There's also a viewable cold storage and many glass display cases of Fernando's handmade dessert creations, or the many cheeses and salamis that can be sampled at the spacious, cosmopolitan speakeasy bar. The consummate service is a significant factor for Gianni Di Sciascio and makes the gastronomy shine in the glow of serious emotions that convey less appearance than true being. But the real aesthetics are in the details: the fully air-conditioned restaurant has a stage where artists from all over the world perform every Saturday - entertaining over 150 guests with live music and live acts.
