A dietary calcium deficiency and aging are primary factors in this imbalance.
Loss of bone density, which commonly begins around the time people reach their fifth decade, occurs silently and slowly over time, without usually being noticed until a person is tested or suffers a fracture. Calcium supplementation can help maintain sufficient levels of this essential mineral that is used to remodel strong, well-structured bones.

Being inherently active ever since I was a child, I've always made it a point to keep moving. When I entered my 40s, I was determined to become the fittest, healthiest and strongest version of myself.
My husband, Brad, and our son, Liam, joined me on this transformative journey. For us, movement is medicine. We prioritize fitness and mobility to ensure that as we age, we can continue to enjoy freedom of movement.
