Member Income Plan Enhancements and Other Changes Why Is AIM Making Changes to the Member Income Plan?
AIM wants to better reward your business-building efforts by increasing your earning potential. We also want to make it easier for anyone interested in the AIM products to order directly from the company, while keeping AIM compliant with the direct selling industry.
A Well-Deserved Raise for AIM Members
Director Promotion Awards
Starting with July 2022 promotions, AIM is increasing the Director Promotion Awards for the titles of Director, Star Sapphire Director and Royal Emerald Director: Director promotion: $350 USD – an increase of $100 USD Star Sapphire Director promotion: $500 USD – an increase of $250 USD Royal Emerald Director promotion: $750 USD – an increase of $250 USD
Effective July 1, 2022, you will begin earning an additional one percent commission on the group volumes of your personally-sponsored Members:
Note: Members are paid in the currency of their country based on the AIM exchange rate at the time of payment.
A qualifying Director or Elite Director will earn: 19% on Wholesale Members, 13% on Preferred Members and 7% on Group Builders.
Introducing AIM Customer
A qualifying Group Builder will earn: 13% on Wholesale Members, 7% on Preferred Members and 4% on Group Builders. A qualifying Preferred Member will earn: 7% on Wholesale Members and 4% on Preferred Members. Note: Commissions earned on personal purchases (PV) will remain at current percentage levels.
One of the most exciting enhancements is the introduction of AIM Customer, a brand-new option for ordering directly from AIM. Also called Favored Customer, an AIM Customer might be someone who wishes to “try out” the AIM products or isn’t interested in the business opportunity. A key benefit for AIM Customers will be the ability to earn Loyalty Rewards on each AIM product order, which they can then redeem on their next product order placed within 6 months.

Customers will pay a little more for AIM products than Members but enjoy other features including shipping incentives and no membership or renewal fees. How will AIM Customer benefit me? As an AIM Member, you will earn commissions on the BVP of your Customer’s product purchases, the same you earn on a personally sponsored Wholesale Member. The Customer option will provide you with flexibility when promoting and sharing the AIM products with others. And at any time your Customer wants to become a Member, it will be an easy transition. Final preparations are in progress for the AIM Customer option, so stay tuned for a launch date and full details in an upcoming issue of Living Well magazine.
Other Changes
Smart Start Rewards This incentive will end with June 2022 business, simplifying the overall focus on commission increases to AIM Members. Leadership Bonuses Effective July 2022, a maximum of 300 Personal Volume (PV) will count towards Group Volume when calculating the Director Growth Bonus and Director Three-Deep Bonuses (previously it was 3,000 PV). This helps AIM comply with best practices in the direct selling industry, and benefits Members growing their downline instead of “bonus buying” or “inventory loading.”
Preferred Member Promotion Effective September 2022, a total of 600 Group Volume (GV) points within three consecutive months will be needed to promote to AIM Preferred Member title (previously it was 450 GV). Annual Membership Fee Effective July 2022, all new Members will pay a $20 initial membership fee. Starting in June 2023, Preferred Member and Group Builder titles will need 600 PV (previously it was 200 PV) points during their membership year to waive a $20 annual renewal fee. Wholesale Members will need 100 PV (previously it was 50 PV). If an AIM Member doesn’t renew by the end of their one-month grace period, they will convert automatically to AIM Customer. For more details, log in to your Member Dashboard and select Member Tools > Member Income Plan to view the new AIM Member Income Plan booklet.

“I remember the first time I tasted barley grass … wasn't overly impressed with the flavor.” Brent Peterson was a teenager the first time his father, Ralph, handed him a canister of BarleyLife and said ”Maybe you wanna try some of this.” Little did Brent know at the time, in that moment, his father was also handing him a legacy.
Ralph Peterson
Phyliss and Ralph’s hard work as a team provided the momentum that kept growing their AIM business over two decades. Sadly, Phyllis passed away in 2013, and eight years later, Ralph passed.
It began in 1989 when his father tried AIM’s barley leaf juice powder that a friend had given him. The chronic knee problems that had been plaguing Ralph just went away, so he decided to share the health benefits of BarleyLife. “It was my mother and father who built the business together,” Brent stated. “My dad loved to help people, to be out and talking with folks. And my mom worked quietly in the background and kept things in order.”

leaving his job position as factory engineering manager at John Deere after over 18 years of employment. The transfer of this AIM business has resulted in financial support for Ralph’s second wife, Valerie, as well as Brent’s three siblings and his own family. “What has transpired for us is incredible,” Brent exclaimed. “I’ve heard that not all MLM companies allow a membership to be handed down like this. It’s one of the many remarkable things about AIM. We thank God for His provision for us through AIM, both nutritionally and financially.” Even though Ralph had loved the AIM entrepreneurship the most, he had other businesses before and during the AIM years. As Brent noted, “Right to the end, my father carried on Ralph’s Sharp Shop, a home-based, sharpening business. Not because it was making any money. It brought people around, and he simply enjoyed helping people. He was built for AIM.” Having been instructed by his father, Brent assumed the role of president of Ralph’s AIM business in November 2021,
In January 2022, the family business entered the Two Million Dollar Club, adding to the many AIM milestones reached through the teamwork of Ralph and Phyllis and marking yet another pinnacle among their many accomplishments. The Peterson’s legacy lives on and continues to grow.

Easing the Sting In the summer of 2008, our daughter and son both had reactions to wasp stings. Our daughter had been stung in the past and reacted the same way. For both incidents, we took our children to the emergency room. After bringing our daughter home from the emergency room following the first incident, I called our friend, Chairman's Club Director Charlotte Thompson. She had introduced us to the AIM products, and I asked her if there was something that would help. Charlotte recommended using Mag-nificence CWR on our daughter's wasp sting, which was on the tip of her nose. The results were amazing! She had hardly any swelling. From that day forward, our daughter always carried a small container of it in her purse. About a month later, our son was also stung by a wasp. In his case, he broke out in hives on his face, all the way down to his waist. His mouth and ears became swollen and his body was a dark red color. When he was released from the emergency room, we used Mag-nificence CWR on his sting. And once again, we were amazed by the results! From then on, we have always used Mag-nificence CWR on wasp and bee stings. Thank you, AIM, for your wonderful, life-giving products. Barbara Swartzentruber AIM Director in Coshocton, Ohio Note: AIM recommends that you seek medical advice if you have a reaction to an insect. Mag-nificence CWR should not be used to replace any emergency medicine.

RediBeets for Betaine The juice powder of beets that makes RediBeets such a nutritious, whole-food supplement delivers the concentrated nutrients and phytonutrients provided by this beet red, root vegetable. Over 80 beets are used to produce the contents of each canister. One of the many natural compounds in beets is a sweet-tasting alkaloid called betaine (pronounced BEE-tuh-een). It was given the name betaine back in the 19th century after being discovered for the very first time in beet juice. RediBeets gives easy access to beet beverages containing a healthy, plantbased source of betaine. Although betaine is naturally produced by the body by converting choline (a nutrient similar to B vitamins), supplemental betaine from food appears to be a dietary necessity for good health. Along with a full spectrum of beet nutrition, RediBeets provides food-sourced, natural betaine, not an extracted isolate.

Betaine Benefits
Betaine plays a key role as a rapidly absorbed osmolyte that protects proteins, enzymes and cells from environmental stress. Several clinical reports associate this osmolyte with enhanced neuroprotection and cognition. This beet phytonutrient also participates as a methyl donor in a cycle that converts homocysteine into methionine. High levels of homocysteine are associated with poor cardiovascular health, whereas methionine is an essential amino acid required for many body functions. As a lipotrope, betaine prevents or reduces fat accumulation in the liver, the second-largest organ in the human body. A small amount of fat is normal in a healthy liver, but too much can cause serious health issues. It is likely that betaine is one of the key compounds that make beets such a supportive vegetable for liver health. Given the growing evidence of betaine’s positive effects on health, you can healthily increase your intake of this beneficial phytonutrient with RediBeets.

BarleyLife Reflections . . . Imagine that the idea of people being able to consume barley grass in a digestible form had never been brought to fruition. That would mean for the past 40 years, no one would have benefited from BarleyLife. And the pages of the magazine in your hands would dissolve into nothingness. Forty years ago, AIM was able to launch its very first product because of the extensive research conducted by Dr. Yoshihide Hagiwara, who came to the conclusion that barley grass was the most nutritious plant on the planet. He found a way to make a grass that people cannot digest into an easily absorbed green powder that supports whole-body health. To make an optimally nutritious, green juice powder, AIM innovations over four decades have improved the methodology for growing, harvesting and harnessing the nutritive value of barley leaves at their most youthful stage of growth. This ties in with all of the changes that have
taken place since 1982. Making changes for the better will always be embraced as a vital part of research and development at AIM. It is difficult to calculate the number of people who have benefited from BarleyLife since AIM first introduced the juice powder of young barley leaves. Its richness of antioxidants, chlorophyll, enzymes, minerals and vitamins and a wide spectrum of phytonutrients is lifegiving nutrition, making BarleyLife a suitably named product for good health, right down to the cellular level. Healthy Cell Concept
The AIM Companies™ has been providing supplemental nutrition since 1982. A year after its inception, the Healthy Cell Concept™ was published to highlight five avenues to good health. Well-being begins with taking care of your cells, the building blocks of your body. Emphasizing a wholesome, dietary intake in conjunction with the use of AIM nutrition, food is one of the five avenues that comprise the Healthy Cell Concept. The nutrition you give your body affects the function, growth, repair and replication of the trillions of cells in your body.
Cell Renewal
Your body replaces cells on a regular basis. Within a span of 80 to 100 days, 30 trillion cells get replenished, amounting to a new you cell-wise. If the cells your body replaces are created on fuel from foods that are mostly fast, packaged, processed or red meat-based, then it’s an unhealthy case of you are what you eat. On the other hand, nutrition from plant-based, whole foods as close to their natural state as possible contribute to the replication of healthy cells. Daily servings of a variety of nutritious, fiber-rich fruits and vegetables, healthy sources of protein and fats all provide wholesome fuel for your cells and the energy they produce. The overall result of strolling down a wholesome Food Avenue most of your life is that you are more likely to experience good health. AIM nutrition contributes a supplemental wholesomeness. Increasing your intake of nutrients and phytonutrients from AIM’s selection of whole-food powders and natural health products is a lifestyle choice that supports healthy cells. The Healthy Cell Concept is available for purchase in 25 or 100 packs, or by download at theaimcompanies.com.

Zinc inhibits the conversion of testosterone to DHT. Healthy prostate cells contain more zinc than unhealthy ones. Lycopene sourced from tomatoes has been shown to improve prostate health by inhibiting the growth of prostate epithelial cells.

Men Over the Age of 30 Should Take ReAssure SP A normal prostate is roughly the size of a walnut at age 30. Over the next 10 years, it can increase to the size of an apricot. By age 60, it could be as large as a lemon. An enlarged prostate causes urinary problems that decrease quality of life. ReAssure SP provides natural support for prostate health.
The human grows in and f of fruits, nut provide the phytonutrient and healthy.
Prostate Enlargement Testosterone is converted into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a potent hormone that promotes prostate growth as a man ages. An enlarged prostate puts pressure on the bladder and the urethra, causing urological symptoms such as frequent nighttime urination, incomplete bladder emptying and interrupted urine flow. Pumpkin seed oil provides beta-sitosterol, a phytosterol that helps to inhibit DHT, improve bladder function, increase urinary flow and reduce the frequency of nighttime urination. The saw palmetto berries and pumpkin seeds used for ReAssure SP are cold-pressed to preserve the natural benefits of these virgin oils. To avoid the degradation of beneficial phytonutrients, no heat or solvents are used.
AIM recommends a three-month, daily commitment of usage to fully experience the natural benefits of ReAssure SP. 10 4-LivingWellMag_June_2022.indd 10

Plant-Based Savings You’ve heard about the health benefits that come from a mostly plant-based food intake. Research continues to show that there is a lower risk of health issues associated with a higher amount of nonanimal food you put in your stomach.¹ The human body thrives on food that grows in and from the Earth. The varieties of fruits, nuts, seeds, vegetables, etc. provide the majority of nutrients and phytonutrients people need to stay lean and healthy. On top of all of the health benefits, choosing to eat predominantly plantbased food contributes to sustainability and monetary savings, so it’s healthier for the earth and your wallet. In November 2021, The Lancet published an Oxford University modeling study that says it all. To protect the natural resources of the Earth and reduce dietrelated mortality, moving toward healthy and sustainable diets could be essential.²
The dietary choices examined included vegan, vegetarian and flexitarian (low amounts of meat and dairy). It was noted that the cost of your food could be reduced by up to one-third by going in one of these plant-based directions. These food-cost savings applied to countries such as Australia, Canada, the US, the UK and those in Western Europe. Projections to 2050 showed that people in most of the 150 countries used in the analysis would save money by adopting such food plans. It’s an interesting hypothesis that will no doubt continue to be debated even though going plant-based appears to be a healthy lifestyle choice for people and the planet. Let Them Shine
A few years ago, asking the question ”Do you have what it takes?” in Living Well magazines led to a number of individuals shining in the Member Spotlight. Those who have what it takes had their testimonials published in the magazine and their biographies featured on the testimonial pages of the AIM website. Regular readers of Living Well magazine and visitors to theaimcompanies.com will likely recognize those in the Member Spotlight. AIM Director Lora Wishart is an elementary school teacher who inspires others to increase their plantbased food intake. A good portion of the produce grown on her family farm is donated weekly to a food bank and a local women's shelter.
AIM Group Builder Daniel Matthews is a paramedic who developed a website that helps people rethink their health and improve their quality of life. Daniel knows that AIM nutrition contributes to that quality.
AIM Directors Frank and Bernadette Pickett are avid ballroom dancers who share their skills by providing lessons for others. The Picketts also do volunteer work at Christian communities.
AIM Director Char Pelfrey reclaimed her health and shared her inspirational story of endurance, hiking hundreds of miles through rugged, mountainous terrain. Char shares her knowledge of what pure nutrition can do for mind and body.
AIM Member Helene McKoy has always had a passion for helping others. She utilized her master’s in education to mentor students and help people make healthy lifestyle choices. AIM Director Emily Layton shared her family’s health improvements using AIM nutrition and created a unique business: delivering boxes of plant-based food that include specific AIM products.
AIM Directors Darlene and Kees Vandermey cycled their way into the Member Spotlight with the example they set as bike riders, whose fitness routine includes participation in the annual Ride for Refuge that raises money for world mission projects.
Powered by AIM nutrition, these Members have what it takes to shine in the Member Spotlight.
