WHAT I LEARN AT JOHANNES TORPE DESIGN STUDIOS
1
CLIENTS’ CULTURE I learned to do research about the clients and their brand before designing. I understood that local culture and trends have a strong influence on how I should design and work with people.
3
WORKPLACE DIVERSITY I learned to appreciate working in a multidisciplinary team. Different perspectives and idea inputs from my colleagues opened my mind to more interesting design.
2
GIVE CLIENTS WHAT THEY ASK I learned to give options in what the clients want to build openmindness and interest in clients.
4
BE PREPARED I learned to stay prepared for sudden changes in plans and design. I was also ready to work overtime while get things done efficiently.
