Welcome to Telitec VoIP Service Thank you for choosing Telitec as your VoIP provider. Please read through the following, which provides you with some useful information to help you enjoy our fantastic service. VoIP SERVICE Your account number/s can be dialed free of charge by other Telitec clients who are using the same VoIP service. (Numbers are in the Welcome email). Please keep these details private for security reasons, and if you misplace or forget the details please do not hesitate to contact us. Please remember that if you have selected to have a UK number added to your VoIP account then friends and family (outside of the UK) must add the UK prefix 0044 and remove the first 0 of the number before dialing. For example: 004484. This also applies for other numbers that have been assigned, such as German, Dutch, Norwegian and Swedish. The corresponding country prefix must be added. Telitec offers a free voicemail to email service which will send voicemails to your chosen email address and this allows you to listen to them using your computer, laptop or other device. If you would like to add this free service, please send an email to administration@telitec.net Each time you receive a message, you will be sent an email which contains a sound file. Double click the sound file attachment to hear the message. You can also access your voicemail from your VoIP phone or any ordinary telephone around the world using the following instructions. From your VoIP phone Dial *50* to access your Mailbox. You will be prompted for your password. To change your greeting, access your mailbox and then press 0 to access your mailbox options. You will then have the following options: Press 1 to record your unavailable message Press 2 to record your busy message Press 3 to record your name Press 4 to record your temporary greeting Press 5 to change your password Please note that voicemails older than 14 days will be automatically deleted. From an ordinary telephone in the UK dial 08447042474. You should dial 965020333 from Spain or 0034965020333 from other countries.
If you change your account details (Name/Passport/NIE/Telephone Number/Address) then please contact us to inform us of the changes. All calls are billed per second. However, please note that when calling to mobiles you will always be charged the first minute and then per second thereafter. If you dial service numbers abroad (for example 08xx numbers in the UK) please note that these are Premium rate calls. Should your bank reject a payment then an administration charge of 10 euros will be added to the outstanding amount. Please ensure that you have given us the correct email address and remember to inform us of any changes. PLEASE NOTE: If your internet connection is not working for any reason, your VoIP telephone will not work either. It is not possible to call EMERGENCY SERVICES from your VoIP Line and Telitec recommends always having another telephone line (landline or mobile) as backup for this purpose. Account and Billing Information To check your latest call history and to view previous bills, choose the My Account link on Telitec web pages, which will take you here https://client.telitec.net/ From there login with your Usuario (username) and Clave (password) which has been sent to you on your Welcome email.
