CAROLINE’S DÓTERRA ESSENTIAL OILS

CAROLINE’S POD OF POSITIVITY

Welcome to my weekly column. My name is Caroline and as a certified DóTERRA essential oil specialist I have been delighted to help, guide and support so many people along with their friends and families on their essential oil journey throughout North Kerry and West Limerick. I know how these oils can support the Body, the Mind and the Mood and each week I’ll be sharing lots of tips and information on Self-Care, Wellness, Love and Gratitude when using DóTERRA’S essential oils as part of our every day routine. This week I have chosen DōTerras Clary Sage essential oil as it has so many benefits and is known as one of the most relaxing, soothing and balancing essential oils when used aromatically, topically and internally.

Here are just a few examples on how to use dóTerras Clary Sage essential oil and you can purchase your bottle by contacting me on the number below.

• Promotes feelings of relaxation when diffused and when applied to the wrist points

• Amazing ability to promote healthy looking hair when added to hair products

• Very soothing to the mind and body when used during your menstrual cycle

• Add a few drops with some Epsom salts to the bath to relieve feelings of stress

• Calms and soothes the skin when applied topically or taken in a veggie capsule

DóTERRA knows that essential oils must be pure and potent in order to best fulfill the needs of those that use them. Too often, essential oils available for purchase contain contaminants and filler substances that weaken the essential oil’s effectiveness. With the sole purpose to provide pure and potent essential oils, doTERRA ensures that their oils are free of harmful contaminants and fillers through the CPTG Certified Pure Tested Grade™ protocol and how lucky are we that DōTerra now have their own manufacturing plant in Blarney Business Park in Cork.

All of DóTerras essential oils and products can be purchased from Caroline’s Pod of Positivity on their own or as part of a Kit to support you and your family. These oils are a natural solution to care for our needs and our family’s health needs and they can support us in many of the following areas: Anxiety Issues, Digestive Support, Sleep Assist, Muscle Care, Stress Buster, Depression, Grief, Energy Boost, Skin Support, Immunity, Allergy Assist and so much more.

Using DóTERRA’S Essential Oils: Topically: Apply the oils onto your skin particularly on the pulse points and soles of the feet. Aromatically: Place two to three drops into a cold-water diffuser and diffuse the oils in your home, classroom, office space, salons or other places of work and business. Internally: Add the oils to your favourite food, waters and drinks, or simply by taking one drop daily under the tongue to support your body and mind.

You can check out my Facebook page Caroline’s Pod of Positivity where I have information and videos on DóTERRA’S Essential Oils. To book a consultation or appointment you can reach me on the number and together we will start you on your journey of health and wellness with DóTERRA’S essential oils along with my full support and guid ance.

SAMARITANS IN KERRY LAUNCH VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT DRIVE

Samaritans in Kerry are launching a major volunteer recruitment campaign to encourage people to get involved with the charity to give something back to the local community and help change people’s lives. There are 21 Samaritans branches across Ireland with over 1,500 active volunteers on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Volunteers in Kerry support the 24-hour helpline, answering approximately 22,000 calls a year. Listeners of all ages and walks of life are among those who dedicate three hours a week to those most in need. Some late night / overnight shifts are also required.

Jan Rice, a volunteer and Kerry Branch Director, said: “Samaritans volunteers are just ordinary people who are there for others. Being a volunteer is very rewarding and you really feel like you are giving something back. Just to be there for someone’s hour of need is a special experience. I’ve got far more from Samaritans than I’ve ever given. Listening, which seemingly is nothing, means so much to so many. The importance and power of listening can never be underestimated. I’d encourage anyone interested in learning more about Samaritans or volunteering with us to visit www.samaritans.ie/volunteer or email tralee.branchrecruitment@samaritans.org.”

Anyone interested in volunteering can also hear more at an open information night/event at Rose Hotel, Tralee on Tuesday 7th of February or Listowel Arms Hotel on Thursday 9th of February at 7pm. Full training is given.

Samaritans vision is that fewer people die by suicide, but only one in five calls to the charity are form people who are suicidal. The majority of callers report being lonely, feeling isolated, are facing problems at work or at home, or they may be struggling to cope with any issue, including the cost of living. As well as supporting people emotionally on the phone, Samaritans volunteers undertake outreach in the community, fundraise, and take on administrative roles, all of which are vital to ensure that the service remains available round the clock, every day of the year.

Jan added: “We urge anyone who is thinking of becoming a volunteer, but may be worried about what to expect, to come and chat to us. The training is very thorough and you are supported every step of the way. You don’t have to be an expert to join Samaritans, just being there to listen and showing you care can help. Letting them know they’re not a burden and there’s always someone they can turn to.

“People can also call Samaritans for support. Whatever you’re going through, call us free any time from any phone on 116 123 (this number is FREE to call and will not appear on your phone bill), or email jo@samaritans.ie.”

To find out more about becoming a volunteer with Samaritans in your area contact Kerry Samaritans on tralee.branchrecruitment@samaritans.org or fill in an application form on www.samaritans.ie/volunteer

SAN RITA WELLNESS

Welcome to San Rita Wellness weekly column…We hope you are safe and well

Welcome to San Rita Wellness weekly column

As you may know our ethos at San Rita Wellness is “ Eat Well, Feel Well, Live Well “ . This week we are focusing on “Living Well“, which is very important for our overall Wellness. Not only is it important to nourish our bodies with healthy foods it is equally important to nourish our minds also.

As we are now into the new season of Spring this week many of you maybe thinking of setting some seeds so they will be in full bloom and colour for the Summertime. We know they won’t grow overnight and will need certain care and attention in order to flourish. We can all be a little bit like the seeds, we also need certain care and attention in order for us to be healthy, vibrant and energized.

Here are some tips to help get you started with self care…

Foods

* Eating well is fundamental to good health and well-being. Healthy eating helps us to maintain a healthy weight and reduces our risk of type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and the risk of developing cardiovascular disease and some cancers. Some of the most amazing self care foods include oily fish, blueberries, nuts, green leafy veggies and broccoli.

Activity

* Regular exercise and physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight. Getting out in the daylight and being active for at least 30 minutes a day ,5 times a week is beneficial to our overall wellbeing. Being active also releases endorphins which makes us feel happy.

Sleep

* Make sure to get at least 6 to 8 hours sleep at night, as sleep has a huge impact on how we feel both emotionally and physically. Setting a going to bed time is equally as important as setting a wake up time. Also avoid being on devices before bedtime ie. phone/laptop in order to be able to unwind and relax and get a good nights sleep.

Stress

* Reducing stress is also key. Many of us are probably under more stress now than ever before with regards to the situation we are all in. Think about ways to calm yourself after a stressful day. A long soak in the bath with candles lighting is therapeutic and relaxing. Picking up the phone and chatting to someone can also help after all “a problem shared is a problem halved“.

Self love

* Treat yourself with respect and kindness as you would with your best friend, after all you can be your own best friend or your own worst enemy. There is a saying that we like to use which is “What you think determines how you feel, and how you feel determines what you do“

Thought for the week:

“Your mind is a garden, your thoughts are the seeds, You can grow flowers,or you can grow weeds.”

For extra support and for weekly accountability check us out on Facebook San Rita Wellness or sanritawellness.ie for details of our “In Person Meetings“, “At Home Service“ or our “One to One Service“

THE SHIP BENEATH THE ICE

On 21 November 1915, Sir Ernest Shackleton’s ship, Endurance, finally succumbed to the crushing ice. Its crew watched in silence as the stern rose twenty feet in the air and then, it was gone. The miraculous escape and survival of all twentyeight men on board have entered legend. And yet, the iconic ship that bore them to the brink of the Antarctic was considered forever lost.

A century later, an audacious plan to locate the ship was hatched. The Ship Beneath the Ice gives a blow-by-blow account of the two epic expeditions to find the Endurance. As with Shackleton’s own story, the voyages were filled with intense drama and teamwork under pressure. In March 2022, the Endurance was finally found to headlines all over the world.

Written by Mensun Bound, the Director of Exploration on both expeditions, this captivating narrative includes countless fascinating stories of Shackleton and his legendary ship. Complete with a selection of Frank Hurley’s photos from Shackleton’s original voyage in 1914–17, as well as from the expeditions in 2019 and 2022, The Ship Beneath the Ice is the perfect tribute to this monumental discovery.

LISTOWEL RFC U 16 TOO STRONG FOR TABLE-TOPPERS WATERFORD IN MUNSTER CAMPAIGN

Tries from flying centres Michael Coolahan and Jack Buckley, 2 tries from the rampaging flanker Sam Enright and 2 tries and 4 conversions from Listowel’s masterful outhalf Cathal Byrne, left the visitors shell shocked in front of a strong and vocal local crowd at Listowel’s Town Park.

Captain Liam Hanrahan showed powerful leadership in running a strong and cohesive forward performance through Eamon O Connor, Tadgh Mulvihill, Jason Moriarty, Marcos Leahy, Ruari O Connell, Euan Somers and the superb aggressive running of John Curtin and Cian Carey against a very strong Waterford pack. A brilliant hookers heel against the head in a Waterford scrum by Jason Moriarty gave a huge boost to the listowel team in the first half when the pressure was on.

Indeed it was a very tough start for the home side but the work of the pack, gained increasing dominance as the game went on and led to an excellent platform for the relentless scrum half Fionn Byrne to set up his brother Cathal Byrne to give a simply exceptional performance at number 10. Time and again the outhalf unleashed the talented Listowel backline through a mixture of well worked backs moves and from intelligent kicking decisions which kept the visitors under pressure. The backline talent on display from centres Coolahan and Buckley in attack was a joy to see with exceptional link play by this superb partnership.

Jake Rochford at full back created havoc for Waterford with his strong forward runs against the wind gaining incredible yards and linking up to turn defence into attack. Noteworthy performances came from French winger Paul Lacoste showing great speed and Fionn McNamara brilliantly chasing a superb kick from Cathal Byrne, turning over the receiver and allowing byrne to get over the line for Listowel’s first try. Both wings strength were added to with the introductions of Joseph Gilbert and James Roche to turn the screw in the second half while Harry Reidy slotted into left wing and showed great skills in his catching and return runs and later shored up the full back position.

Scrum half Fionn Byrne showed incredible speed to tackle the opposite 10 who spilled the ball from a lineout only for an amazing pick up and 30 metre run from Liam Hanrahan who threw an overhead pass to Enright to get under the posts. The number 9 at just 14 years is showing some brilliant performances in recent months driving the pack around the pitch and spinning long accurate passes consistently and has added some great kick moves to his game.

The rampaging Listowel back rows of Sam Enright, John Curtin, Euan Somers and Liam Hanrahan were superb and again the strength, awareness and intelligence of Enright led to two superb tries.

Man of the match undoubtedly was the young outhalf Cathal Byrne with amazing game awareness, passing, tackling and place kicking, with 4 conversions as well as getting in for 2 tries which was the icing on the cake.

Next Listowel travel to a strong Bantry side where the opportunity of reaching the Munster Quarter Final is well within their grasp.

LÁ LE BRÍDE

This Wednesday, 1st. February we celebrate the Feast Day of St Brigid who along with Saints Patrick and Colmcille are the three patron saints of Ireland. St. Brigid’s Day is about halfway between the winter solstice and the Spring Equinox and traditionally marked the start of Spring. Brigid was born in Faughart, outside Dundalk about 450 A,D. Her father was a pagan chieftain and her mother a Christian slave. When she was growing up she had a very charitable nature giving away much of her father’s goods to the poor. She was particularly kind to animals. As an adult she founded a convent in Kildare and opened a school there, the first Christian school in Ireland. According to the Four Masters, Brigid died in the year 535 and was interred in her own church in Kildare. The church was pillaged by the Vikings and her remains were removed to Downpatrick Cathedral to be buried beside St Patrick. The Irish Government to bring the number of Public Holidays up to the European annual average of 10 designated a public holiday in honour of Ireland’s only patron saint, so this year and following years, the first Monday in February will be a public holiday. The sanctuary in St Mary’s Church, Tarbert has a very colourful wall montage of St Brigid and the traditional St Brigid’s Cross, made of rushes features on the altar. The traditional belief is that the Cross made on 1st February and sprinkled with holy water and displayed in the home will protect the house from fire. If displayed in farm outhouses was to ensure animal health and protection. School children in Tarbert, Moyvane and Knockanure National Schools made a number of these Crosses and are now available to purchase at Tarbert Post Office with monies going to Palliative Care.

GAA REFEREE

In their National League game on Saturday last in Croke Park, Dublin defeated Kildare by one point. The game was very capably handled by Kerry referee, Pat Griffin. Pat is the son of Pat Griffin, Ballydonoghue and grandson of Kitty Griffin, St Patrick’s Terrace, Tarbert. Beir bua agus go neirí go geal leis mar réiteoir as seo amach.

Beale seniors got off to a dream start against Desmonds on Sunday with a goal in the opening minute in the first round of the North Kerry League, Division 1A. We found the net again early in the second half. However, our opponents took control in the closing quarter, and we lost out by 2-3 to 1-12.

Beale lined out as follows: Tommy O’Neill, Darragh Hanrahan, John Griffin, Andrew O’Connor, Daithí Toomey, Phillie Blake, Johnny O’Sullivan, Diarmuid O’Mahony, Fionnán Toomey, Seân Maloney, Callum McSweeney, Joe Finch, Tom Joy, Ger O’Gorman and Darragh Buckley. Substitutes: Neilus Mulvihill for Seân Maloney, Conor Toomey for Darragh Buckley, Niall Downey for Tom Joy, Aaron Kelly for Ger O’Gorman, Rory Mulvihill for John Griffin, Colm Carolan and Aaron Buckley.

BALLYLONGFORD GAA

North Kerry Senior League Div 2 Rd 1 - Ballylongford v Asdee

Date: Sunday 29th January 2023 - Time: 12 Noon

Venue: O’Rahilly Park Ballylongford

As a mark of respect a minute silence was observed by everyone in attendance at the game in O’Rahilly Park Ballylongford today for Billy Enright RIP, Ar dheis Dé go raibh a Anam dílis. Ballylongford had a brilliant game at home to Asdee in O’Rahilly Park on Sunday morning with the stand and hill packed out with our members, friends, and neighbour’s who were guaranteed to see a thrilling game of football being played between the two parish teams.

Ballylongford opened up the game in the first ten minutes with some outstanding football being played by Ciaran Dowd who took advantage of a break-through in the Asdee defence passing on the ball to Tom Doherty who then fired the ball into the back of the net to score the opening goal of the game. Asdee responded from a point scored by Martin Collins. Ballylongfords Jeremiah Tydings, Padraig O’Neill, and Jack Mulvihill kept on the pressure with Michael Holly Scoring a point, Asdee replied in kind with a point from Paul O’Carroll. Ballylongfords Matt O’Connor and Ciaran O’Connor wasted no time in pushing up the ball with Tadgh McEllistrem scoring a great point from play, Paddy O’Neill was also pushing forward and scored an impressive point, Asdee responded with another point keeping on the pressure and as the first half was ending, Michael Holly who was enjoying a great game scored a well-earned goal. Half Time Score: Ballylongford 2.05pts v Asdee 0.4pts

Ballylongford started off the game in the second half with a point coming from Michael Holly and Asdee looked set to make a comeback with a goal five minutes later, Ballylongford managed to retain possession with Ciaran O’Connor scoring two successive points from frees, Kenneth Tydings was in great form and made some important defensive saves that helped Ballylongford keep

up the momentum of play, Oran O’Neill and Pa Carmody were both playing some great football throughout the game and Sean Hanrahan piled on more pressure by scoring a with a well-played point, Padraig O Neill was also having a good game firing the ball in between the poles, and Conor Carmody kept the Asdee defence busy and was denied a potential goal-scoring opportunity. Asdee played some very competitive football throughout the whole of the game and made numerous efforts to add more points to the scoreboard, but Ballylongfords input of fresh players Bryan Murphy, Niall Heaphy, Paul Murphy, Liam Connolly, and Victor Flahive enabled Ballylongford to keep driving forward and with the additional combined footballing skills coming from Bryan Murphy and Niall Heaphy these added even more challenges to Asdee and the strong performance of tactical football being played by Paul Murphy, Liam Connolly, and Victor Flahive contributed to a Ballylongford victory in the final ending of an exciting game.

Full-Time Score: Ballylongford 2.10 v Asdee 1.5

Team: 1. Kenneth Tydings 2. Pa Carmody 3. Sean Hanrahan (1pt) 4. Oran O’Neill 5. Padraig O’Neill (1pt) 6. Tadgh McEllistrem (1pt) 7. Conor Carmody

8. Matt O’Connor 9. Jack Mulvihill, 10. Tom Doherty (1gl,1pt), 11. Jeremiah Tydings 12. Paddy O’Neill (1pt) 13. Ciaran Dowd 14. Ciaran O’Connor (2 pts) 15. Michael Holly (1gl 3pts). Subs: 20. A special word of thanks is mentioned to all the Club Officers, Members, and Volunteers who help to keep the facilities and grounds in excellent condition, without their continued support behind the scenes, these games could not be hosted & enjoyed by everyone who attended – Well done!!

ASDEE GAA

North Kerry Senior league Division 2. Round 1 Ballylongford 2-10 Asdee 1-5

O’Rahilly Park Ballylongford was the setting for this latest clash of these great rivals and fellow parishioners; but before proceedings got underway a minute’s silence was observed for the late Billy Enright synonymous with GAA within the County. In recent meetings Bally have held the upper hand in these derby clashes and continued to do so on this occasion. Certainly, the football season came that bit early for Asdee as they were down 7 first team players out with injuries and other commitments. However there can be no excuses as on the day Bally were full value for this latest clash; but in fairness Asdee did put in a good shift and the most encouraging part of the day and special mention must go to our 3 newcomers to senior football, Patrick Mulvihill, John Hannon and John Daly who all impressed in the presence of the more seasoned opposing players. The game itself was never in doubt and Bally bossed the game all through got some fine scores and gifted two goals by a hesitant Asdee rear-guard and Thomas Doherty and Michael Holly were quick to pounce. On the other hand, the visitors were never able to get the necessary scores when presented. Michael Holly was a constant threat near goals and scorer of 1-3. Both John Doran at midfield was a colossal and the fast-thinkingEoin Kennedy man caused plenty anxious moments and at the break Bally led 2-5 to 0-5. On the restart Asdee had their moments but once again were shy when it came to scoring and a poor return of 1-1 with the point coming in the last kick of the game was the sum total of their second half contribution. Asdee’s goal came in the 5th minute of the second half when Cyril Dineen collected and the inrushing Shay Doran billowed the net from close range. Ciaran O Connor, Sean Hanrahan and Padraig O Neill finished the home team’s total. Never a classic and as derby clashes go it was a tame affair but one could see the tension in their endeavours to put one over on one another. John Ross was as usual a very capable official but his job was made that much easier as both teams played the game as it should. Teams and scorers; Asdee; James Kelly, Con Carmody, Martin Collins,1pt, John Daly, Shea Doran, 1gl, Sean Keane, Patrick Mulvihill, John Doran, 1pt, Stephen Lynch, Paul O Carroll, 2pts, Eoin Kennedy 1pt, Jack Hannon, Cyril Dineen, Michael Walsh, Brian Coughlan.

UNFAILING NOVENA TO ST. ANTHONY

“Blessed be God in His Angels and in His Saints”

O Holy St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God and Charity for His creatures, made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on your word, which you were ever ready to speak for those in trouble and anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I implore you to obtain for me (request). The answer to my prayer may require a miracle, even so, you are the Saint of Miracles. O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was ever full of human sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the sweet Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms; and the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours. Amen. In Thanksgiving. AOC

THE MIRACLE PRAYER

Dear Heart of Jesus in the past I have asked many favours.

This time I ask you this special one, (mention favour). Take it dear heart of Jesus and place it within your heart where your father sees it. Then in his merciful eyes it will become your own favour not mine. Amen.

Say this prayer three times for three days and your favour will be granted. Never been known to fail. Must promise publication of prayer. AOC

HOLY CLOAK OF ST. JOSEPH

The Holy Cloak 30 day Novena is a powerful invoking of St. Joseph’s Patronage and intercession. A remedy to countless impossible difficulties. What a promise St. Teresa makes when she says: whatever you ask of St. Joseph you shall receive. A priest recommended praying the 30 day Novena in honour of St. Joseph’s Holy Cloak at a time of serious challenge. Deliverance from that situation ensued. The Propagation of this Novena Prayer Booklet is a gesture of Thanksgiving to St. Joseph.

It is significant for Ireland and the World that Saint Joseph came with Mary in the 1879 Apparition in Knock. To obtain a copy of this booklet please phone 094 9375993. Also you can find it on the internet. M.F.

We were chatting about the carry on in the Dáil last week. The sustained criticism and the incessant condemnation by the opposition parties of Pascal O Donoghue reminded me of a pack of jackals targeting, stalking, isolating, pursuing and destroying their prey. It was ugly and such a waste of time and resources that should otherwise be spent getting on with governing our country. Of course no one is denying that we need accountability and transparency from our elected representatives. That’s a given. But a week later as discrepancies in the accounts of the opposition parties came to light one wise journalist said what we all thought...

“People in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones. “

According to holy Scripture in Romans 3:10 l read... “none is righteousness, no, not one.”

And Proverbs 26:12 goes a step further by telling me “Do you see a man who is righteous in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him. “ Aggressive behaviour, self-righteousness, anger and violence is very much to the way of the world today

PRAYER TO SAINT PEREGRINE

O great St. Peregrine, you have been called ‘The Mighty, ‘ ‘The Wonder-Worker, ‘ because of the numerous miracles which you have obtained from God for those who have had recourse to you, you who for so many years bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fibre of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace when the power of man could do no more. You were favoured with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of the sick whom we entrust to you.

(Pause here and silently recall the names of the sick for whom you are praying)

Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall sing to God, now and for all eternity, a song of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy. Amen. M.F.

PRAYER FOR SAFE DELIVERY

O Great Saint Gerard, beloved servant of Jesus Christ, perfect imitator of thy meek and humble Savious, a devoted Child of the Mother of God: enkindle within my heart one spark of that heavenly fire of charity which glowed in thine and made thee a seraph of love.

O glorious Saint Gerard, becaise when falsely accused of crime, thou didst bear, like thy Divine Master, without murmur or complaint, the calumnies of wiked men, thou hast been raised up by God the Patron and Protector of expectant mothers. Preserve me from danger and from the excessive pains accompanying childbirth, and shield the child which I now carry, that it may see the light of day and receive the lustral waters of baptism through Jesus Christ our Lord. M.F.

The Word of God in James 1:19 tells us “....beloved brethren, let every person be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.”.

We also read in Proverbs 15:1 that “A gentle answer turns away wrath.”

Everyone has heard of the Golden Rule in Matthew 7:12 “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

And again, in Romans 12:17 we are told “Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone.”

And it goes on 12:18 “If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” And finally in verse 19 we are very clearly told “Do not take revenge, my dear friends but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “it is Mine to avenge, I will repay” says the Lord. “ Sobering words for all of us.

Say this prayer three times for three days and your favour will be granted. Never been known to fail. Must promise publication of prayer. JC

OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL

Oh, most beautiful flower of Mount Carmel, fruitful vine, splendor of Heaven.

Blessed Mother of the Son of God; Immaculate Virgin, assist me in my necessity. Oh, Star of the Sea, help me and show me you are my Mother. Oh, Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and Earth, I humbly beseech you from the bottom of my heart to succour me in my necessity

(Mention your request here)

There are none that can withstand your power. Oh, Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee (3 times). Sweet Mother, I place this cause in your hands (3 times). Amen

This prayer is never known to fail. It is to be said for 3 consecutive days. Publication on granting of the favour must be promised and done. T.C.
