!), and Royal Pirates fits the bill perfectly.
SWAGGER LIKE JAGGER
LIP SERVICE YEAR OF DEBUT:
2014
Formerly a duo, Lip Service burst on the scene with ‘Yum Yum Yum’, a perfect mix of hip hop, swag and a hint of girlishness. Second single ‘Too Fancy’ showed the addition of member Anna, who completed Lip Service’s already versatile blend of rap, talented vocals and solid dance skills. We’re sure that these ladies will give competitors a run for their money!

To seek justice for her and clear his name, he is forced to use his “particular set of skills” to track down the real killers.

Set during the Great Depression, Jennifer and Bradley play newlyweds running a timber business. But things start to get a little complicated when they discover that Serena (Jennifer Lawrence) isn’t able to bear any children.
#MOVIES Into The Woods (15 January) This haunting tale follows a baker (James Corden) and his wife (Emily Blunt) as they journey into the woods in hopes of breaking the spell that a witch (Meryl Steep) has casted on them. Along the way, they bump into several fairytale characters – Cinderella (Anna Kendrick), Little Red (Lilla Crawford), Rapunzel (Mackenzie Mauzy) and Jack (Daniel Huttleston) – who are likewise searching for ways to fulfil their wishes.
Blackhat (15 january) Here, we meet Chris Hemsworth as a hacking whiz fresh out of prison. A Little Something Different by Sandy Hall
In the final book of the Defiance trilogy, Rachel is kidnapped by enemies while Logan is kept behind bars. To find their way back to each other, Rachel has to escape the evil clutches and join Logan in his fight in defeating the Cursed One. But with the odds against them, will their love be strong enough to conquer all?
Trapped in a cursed house that has a life on its own, Madeline Usher is left clueless about the outside world. The only way to escape is to destroy the house, but to do that she has to destroy everything she loves, including her brother Roderick that she swears to protect.
Lea and Gabe are in the same class, love the same Chinese food and hang out at the same spots. Everyone can see that they have something going on, except themselves, much to the annoyance of bystanders – Starbucks baristas, bus drivers and even the squirrel that lives on campus believe they were meant to be together!
Four - One Direction The biggest boy band in the world finally drops their fourth studio album and each track is unwaveringly good. It seems they’ve decided to forgo the bubblegum-esque vibes and pulled some old-school moves in mellow ditties like ‘Fool’s Gold’ and ‘Where Do Broken Hearts Go’. It’s a twist that’s very much intentional and we like what our ears tell us so far!
The Deadly 7 by Garth Jennings Nelson stumbles upon a strange machine that accidentally turns the seven deadly sins from his own soul into seven deadly monsters. Even though they’re always up to no good, they can be pretty good buds! Together with the Deadly 7, Nelson embarks on an adventure beyond his wildest dreams.

Play Jolin Tsai The Mandopop diva has attracted much buzz for her 13th studio album Play, which greets us with flashy MVs and plenty of tongue-in-cheek pomp. With addictive tunes like ‘Phony Queen’ and ‘Miss Trouble’, it’s no surprise that the album managed to sweep charts! One track not to be missed is ‘I’m Not Yours’, a stunning collab with J-pop queen Namie Amuro.
Sweet Talker - Jessie J With Jessie J’s dynamic vocals accompanied by deliciously catchy hooks, the pop songstress has never sounded better. From fizzy anthems like ‘Bang Bang’ to sweeping ballads like ‘Loud’, this is one solid record that attests to her talent. Also, look forward to cameos from Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz and more.
Song For You - Lee Min Ho
Selena Gomez - For You Selena Gomez may only be 22, but the American sweetheart already rules the music scene with a slew of mega hits. For You brings together the best numbers from her five-year discography, including the newest lead single ‘The Heart Wants What It Wants’, where she somberly croons about a certain on-and-off beau.
We know Lee Min Ho for his dreamboat roles in Boys Over Flowers and The Heirs, but this is proof that the Hallyu star is just as capable of belting out strong notes. The album is a mishmash of pop-rock influences, but the ones that truly won us over are the romantic tunes like ‘Burning Up’ and ‘Paradise In Love’. We now have no qualms about skipping K-dramas for his heartmelting voice!

THE TRUTH ABOUT
MULTI-TASKING Here’s a secret – the art of doing more than two things simultaneously is a glorified myth. Johanna Teo tells you why you can’t multi-task and what to do about it. Juggling a multitude of tasks in a world full of tight deadlines and never-ending work may sound ideal, but we can’t actually focus on more than one task at a time. Strictly speaking, multi-tasking is virtually impossible with the exception of some tasks which allow your brains to go on autopilot mode. Or if each activity uses a different brain process, e.g. visual and auditory senses, like watching TV and talking.
“ You can do two things at once, but you can’ t focus effectively on two things at once.” - Gary Keller (Author)

Don’t believe us? Try writing your name down while spelling out ‘Teenage Magazine’ at the same time and you’ll find that it’s way harder and less efficient than if you did one after the other. But how do you survive in a society that does everything at once (or tries to anyway)? These sure-fire tips will get you sorted out.
Know What Is Important
We all know that to-do lists are great to keep track of what has to be done. However, instead of just writing down your tasks, prioritise each into the ‘Must Dos’, ‘Should Dos’ and ‘Would Like To Dos’. Focus only on the necessary and work your way down the list. Categorise any random popups as well to minimise distractions!
“ When we think we’ re multi-tasking we’ re actually multi-switching. That is what the brain is very good at doing - quickly diverting its attention from one place to the next . We think we’ re being productive . We are, indeed , being busy. But in reality we’ re simply giving ourselves extra work .” - Michael Harris (Author)
Get Cracking
After finishing your to-do list, allocate time limits for each point and stick to it. For example, if you’ve given yourself an hour for each task, make sure you adhere to each time frame and remind yourself that there are other things to be done. Set an alarm if you must, but don’t let yourself get off-track.
Focus, Focus, Focus
If you’re looking up info on the Internet, close distracting tabs like Facebook and YouTube. Don’t check your phone while studying – neither should you listen to your fave band while reading a book (perhaps you’ll get the urge to sing along?). Sounds like a no-brainer, but we’re surrounded by too many temptations that only serve to derail our productivity. Must… resist…
Do Things In Batches
Like a well-oiled machine, it’s more efficient if you work on similar tasks before moving on to different ones. For example, sending out all assignment related emails to your group mates before commencing on research for whichever project you’re working on would be more time-friendly because you are doing the same actions instead of switching things up halfway.
A Mess By Any Other Name... Is Still A Mess
Your scattered books, stationary and notes aren’t an organised mess – it is unnecessary clutter. Imagine sidetracking every time you lay eyes on a pile of uncompleted work. You’ll either lose your train of thought or try and complete the task that got you distracted, pulling you away from the original assignment that needs to be done. File ‘em out of sight!
Make The Time
Inhale, Exhale
Similar articles stress the importance of taking a break, but the cliche rings true. Find your own pace – you could take a breather after you’ve ticked an item off your checklist, or go for a short walk after every hour or so. Stepping away allows your brain to recharge and you’ll definitely be more focused and efficient when you return!
Unless your daily routine deviates drastically, you will definitely be able to maximise your productivity by planning ahead for windows of open time. Whether it’s revising for an exam during the half an hour journey to school or utilising time between classes to plan your next project, you’ll find that allocating these pockets of space will help you become hyper-efficient.
Within Arm’s Reach
Whether you are mugging for a test or doing a project, ensure that the materials you need are easily accessible. This saves the time you rack up by rifling or clicking around for info that was ‘just there a moment ago’. We speak from personal experience!

ADVICE
Dear readers, Hope you had a grand holiday. Let’s discuss New Year resolution(s)? If you decide this is the right thing to do, here are some pointers:
1. Be realistic – many people go overboard and make really difficult to keep resolutions. Naturally, the good intentions remain good intentions – often too hard to fulfil, or they make so many that they get exhausted keeping track of them. As a student, resolutions should be easily integrated into your daily routine. They should make life less frenetic (fast and energetic in a rather uncontrollable way) and you more in control and therefore successful. 2. Ask yourself: ‘What do I want to achieve this year?’ – You may decide you’ll complete projects ahead of time; meaning no procrastination. You might decide to draw up a study timetable and promise yourself you will keep to it. Be realistic – don’t try to cover too many topics at one sitting. You’ll get frustrated, exhausted and give up.
e.g. Discovery Channel, National Geographic and the History Channel. You will acquire a fount of knowledge. Your conversation will be interesting and the quality of your written assignments will improve.
7. A study group and/or study buddy – worth consideration as a resolution is forming a study group, getting a study buddy or both. Dividing the work and staying on track is the upside. Gossip sessions and distractions are the downsides. Again, self-control is the watchword. If you decide to study with someone or a group, then a timetable must be drawn up. Everyone must pull his or her own weight.
8. The lone student – some very intelligent people prefer to study on their own as they have the discipline and temperament to do it alone. If you are self-motivated, success will be yours. Your resolution being – to be the best that you can be.
9. I will make tuition sessions effective – 3. Your resolution(s) should be meaningful – inspiring you to persevere and succeed.
4. The self-control factor – if you decide you will put aside the phone when doing homework because you want to score in the exams, then the magic word is self-control. Put your mobile in another room on silent mode. At first you may suffer withdrawal symptoms but with self-control you’ll lean to divorce yourself from gadgets during study time. No one is too young to learn to prioritise (treat something as important or more important than other things).
many students resent tuition sessions. You must make every session count. Call the tutor and mention what you had trouble understanding in class, so the tutor will come prepared. Stick with the topic until you have thoroughly mastered it regardless how long it takes. Listen carefully, ask questions, concentrate and do sample essay question outlines or maths problems with the tutor’s guidance. Success comes to those who tenaciously seek understanding.
10. Read the newspapers – knowing what’s 5. Make time for reading – when you read you acquire information and knowledge. Besides, reading improves your vocabulary and your writing technique – you unconsciously learn to arrange points in a logical sequence and you’ll pick up useful phrases – your presentation technique will improve and you’ll score in exams. The National Library publishes a list of prize-winning books, a lead on what to read. If you are aged 10 – 13 you could get the abridged versions of the classics and read the unabridged version when you are older. The librarian will tell you if a book is suitable for your age. If you are an advanced reader, inform the librarian.
6. Watch TV documentaries – another good resolution to make is watching TV documentaries

happening around the world and in Singapore is important. Older teens should consider reading online newspapers from all over the world. The quality of your compositions/essays will improve and you will be among the better-informed members of society – you’ll want this. I hope these pointers will set you on a path to achieving better control of your life. Setting goals is an important component of success. I wish you every success. Always here for you.

“Help… I’m ugly!” Please help me! I am afraid to look at my reflection. At night, I don’t bother turning on the lights to make sure I do not see my face reflected in the mirror. At school, I avoid going to the toilet because when I wash my hands I have to look at my reflection in the mirror above the sink.
I wonder if girls look at me to boost their self-esteem. I cannot find an inch of my face that I consider attractive. I need help. With love. From: Ugly Kelly: I am in no-nonsense mode – from this day forth I forbid you to call yourself “Ugly”. This is so negative and does nothing for your self-esteem. And… what do you mean by “Ugly”? Do you have scars or has acid been thrown on your face? Do you have a facial disfigurement? Look – if you have two eyes, a nose and a mouth and two ears I would hardly refer to you as “Ugly”. In fact, people who have suffered terrible facial disfigurements have learnt to live with their situation. I urge you to refer to information that comes out of India, for example, where girls and women are victims of knife and acid attacks and they still cling to life and make the best of it. I admire such people. I always have a smile for those with huge birthmarks, a hare-lip or facial paralysis. The good news is that with cosmetic surgery these days, most of these conditions are successfully dealt with. Even if they aren’t, people face the world bravely. Look around you and you’ll see what I mean. I have a friend with a birthmark on her face. Frankly, after a month or two, I no longer ‘saw’ the birthmark because it didn’t define her. She is fun-loving, a good mixer, well-liked and intelligent. She didn’t
dwell on the birthmark. Her personality won the day. Classmates defended her if rude comments were heard. After she started working, she saved money and went for cosmetic surgery. In your case, this negative view of yourself must be replaced by a determination to develop your personality, your ability to care and share, and a genuine interest in your fellow students. With this comes confidence. You could volunteer at a Home for the Aged or at a Children’s Home and see what real problems are. You will consider yourself lucky and change your viewpoint. You need to stop being self-involved (wrapped up in one’s self or one’s thoughts). It is most unhelpful. Besides, you are too hard on yourself. Listen, not going to the toilet can lead to health problems. You don’t want this to happen. Maybe a visit to the school counsellor might help. Why would you say: “I wonder if girls look at me to boost their self-esteem”? You actually imagine people have nothing to do but compare themselves with you? No they don’t! You
are not the centre of people’s life, so stop this negative thinking!
The new you should be positive. Look for the plus factors in life – a family, going to school, an opportunity to interact with classmates and CCA friends, an opportunity to read and study so you can have a fruitful life. See, it’s all about perspective. Glad you wrote to me. It’s time for positive change. You can start by picking up some points from this month’s Dear readers letter. Please, my dear, you must learn to make the most of your positive qualities. Send a photo of yourself to Dear Kelly, c/o Ms Emmeline Lee (the address in Teenage magazine). I will look at your photo and make suggestions.
An apology I sincerely apologise to Eng Si Ting of Anglo-Chinese Junior College for not responding to the heart-warming letter requesting an interview. Your request was mixed with all the other emails and so arrived late. I would have loved to have been a part of your project about eating disorders. I hope everything went well. It touched me deeply to read: “Your words of wisdom have always inspired me to do the right thing and be a better person… You have been so encouraging to teens with eating disorders and your no-nonsense approach has touched us deeply”. May God bless you, Si Ting and friends. In future if someone has a special request, send it by post to: Dear Kelly, c/o Ms Emmeline Lee (The address is in Teenage). It will be rushed to me.
