Niranjan Babu & Suprajarama Raman Jupiter will transit Scorpio for about a year. Jupiter has a special significance in Vedic Astrology. Of benefic and auspicious nature, Jupiter’s sheer sight a person increases the overall goodluck and prosperity of a person. The Rigveda (Mandala 4, Hymn 50, Sloka 6) tells us that we need to invoke Brihaspati, along with selfless service and Yagna, for begetting wealth, children and fame. एवा पित्रे विश्वदे वाय वृष्णे यज्ञैर्ध वि ेम नमसा हविर्भिः बृहस्पते सुप्रजा वीरवन्तो वयं स्याम पतयो रयीणाम ् While there are thousands of links on the internet dealing with this subject, almost all the links are “promotional” in nature and they either try to sell their consultation services or products like 2

Secrets of the 8th House |Barry Rossen

Randhra, Ayus, Ashta, Rana, Mrithy and Vinasa are the various names for the 8th house. This house is often the most misunderstood house and usually seen under a negative filter. But there’s more to the 8th house than longevity and death. Barry Rossen writes about how the 8th house is magical in nature, and can be used as guide for self-transformation, self-discovery and a channel for rapid spiritual progress.

The 8th house, like its natural counterpart the 8th sign of the zodiac Scorpio, is a mystical, sexual, transformative place filled with mystery, surprise and highly charged energy. Its transits are dreaded but when once mastered, they can bring us major life transformation and new light to move toward liberation and freedom.

Barry Rosen has been practicing Vedic astrology since 1987. He has visited and studied in India on 4 occasions and has spoken numerous times at the American Council of Vedic Astrology Conferences in Sedona, AZ since 1999 and also the British Association of Vedic Astrologers in London since 2006. He has been involved in Vedic culture since 1973 and is a long-time meditation and yoga teacher and a published poet. Professionally, he has applied Vedic astrology to predicting financial markets since 1987 and has published numerous articles in leading journals including the NCGR journal and Trader’s World and the Trader’s Astrological Almanac and specializes in blocks to finance in ones chart. Recently, he has been pioneering research in other areas of Vedic astrology including Vedic astro-locality, the effects your current physical location have on your chart, connecting astrology to hatha yoga for therapeutic purposes and developing transformational healing work to move through karma. He is a neo-Vedic astrologer and uses the outer planets. He is particularly interested in Jaimni astrology and the soul’s journey through the physical world and its karma and purpose and has taken live seminars in London with Sanjay Rath. The 8th house is like the magician’s magical box—anything that goes in it can be transformed. Will the lady get sawed in half and become a different person entirely? While many dread 8th house transits and dashas, we can understand and embrace them for deep knowledge and transformation. The 8th house, like its natural counterpart the 8th sign of the zodiac Scorpio, is a mystical, sexual, transformative place filled with mystery, surprise and highly charged energy The 8th house represents the transcendental void that we often experience at the deepest point of meditation. It is a place where we dive into the core of our Divinity, recharge and emerge deeply rested and refreshed. A place where we can manifest our wishes as the secret of the 8th house is to desire, transcend, let go and let the Divine manifest what we want. Hence the 8th house is a powerful house placement for wish-fulfillment if we are on the spiritual path and we know the secrets of manifesting, desiring, letting go. Traditionally the 8 th house governs research, addictions, kundalini energy, occult power, knowledge of astrology, December 2018

The largest celestial body in our solar system, Jupiter, is also the Vedic planet of ether, higher intelligence and wisdom, inspiration and positivity, great wealth and offspring, good fortune and more. In Vedic astrology, Jupiter or Guru is also a living divine being dressed in golden yellow and riding a white elephant—a symbol and of wealth and auspiciousness.

Jupiter governing ether, higher intelligence and wisdom, inspiration and positivity, great wealth and offspring and good fortune will be in Scorpio or Vrischika until November 5, 2019 After his one-year stay in Libra, Jupiter has now moved to Scorpio or Vrischika, the sign ruled by Mars representing the natural 8th house of sudden changes, psychological and spiritual transformation, longevity and surprising financial gains. What can you expect? Although this will depend largely on your Moon, ascendant and the astrological houses (or areas) ruled by Jupiter in your chart—everyone will have a chance to experience deep physical and inner healing. Astrological Reasons for Gasoline (Petrol) Price Fluctuations |Dr. Nemani Venkata Raghunatha Rao

Varahamihira, in his magnum opus Brihat Samhita has included a full chapter on the fluctuation of prices. He writes that by observing the natural phenomena, movements of the planets particularly the Sun and the Moon, one can foretell the prices of articles.

This article comes at the right time when globally every media house is covering the US actions on Iran, and its likely impact on Oil prices. Dr Nemani, in this article, illustrates the connection between the prices of gasoline fuel (petrol, diesel etc) and movement of planets in the celestial world. It is a very well-known fact that, if something disrupts crude oil supplies, refineries production and gasoline supply chain, then the Gasoline (also known as Petrol in India) prices can fluctuate quickly. Sometimes even though the crude oil prices are pretty much stable, the gasoline prices fluctuate because of seasonal changes in demand of gasoline worldwide.

Dr. Nemani Venkata Raghunatha Rao is from Parvatipuram (Near Vizag), AP, India, lives in San Francisco, USA. Dr. Raghunatha Rao has been practicing Vedic Astrology since 2002. With a doctorate in Business Management by profession. he considers H. Ramadas Rao, Pt. Sanjay Rath, Pt. Dakshinamoorthy Ramasamy and Swami Omkar as his Jyotish Teachers. Dr. Rao has recently received Jyotish Visharada from Council of Vedic Astrology (CVA), USA.

With the worldwide economic growth the demand of Gasoline is in rise in combination with reduced supply helped to push prices higher periodically. However, the recent downturn in prices was a result of the growth in oil supplies, outpacing the growth in global demand and Electric or Hybrid Cars and Vehicles coming into the market reducing fuel consumption. Having said that, now let us see the Astrological reasons for such price fluctuations. Mars (Kuja) is Bhumi (Earth) Karaka the son of Earth. Karkataka is the natural 4th house of the Kaala Purusha and Mars (Kuja) is Neecha in Karkataka indicates a manipulations of the prices of the resources dug from Bhumi in the Jala form, such as petroleum products. Ketu is the Karaka for cutting the flow of fuel delivery, hence when these two grahas (Kuja and Ketu) are in Kendra or in Trines or Mars (Kuja)'s asepcting on Ketu or in the Nakshtra of each other, there is a huge potential to fluctuate (manipulate) the gasoline/ petroleum prices.

Principles: 1. Check if Mars (Kuja) and Ketu are in Kendra or Trikon to each other 2. Check if Mars (Kuja) is aspecting Ketu by Graha Drishti 3. Check if Kuja is in the Nakshatra of Ketu or Ketu is in the Nakshatra of Kuja
