Terms and Conditions. By accepting these conditions, the client, has a legal agreement between Telitec SL and themselves. To endorse Telitec SL terms and conditions electronically has the same legal significance as a signature on any other contract. If any discrepancies between the customer and Telitec SL, the terms apply by the Spanish legal system and the anytime given rules.
Subscription Payment The price of subscription is adjusted annually on the 1 st of January according to changes in the net price index. I.V.A. and other government charges and fees for rights organizations, follows own regulatory standards so that changes in the form of increases or decreases in these charges lead to corresponding changes in the agreement. Administration and bank charges apply for declined or rejected payments. If a monthly payment is rejected from your bank, it may be taken from a credit card given to us if we are unable to contact you to make other arrangements. Telitec may disconnect the service if an agreement or payment of an outstanding amount is not arranged by the client. Once the service is disconnected the client has 48 hours to pay the outstanding debt, to avoid incurring further administration and bank charges. If payment is not made within 48 hours the client will be responsible for paying any additional charges for reconnecting the service. If you have chosen one of the limited packages and you use more than the allocated data, the service will not be stopped or restricted. You will receive a warning email when approaching the limit. If you do go over then you will be charged for the equivalent package (i.e. 20Gb package and you use 29Gb, you will pay the 40Gb package for that month) The Unlimited package is subject to a fair usage policy of 100Gb. The clients package will be monitored and once this limit has been reached the service will not be stopped or slowed down but a supplement of 15€ + IVA will be applied for each additional 10Gb used. Clients will be informed when their usage is near the limit. If the client is considered to be an excessive user they will be contacted by Telitec to discuss their usage and alternative solutions. Telitec or Orange reserve the right to temporarily block the clients usage if deemed necessary, however the client will be notified before any restrictions are implemented. Subscription Payments paid in advance First payment shall be made available before using the product purchased from Telitec SL. 14 days to cancel does not apply when the product is delivered. All payments are made in Euros.
Termination Client agreement continues for the agreed contract period and will automatically continue until the client terminates the agreement. If cancellation is required after initial contract period, the client must provide 1 calendar months’ notice in writing to Telitec If cancellation is required prior to initial contract period, the client must provide 1 calendar months’ notice and a cancellation fee of 100€ + IVA will be applied
Termination due to coverage Client’s agreement will be terminated. One months’ notice is required in writing to Telitec SL, which must be received prior to expiry of current billing period. The router needs to be returned to Telitec SL in original packaging complete with all cables and sim card. Once tested and confirmed in good working order and undamaged then a refund of 150€ including IVA will be made to the client. Client is responsible for costs (postage and packaging) of returning the router.

Liabilities Customer will indemnify Telitec SL for any liability for customer's use of Telitec SL services. This also applies if the customer had to violate the copyright; use of a protected trade name or other trademark rights through targeted publicly display, etc. In addition, the customer commits itself not to violate the rights of any kind, whether included in the Spanish law. The Customer is personally responsible for the supplied receiver and its use, including minor children. Customer may not resell the product, or make some sort of resale of services and delivered via Telitec SL If any violations of these rules are discovered, described this as a breach, providing Telitec SL the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect without the customer receives reimbursement claim for the remaining period. In this type of terminations, Telitec SL shall not be held liable for damages, including loss of profits. Please be aware that this is a third party service and product. Telitec is not responsible for any changes to the service or contract and limitations applied by the third party. If such changes do occur, Telitec will endeavour to inform all clients as soon as possible. Your internet service can be used for online gaming, online subscriptions and purchases. If you agree to any charges or payments online that may be paid via the SIM card then you will be liable to repay these charges to Telitec. We receive notification when the SIM has been used for online payments and the charges will be added to your next invoice
Limitation of Liability Telitec SL is liable under the Spanish rule of general liability rules for damage caused by acts or omissions caused by Telitec SL with the following restrictions that apply regardless of whether liability basis is negligence or based on other bases: * Liability is limited to an amount not exceeding the payment within the vesting period for the service has given rise to the claim raised. * Telitec SL in no event liable for incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of production, loss due to stream data services. If a liability, attributable to defective services from ISP or other network operator or contractor, the customer cannot obtain compensation from the Telitec SL. * Telitec is not responsible for 3G and 4G coverage in the client’s area or the speeds received at any given time.
Force Majeure If Telitec SL cannot deliver the agreed performance under conditions such as: Strikes, lockouts, flood, fire, blockades or failure of our network providers and ISPs to Telitec SL be released from the delivery of the ordered services / products. All client subscriptions in the period would be put on hold until the problem is solved and corrected. After 10 days the customer has the right to terminate the contract for free. Upon termination for force majeure, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the remaining contract time.
Changes from Telitec SL or Their Providers Telitec SL claims the right to change prices, terms and other decisions. The customer will receive a written disclosure of the change via email. The Customer hereby undertakes to the rights to maintain their contact information via email for new changes. The customer may cancel the contract on the basis of deteriorating terms of contract. This can be done within 10 days after broadcast via email.
