Tips to Help 5 You GROW!
Protect Your Headspace
You have to be aware of what you feed your mind on a daily basis. Turning on your TV, computer or other devices connected to the internet can open the floodgates of negativity, which can greatly impact your thoughts and bring you down. The same thing can happen with negative people, so be mindful of who and what you allow into your daily life.
2
Share Your Vision
It is important to share your vision with those who support you through the good and bad times. With the AIM family, you have ample support from many people that want you to succeed. Share your goals with a mentor, a friend, your upline, your significant other. It’s crucial to have support from people who will help to light up your vision even on the darkest days.

Manage Expectations
Our culture fosters instant gratification. Overall, the network marketing industry has encouraged people to find success quickly without managing their ability to achieve their goals. Accomplishing your goals is a bit like mining for diamonds. It takes time. You have to sift through countless contacts to find the gems that will grow your business. Make it a fun and rewarding process by treating contacts as prospective friends, not potential sales.
5
Be Prepared for Failure
Failure teaches you things that you do not learn from success. Any uncomfortable feelings that result can actually help you to grow, so view the experience as an opportunity for self-examination. Failure is not proof that you cannot do something; it’s a chance to do better. It is very important to struggle and learn from difficult life lessons. So, embrace any failures that may come your way and grow from the experience.
In today’s technological age, we have access to unlimited information. There are so many people who have spent their entire lives trying to figure out how to do network marketing the best way in as little time as possible.
An AIM in life is the only fortune worth finding.
They have failed for you. In other words, learn from successful leaders who have already made mistakes. Stay connected with your upline and Chrysalis Networx

Prostate Health &
ReAssure SP By Charlotte Meschede - Nutritionist
AIM ReAssure SP is a supplement designed to help urinary health, support urine flow and contains antioxidants that help to neutralize free radicals. The exact formulation of AIM ReAssure SP per two capsules is:
systemically (i.e. on the prostate gland only and does not affect the rest of the body). DHT then binds to androgen receptors in the cell nuclei, which then cause the cells to continue to divide, causing the gland to grow in size. This then results in BPH.
This formulation was primarily designed to help with male prostate health. One of the conditions that all males are susceptible to, especially as they age, is Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), which is non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland. Since the prostate gland is wrapped around the urethra (the tube that transports urine to the exterior), this enlargement of the organ can compress the urethra, restricting the flow of urine. One of the reasons for the enlargement of the prostate is that a metabolite of testosterone, called dihydrotestosterone (DHT) stimulates this excessive growth resulting in an enlarged prostate gland. In the prostate gland, an enzyme, type II 5-alpha-reductase metabolizes circulating testosterone into DHT, which works locally, not
Recent studies have indicated that inflammation occurring inside the prostate dictates the progression and aggravation of BPH. Therefore any treatment must be directed at managing these inflammatory pathways in order to be effective. These same studies showed that urinary retention was greater in men who had prostatic inflammation than those who had an enlarged prostate but no inflammation. Inflammation can be measured using certain markers such as CRP (C-reactive protein) in the blood. The more chronic the inflammation, the less likely the individual would respond to medication.
Saw palmetto extract Zinc Citrate Pumpkin seed oil Tomato fruit extract
320 mg 15 mg 240 mg 71.4 mg
Herbalists have been treating BPH for many years using several herbs, of which saw palmetto extract is the most common and seems to have the greatest success in helping maintain prostate health. One of the reasons for
CELL PROTECTION
the success of this herb is due to its anti-inflammatory action. The article referred to in the References below refer to studies that have identified beta-sitosterol, which is present in saw palmetto extract as the active ingredient. This compound helps to improve urinary flow and urinary symptoms. In addition, saw palmetto extract seemed to reduce prostate size by increasing apoptosis. Apoptosis is a form of programmed cell death that occurs in all organs, preventing them from enlarging. Therefore the absence of apoptosis is what causes the organ to increase in size. Saw palmetto extract has also been shown to inhibit the enzyme, 5-alpha-reductase, which as you now know, is responsible for converting testosterone to DHT. Pumpkin seed oil is rich in numerous fatty acids, including essential fatty acids, linoleic acid and linolenic acid, as well as other mono-saturated fatty acids. Pumpkin seed oil has anecdotal evidence of improving urinary symptoms such as reduced flow and urinary discomfort. Lycopene, a red carotenoid found in red-pigmented plant foods such as tomatoes, is found in greater concentrations in the prostate than other parts of the body. A study published in the Journal of Nutrition (2003) showed that lycopene significantly prevented cell proliferation and therefore had a beneficial impact on BPH.
What about diet?
The Mediterranean diet, which is basically a diet rich in plant foods, unrefined grains, raw nuts and seeds and fatty fish, will help to prevent BPH simply because it supplies a diversity of compounds, which not only have anti-inflammatory properties, but also is rich in anti-oxidants. However, it is important to include a variety of pigmented foods like tomatoes, butternut, spinach, broccoli, blueberries and other fruits and vegetables that contain colour. Eating fatty fish like mackerel, sardines, salmon and tuna will also help provide those essential fatty acids that can fight inflammation. It is also important to note that actual testosterone levels in men decrease with age, much like oestrogen does in women after menopause. So therefore it is not just the fact that testosterone converts to DHT that is significant in the development of BPH, and one must look to other contributing factors. Drink it Up! Water is an inorganic, transparent, tasteless, odorless, and nearly colorless chemical substance, which is the main constituent of Earth’s hydrosphere and the fluids of all known living organisms. It is vital for all known forms of life, even though it provides no calories or organic nutrients. Your body is around 50 to 75 percent water, depending on your age and gender, so the recommended daily water intake varies. The well-known “drink eight glasses a day” is a guideline, so more or less may be needed. However, replenishing daily is essential.
Easy-to-Replenish AIM Nutrition
When AIM first introduced the juice powder of young barley leaves, a healthy trend began among Members: mixing BarleyLife with water to make nutrient-dense beverages. Some take the powder dry in their mouths, but the presence of water is still required for the barley grass powder to dissolve and be absorbed. Members also enjoy and benefit from the juice powders of carrots and beets, individually as Just Carrots and RediBeets or in the Garden Trio along with BarleyLife. You can juice your own 6

Barley grass is also a presence in LeafGreens among the leaf powders of super vegetables, including arugula, kale and spinach. You can also choose to drink your greens with a three-part mixture of cocoa powders in CoCoa LeafGreens. AIM for healthy choices.
Fiber and Water
When supplementing with Herbal Fiberblend or Fit ’n Fiber, drinking sufficient amounts of water allows an indigestible nutrient to work its healthy inner magic as soluble and insoluble fiber. That’s the simplicity of AIM nutritional powders: just add water.

Some of the most nutritious vegetables fall into the category of cruciferous, which means cross-bearing because the plants’ flowers are cross-shaped. LeafGreens contains the powders of 3 cruciferous vegetables: arugula, broccoli sprouts and kale. Along with being a rich source of vitamins and minerals, cruciferous vegetables contain unique, healthy plant nutrients, including flavonoids, such as kaempferol and quercetin, and an isothiocyanate known as sulforaphane. Kale
Spinach
Kale, spinach and Swiss chard top the list of leafy greens rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, two carotenoids that are recognized as healthy eye nutrients.
A Little Swiss Chard History In the early 1800s, Swiss settlers introduced chard to North America, which is possibly how the Swiss got added to its name. The word “chard” is traced to Latin, meaning thistle, and this leafy green’s popularity is traced back to 350 BC with its roots in the Mediterranean region.

AIM
for the whole family
By Tanya van der Westhuizen - AIM Director
I am so grateful to be a part of the AIM family! I was introduced to The AIM Companies 5 years ago and was very sceptical to use at first, but I did my research and studied Nutrition and the proof is in the pudding. These products also made a huge difference in the health of my entire family. AIM products are part of our monthly grocery list. Our main reason for using the products is to maintain a healthy immune system especially in the times we live in. We love that it is a clean, nutritional wholefood and bioavailability is extremely high. My son is a clean eater, sporty and it makes my heart happy to see that what I teach him about nutrition he implements. He drinks BarleyLife every morning. His friends also follow in his footsteps and oh boy they must drink green BarleyLife for optimal health or else they are in trouble. He is a great swimmer and makes a point of drinking Peak Endurance before and after his training sessions.

My daughter on the other hand was introduced to the products in utero and she just loves the taste of Garden Trio and her latest love is CalciAIM and Peak Endurance. Everything Mom drinks she must drink as well. Peak Endurance with magnesium, B-minerals and ATP really gave me a boost in the last few months. Magnesium is especially important during stressful times because cortisol depletes magnesium. A product I highly recommend for burn out.

Aging Well with
AIM Nutrition
If there is one secret to aging well, it is the sources of nutrition that you feed your body as the years go by.1 Consuming the right kinds of food adds up to “inner housekeeping” that makes for a healthy body environment. It’s a “nourishing your cells equals a healthy you” situation that is so fittingly incorporated into the AIM Healthy Cell Concept™. Over the past 38 years, AIM has promoted the vital value of eating whole foods from the plant kingdom. Even though you may have heard a lot about the benefits of a plant-based diet, it bears repeating, especially when the Physicians Committee exclaims, “A plant-based diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes, is a great way to achieve good health!” To support good health, AIM provides a wide variety of plant-based, wholefood powders and dietary supplements, offering many choices that enhance wholesome nutrition. The following AIM assortment fits finely into a plan for aging well.

Whole-Food Powder Concentrates
Given that eating at least five servings of fruit and vegetables daily is also a dietary recommendation from the Physicians Committee2, you simply can’t go wrong by taking one or more AIM whole-food powders that deliver concentrated plant-based nutrients.
BarleyLife • BarleyLife Xtra • CoCoa LeafGreens • Just Carrots • LeafGreens • ProPeas • RediBeets Easy to digest and absorb, each concentrate contributes a wealth of plant nutrition to foster healthy cells that are instrumental in doing well at the aging game.
CranVerry +
A cranberry a day … okay, it takes more than one of those scarlet balls of nutrition to make a beneficial difference. Each capsule of CranVerry+ is packed with 500 mg of cranberry extract. This equals a cup of cooked cranberries or almost 10 sizeable servings of cranberry juice. CranVerry + supports your body’s urinary system and bacterial balance as you age.
Frame Essentials
Joint problems do not have to be a part of the aging process when your body begins to produce reduced amounts of the nutrients that keep bone connections in good shape. To support joint health, Frame Essentials supplements the glucosamine (a building block of cartilage) and methylsulfonylmethane (natural sulfur compound) required for healthy connective tissue and adds antiinflammatory boswellia extract.
GinkgoSense
The botanical ingredient that gives GinkgoSense its name is Ginkgo biloba, which has been shown to improve cognitive function.3, 4 The formulation also
includes curcumin and ashwagandha, two ingredients historically used in India, “to slow down brain aging and enhance memory.”5 Additionally, maculasupporting lutein and zeaxanthin are two plant nutrients that are essential for aging eyes. With ginkgo’s positive effect on blood circulation, you get improved delivery of all the beneficial nutrients in GinkgoSense where needed the most.
Proancynol 2000
One of the leading factors in advanced aging is the damage to cells, tissue, organs and DNA caused by unstable molecules known as free radicals. Consuming antioxidant-rich nutrition counteracts their harmful effects. The diversity of antioxidants in Proancynol 2000 delivers supplemental defense against the aging effects of free radical damage. Age well with the help of supplemental nutrition from AIM! Who moved my
Cheese?
By Joan van Rensburg - AIM Chairman’s Club Director
Embracing our fast changing world. That is our new challenge! Our world is changing daily at a rapid pace. Technology is changing, our economies are changing, the way we communicate is changing, and the way we do business is changing. Adaption to change is crucial if we want our AIM Businesses to not only survive, but also to thrive. I recall 2 books which I purchased in 1999 at the AIM Celebration in Baltimore, USA. These books had such a profound impact on my approach to my AIM business, and are so relevant to the current circumstances we all find ourselves in. Their titles have remained embedded in my mind all these years. The first one was... Who moved my cheese? By Spencer Johnson MD. It was a 1998 best business tool and a New York best seller for 5 consecutive years. Very simplistic, very thought provoking. A story of 4 imaginary characters, 2 mice, Sniff and Scurry and 2 little people Hem and Haw. They represent the complex parts of ourselves, irrespective of age, gender, race or nationality. They find their cheeses, but then they are taken away, moved somewhere else, and then found again. They live in a maze, which represents our lives, and their search for cheese, represents our happiness and success. 14

Sometimes we may be like Sniff... Who sniffs out change early or Scurry, who scurries into action or Hem, who denies and resists change as he fears it will lead to something worse, or Haw, who learns to adapt in time when he sees changing leads to something better!! The morals of the storyline are: ...Smell the cheese often, so you know when it is getting old. ...The quicker you get rid of the old cheese, the sooner you can embrace the new cheese. ...Face your fears, move with the new cheese and enjoy it. The other book is titled 'Life is Tremendous' by Charlie 'Tremendous' Jones. He is an author, Executive, Humorist and Master of Salesmanship. Little did I realise that Charlie Jones implemented the information he got from the book 'Who moved my cheese'. It contributed to his success and his own book! AIMazing advice on how to deal with change, both in your life and the workplace. They both offer unique insights
PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY
into embracing change and adopting an attitude of gratitude in the workplace. CHANGE...Most people initially resist change because they see it as a 'loss' and fear that if they are moved out of their 'comfort zone' they will not be able to adapt. However in many AIM teams they have chosen to not only embrace change, but also use it to their benefit, because ultimately it leads to increased productivity. We are learning new skills, exploring the new avenues and opportunities of growing our businesses. We want to stay updated and not loose our competitive edge. And it is working! GRATITUDE...is a conscious choice we make every day, to focus on the positive, serve others, and lead our teams with passion and purpose into the future. I have chosen to see the lockdown, as a time and season of being in a 'Chrysalis', a time of preparation to equipping and preparing members for adapting to the next season of Transformation! We can be so grateful to be in a business which has taken flight and is booming right now, a business which has prepared us for our ever changing
future, and provides us with products and an excellent compensation plan which can improve people's quality of life around the world. How blessed we are to be able to do our business from the comfort of our own home, and be reaching people who we would not have been able to before via technology. As we adapt and equip ourselves to new ways of sharing our stories and growing our businesses, we are seeing huge growth spurts in our teams and their businesses. It is actually all so simple, just like AIM has told us from the beginning: USSBT. USE the products SHARE the products SPONSOR others BUILD your business TEACH others to do the same. (By keeping it simple, and duplicatable.) The most important training Eric Worre teaches is...It's never about you, your expertise and your management skills, it's about keeping the message and your story simple so others can duplicate it, and then it is about raising up leaders in your team, and sharing in their success, even when they surpass you. So the time is now, cheers to finding the ever moving cheese! Testimonials should not be construed as representing results everybody can achieve. This is not the opinion of The AIM Companies and is a personal opinion and experience of the consumer.

You and Your Microbiota Relationship You’ve probably heard a lot about the microbiome, and maybe you’re just beginning to realize that you and your microorganisms have an important relationship. You did not enter into this relationship knowingly, but your physical and mental well-being is linked to your gut microbiota, particularly in regard to the population and diversity of good bacteria. One recent study even suggests that the quality of your human relationships is linked to the composition of your microbiota.1 For example, people who live alone have less diversity and richness in their communities of gut microbes compared to those who are married and have a close relationship. Considering that neurobehavioral, metabolic and immune traits are influenced by gut microbes, it’s as though your microbiota is steering the ship toward either safe ports or shipwrecking rocks. 16

How to Nurture Your Inner Relationship
Whether you are part of a couple or single, two of the best ways to support the good bacteria that keep you healthy is to add more of them and keep them well fed. AIM delivers probiotics and prebiotics in FloraFood and Fit ’n Fiber, making it supplementarily simple to increase the population and diversity of your good bacteria and feed them the type of fiber that allows them to flourish.
CELL ENVIRONMENT
Fit ’n Fiber Reinforces Your Bond with Good Bacteria also provides food for the gut bacteria that keep you healthy.
It’s funny that in the 1970s dietary fiber was defined as “the skeletal remains of plant cells that are resistant to digestion…” 1 Fortunately, we have since learned that the indigestible part of plants is an essential nutrient that has a positive impact on the entire body, not just the digestive system. The benefits of fiber and how it is integral to your health continue to be researched and documented, especially in regard to functions of the microbiota: the community of microorganisms that lives in and on the human body. The most recent research focuses on how the inhabitants of the gut affect our overall health.2
The newly labeled Fit’ n Fiber still contains 8 grams of prebiotic fiber from acacia, konjac and guar gum. That means when you take this supplement to increase your fiber intake, you not only feed yourself an essential nutrient, you nourish the bacteria that live to keep you alive. It’s a relationship that you want to nurture for a healthy lifetime, so make Fit ’n Fiber a supplemental essential of that bond. PS: When you combine the prebiotics in Fit ’n Fiber with the probiotics in FloraFood, you create a healthy combination known as synbiotics.3 1 http://bit.ly/Fiber_Defined 2 http://bit.ly/Good_Gut_Bacteria 3 http://bit.ly/Synbiotics_

Renal
Support
By Melanie Krause - AIM Star Sapphire Director
How to maintain healthy renal function in 7 easy to follow steps:
1. Go for Fiber
Go for fiber, especially soluble fiber in the form of psyllium husk seed that can be found in AIM’s Herbal Fiberblend and Fit ‘n Fiber. The fiber could support kidney health. In a research article by Peter Evenepoel and Björn K Meijers published in Kidney International in 2012, it was found that high fiber intake was associated with lower inflammation. In the subgroup of patients with chronic kidney disease, dietary fiber intake was also associated with mortality risk. Each 10 gram per day increase in intake was associated with a lower hazardous risk. Thus the higher the intake of dietary fiber, the better the outcome1.
2. Work towards alkalinity
In an article by Caroline Passey PHD published in May 2017 in the Journal of Renal Nutrition, the heading reads: “Reducing the dietary acid load: How a more alkaline diet benefits patients with chronic kidney disease”2 Can you imagine that more than 30 years ago AIM already had the answer of keeping the body alkaline, and has been teaching it to its members as part of the Healthy Cell Concept.

Good fats such as those in AIMega are well researched with regards to kidney health and can be found beneficial in supporting healthy renal function.

4. Do not ignore common infections
Untreated bladder infections can easily result in renal problems later in life CranVerry+ with mangosteen supports bladder health. ReAssure SP is an excellent support product for prostate function, which can lead to healthier kidneys.
5. AIM for pain relief
Many people are hooked on pain killers to sleep, anti-inflammatory drugs to manage painful inflammation or gout. This is like a whip on our kidneys. Rather ask the question – what caused my pain? What was my diet and lifestyle like the last few months that could cause new pains? We can do our part to preserve renal function up to old age. Composure has been formulated to calm the nervous system and contains natural herbs that could contribute to relaxation.
If we make sure that we have good gut health, we create a healthy gut/kidney axis. FloraFood is a probiotic, that contributes to digestive health3. FloraFood adds the friendly bacteria that will help the body to detoxify. Colorful foods and especially antioxidants in the onion cabbage and garlic family are an excellent way to support this kidney/heart axis. Bear Paw Garlic and LeefGreens from AIM are to be welcomed.
7. Boost your Nitric Oxide levels In a study published in 2018 in “Pharmacological Research” it was demonstrated that dietary NO sources (beetroot juice) or nitrate salts supplements have positive effects on blood pressure, vascular endothelial function and platelet aggregation4.
6. Feed your renal /gut axis
The gut/kidney axis and gut/kidney/ heart axis was well researched and discussed in a interesting study “Microbiota metabolites: Pivotal players of cardiovascular damage in chronic kidney disease this was published March 2018 in Pharmacological Research .
Since nitric oxcide has been linked to lower blood pressure, RediBeets is a good addition to your diet and can have a positive effect on the renal health. 1. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih. gov/22241557/ 2. https://www.jrnjournal.org/article/S10512276(16)30188-1/abstract 3. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih. gov/29518493/ 4. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih. gov/29518493/

HEALTHY ATTITUDE
The AIM Commitment Delivering wholesome, high-quality nutritional products has been the pivotal focus of AIM’s mission since 1982. To consistently achieve this standard of excellence, AIM is committed to a number of behind-thescene factors that magnify this effort. Ingredient Choices and Beyond
When you read the nutrition and supplement facts on AIM product labels, you can be sure that the list of ingredients are of high quality. Providing the best ingredients by using curcumin extract instead of turmeric in GinkgoSense and cold pressing the virgin, organic seed oils in AIMega are two examples of how AIM makes high-quality products. What’s more, AIM high quality includes pure ingredients sourced with crop sustainability, fair trade and recycling in mind as well as high regard for the people who farm or harvest the crops.
Crop Sustainability and Fair Trade
Fair trade means that there are standards set in place requiring fair wages for workers, acceptable working conditions and prohibiting child and slave labor when concerned with the production of a product or ingredient. An ingredient such as the palm oil in CellSparc 360 is just one example of the length AIM goes to take quality to the highest level possible. Only certified Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) makes it into the CellSparc 360 formulation. This helps to ensure the future availability of this ingredient and a better future for those involved in its production, including fair pricing and guaranteed minimum wage for the workforce. 20

In other words, we aim for ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients.
Making Use of It All
The young barley leaves in BarleyLife are harvested at night to take advantage of cool temperatures that optimally increase their nutrient levels. To further ensure that only the highest quality of barley grass finds its way into BarleyLife, the perimeter of each field is purged by cutting and removing the outer growth of weaker plants. This means that only the most nutrient-rich young barley leaves are used to make BarleyLife thanks to the protection the outer plants provide. As for recycling, the barley grass removed from the field’s outer perimeter is used for natural crop fertilizer or animal feed.
Cruelty-Free
AIM supports animal welfare. Although not all AIM products are vegan, none of our ingredients or finished products are tested on animals. With the small exception of five products, recently brought down from six with the new formulation of GinkgoSense, all AIM products are certified by Vegan Action as vegan and cruelty-free.
AIM’s commitment to making highquality products will continue by providing not only the finest ingredients, but the most ethical and sustainable ways to source them.

Faith in AIM’s Nutritional Products Shared by Leah Miller, AIM Director in Dundee, Ohio
In 2016, my 11-year-old son, Jerry, had an accident involving gasoline. Over 85 percent of his body was burned. The first day at the hospital, the doctor told us nutrition was the only thing that would get him through. I was so amazed to hear a medical doctor say that. At the same time, Jerry was given only a 50 percent chance of survival. Our son underwent five surgeries during the first 10 days. After the first week, we asked about giving him AIM products. They agreed after we provided information. We gave him the Garden Trio and FloraFood while he was hospitalized for over six months. Jerry was in surgery nearly every other day for a total of 52 operations, including skin grafts from his identical twin brother, John. Every burn patient is constipated according to the people who work with them, so they kept telling us we were fortunate that Jerry had at least 2-3 bowel movements every day. We really felt that this helped him to get better faster because toxins weren’t accumulating in his body. I attribute that to the AIM products.
When he was finally able to come home, we also gave him Composure. Jerry’s still getting therapy and taking AIM products. There were many times when the doctors didn’t give him more than a 50 percent chance of living more than four months. So, all honor and glory to God. But I really feel the AIM products stabilized the whole process. Testimonials should not be construed as representing results everybody can achieve.
