Welcome to Telitec Wireless Internet Service Thank you for choosing Telitec as your Wireless Internet provider. Please read through the following,

which provides you with some useful information to help you enjoy our fantastic service. Wireless Internet Service You have chosen one of our Wireless Internet packages. (See welcome email to confirm your package) Cancellation within this period will incur a cancellation charge of 100,00₏ plus Iva. We require one months’ notice for cancellation of the service. After initial contract we will continue to charge your monthly fee (depending on your package) unless you have advised to cancel at this stage. You can now cancel without penalty by giving one months’ notice. Wireless Internet services are generally activated within 7 - 10 working days, and this depends on many factors including the location, weather and if it is a new connection or re-location. Telitec SL will contact you upon activation of the connection to arrange shipment or collection of your new ADSL router. As previously informed by our Sales Team, payment for install, router and additional equipment will be taken the day after installation. Any administration fee will be taken in advance, before your application is processed. You will receive a full copy of our Wireless Internet terms & conditions, detailing contract and cancellation policy. Telitec will charge one month in advance for Wireless Internet according to the package chosen. The first month will be charged on a pro-rata basis, according to the date on which the service is activated. The first monthly invoice will therefore include the pro-rata charge plus a full month in advance. Installation

The installation of the service will be confirmed by our infrastructure department, confirming date and time. Existing Service If your new Telitec wireless internet service is replacing an existing internet or landline system then it is your responsibility to cancel any existing services that you no longer require, as this will not happen automatically when the Telitec wireless service is installed. Telitec can request for cancellation of existing Movistar services on behalf of the client, for which you will be required to sign an authorization form (this can be supplied upon request). Telitec cannot cancel your existing services with any provider other than Movistar. If you call us outside of working hours, just leave us a message and we will get back to you at the earliest opportunity. PLEASE NOTE: If your internet connection is not working for any reason, your VoIP telephone will not work either. It is not possible to call EMERGENCY SERVICES from your VoIP Line and Telitec recommends always having another telephone line (landline or mobile) as backup for this purpose.
