Corporate Message
With AIM, You Have Options The AIM Companies™ has been Member-driven ever since its launch in 1982. This means Members are the actual retailers who promote AIM nutrition from home as independent distributors. This effectively eliminates the costs associated with opening and operating physical retail shops. It is the nature of network marketing: a viable way for people to be in a business with unlimited earning potential without massive overhead. AIM remains adamant about providing Members with high-quality supplements and maintaining integrity for the business model used to distribute them. It’s a system that works to deliver nutrition that works. The fact of the matter is that a majority of Members purchase products for their personal use without being active in the business opportunity. And that’s okay—AIM is committed to providing exceptional, wholesome nutrition first and foremost. But not everyone also wants to be a distributor of the AIM products. To provide options for individual preferences, things are changing at AIM.
AIM Member
AIM Customer
For those who are intent on growing a business, becoming an AIM Member is the option to choose. Being in business gives you a domino effect of options: Member wholesale prices, volume discounts, combo-pack savings, AMR orders, shipping discounts, a free website with AIM support, contest opportunities and commission earnings on your own product purchases and those in your downline, which now includes AIM Customers.
Choosing the option of being an AIM Customer gives you special product prices on your orders, combo-pack savings, free standard shipping and loyalty rewards. It’s AIM simplified with perks! And any time the urge arises to become an AIM Member, a $20 membership fee facilitates the easy transition. AIM options increase the benefits of being under the welcoming umbrella of the AIM Family.

Inside Astaxanthin If you have ever wondered what gives salmon its orangey, pinkish or reddish color, the answer is astaxanthin (asta-ZAN-thin), a red-pigmented member of the family of carotenoids, which have powerful antioxidant properties and diverse health benefits. Fish such as salmon ingest astaxanthin from a diet of small crustaceans that thrive by eating the primary source of this marine-based carotenoid: algae. Including kelp and phytoplankton, algae is a diverse group of aquatic organisms that can change light energy into food molecules: photosynthesis. This is the same ability observed in plants, using sunlight and carbon dioxide to make food and oxygen. The carotenoids in plants and algae play an essential role in photosynthesis as well as in human health once ingested. Your body cannot make these phytonutrients, so, just like essential fatty acids, carotenoids such as astaxanthin can only come from a dietary intake of food and astaxanthin-rich supplements. Recent research reveals that among all carotenoids, astaxanthin is one of the most powerful antioxidants you can give your body. Taking BioVivify is a conveniently healthy choice for increasing your astaxanthin intake and improving the health of your hair, nails and skin.

BioVivify 6685E, $33.00 M, $35.00 C (CAN 6689E, $34.00 M, $36.00 C)
The BioVivify source of natural astaxanthin is AstaReal®, a company that grows non-GMO microalgae in the state of Washington. Powered by renewable hydro electric energy, AstaReal’s state-of-the-art facility cultivates the algae in indoor photo bioreactors that are fully enclosed, nurturing algal growth to produce astaxanthin-rich cells. Worldwide, the most clinically studied brand is AstaReal® astaxanthin, a natural choice for BioVivify.
Astaxanthin Intake
Unless your diet includes regular servings of salmon and other seafoods, you may be limited to the average annual intake of 11 grams of astaxanthin just from eating salmon, whereas you’re going to get 2,190 grams a year from a daily serving of BioVivify, along with L-proline, glycine, L-lysine, biotin and vitamin C. Combining these ingredients with astaxanthin has created a unique dietary supplement that can enhance your hair, nails and skin.

New Product
ly Brief Introducing BarleyLife Xtra Right from the start, rest assured that cherry-apple flavored BarleyLife Xtra remains a full-time member of the AIM product lineup. But for a limited time only, you can also enjoy this perennially popular, whole-food powder with a tasty tropical flavor as AIM introduces BarleyLife Xtra Pineapple.
The 270-gram canister provides 60 servings. Each 4.5-gram serving contains the same amount of BarleyLife. To optimize the delivery of all of its nutrients and phytonutrients, brown rice oligodextrin acts as a protective buffer between the enzymes and other molecules of nutrition unique to the juice powder of young barley leaves.
Regular users of BarleyLife Xtra will know that pineapple has always been one of its “fruitful” ingredients. Stepping out of the mix and into the forefront, pineapple provides a flavorful burst. For the record, this limited-edition product tastes amazing!
AIM’s cold process for harvesting and drying barley grass ensures the preservation of chlorophyll from leaf to powder. That means one serving of BarleyLife Xtra Pineapple still delivers over 22 mg of chlorophyll.
It can be a refreshing change to shake things up a bit, and shaking up a new taste of BarleyLife Xtra into a cold beverage fits the bill of a refreshing change you’ll enjoy. What’s more, the nutritional value hasn’t changed a bit.
And you still get a total of 18 fruits and vegetables that provide a diverse number of plant-based antioxidants, guarding against free radical damage. All of Xtra’s goodness is gluten-free and non-GMO, and, of course, the pineapple flavor maintains BarleyLife Xtra’s status of being vegan.
Available for a limited time only. Order yours today! 4 8-LivingWellMag_August-2022.indd 4

Pineapple If you drink the tropically pineapple taste of BarleyLife Xtra in a hot and humid climate, remember that you can store the canister in a dehumidifying freezer to avoid clumping of the powder. By the way, there’s no added sugar in BarleyLife Xtra Pineapple, and its 1 gram of sugar is plant-based. This natural sweetness has made BarleyLife Xtra a very popular, healthy drink among children. The same sweet thing can be said for people of all ages who don’t appreciate a taste of barley grass. Adding the flavor of pineapple to the mix creates a new taste sensation to this wholefood nutrition, so this limited-time offer will appeal even to those who have never tried BarleyLife Xtra. AIM recommends that all Members and Customers enjoy the taste of BarleyLife Xtra Pineapple for as long as it is available.
Pineapple Bits of History One of the first explorers to discover pineapples and introduce them to European cuisine was none other than Christopher Columbus. It was in November of 1493 that Columbus first came upon this succulent fruit, growing on a group of islands in the Southern Caribbean Sea. The exotic taste and texture of pineapples were a big hit when Columbus brought them back to Spain. That popularity would only grow over the centuries. However, the difficulties involved in transporting pineapples across the sea to arrive in a fresh, edible state made them a rarity available mostly to the wealthy. In fact, pineapples would sell for up to $8,000 in today’s currency. Four hundred and seven years after Columbus’s pineapple encounter, the first commercial pineapple plantation was started in Hawaii by James Dole.

In June 2022, the business that Janet passed on to Michelle reached the Eight Million Dollar Club. “I know that it was not about money for my mother,” Michelle emphasized. “She'd almost be embarrassed by the Million-Dollar-Club honors bestowed upon her at AIM Celebrations. Renature Yourself
Unless you live in an environment close to nature, you may not have immediate opportunities to enjoy the health benefits of walking in a forest or along the shore of a rural lake. Living in a city may mean, at the very least, a walk in the park. Whichever touch of nature is available, getting away from the world of modern conveniences and gadgets is time well spent for the body, mind and spirit. It’s a chance to “renature” yourself. By definition, renature means to restore to an original or normal condition. Some of the most innovative minds take experiencing nature to a much deeper level. The environmental trailblazer Rachel Carson wrote, “There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature . . . .” Then there’s Albert Einstein’s. “Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.” Even yourself.
PrepZymes 2123E, $26.50 ada 2171E, $27.25)
Being “wildly” outdoors keeps the continuous world of natural life that goes on around us in mind. This awareness is a quiet reminder of our true natures, which can easily get sidetracked by modern life. You do get exercise simply by walking in nature, but there’s a lot more going on. One recent study compared the effects of city walks with forest walks on healthy young women in Japan. Forest walkers experienced both physiological and psychological relaxation compared to the city walkers who were exposed to stressors along the stroll.1 Furthermore, the Japanese have a unique term for nature walks: forest bathing (shinrin-yoku.)2 It’s not about exercising or actually bathing, it’s immersing your five senses in the natural world: a healthy way to renature yourself. Vivid Results with BioVivify Shared by Breana Long, Preferred Member, Dallas Texas A major step in developing new products at AIM is extensive testing. stopped everyone from going to get their hair done. When I was finally able to make an appointment, my hairdresser noticed a big difference. She said that it seemed like I had more than a year’s worth of hair growth. My hair had grown so fast and thick. I really feel like BioVivify helped with its texture.
I think BioVivify is great! I tested it during covid time when I couldn’t go out to get my hair done like I usually do. I really wanted to focus on using products that would help. I didn’t know that this product is really different. After two or three weeks of taking it, I started noticing improvements.
Overall, I just feel that BioVivify has been really good for my hair and skin. I could really see positive changes after taking it. I think it’s amazing. I really do. It’s nice to have a product that’s really helpful, not just a fad that everyone is using but doesn’t actually work.
I’m 27 and sometimes struggle with acne. Since I wasn’t going out, I didn’t wear makeup like I usually did. But BioVivify helped to keep my skin clear, so I didn’t need makeup. I felt like it was really helping my skin. There was a lot of improvement.

BarleyLife:
Friend of the Furry and the Feathered
A fun puzzle fo
Shared by Adélle van der Merwe, AIM Preferred Member in Pretoria, South Africa
A year ago, my dog and only companion, Sammy, developed a serious cough. Initially, the vet diagnosed her as having kennel cough. However, after several X-rays, we discovered that she actually had an enlarged heart. I was given the shattering news that there wasn’t much that could be done for her. The sand in Sammy’s hourglass was running out. It broke my heart. I shared my sorrow with my friend and AIM sponsor, and she suggested that I try giving Sammy some BarleyLife every day. After all, what did I have to lose? Nine months later, Sammy is full of energy, and she has even lost some excess weight. Her time on earth may be limited due to her age, but, against all odds, her health and overall wellbeing changed dramatically. I can only attribute it to the daily tablespoon of BarleyLife that she gets with her food. Thank you, AIM, for allowing my companion and friend to be with me for a little longer than anticipated. I am humbled and grateful.
In December 2021, while Sammy and I were sitting peacefully in our living room, a newly hatched little dove fluttered in. She was frail and could not fly properly. I searched for the nest and her mother but to no avail. I could not leave her outside to fend for herself. Once again, I told my friend and sponsor about this feathered creature. She said, “Adélle, you know what to do. Back to basics, back to BarleyLife!” And so this broken and beautiful little dove started a daily diet of BarleyLife in her water together with some seeds. For days, she just walked and flapped around in my room. I religiously oversaw her diet and in just over a week, she started happily flying around. With a sad heart, Sammy and I let her loose. I miss her but know that with the help of the AIM Products and some tender loving care, she is “flying” her life, as God created her to do.

19 Annual Ohio AIM Member Meeting • June 2–3, 2022 Shared by Charlotte Thompson, AIM Chairman’s Club Director Once again, the month of June brought many of us together for our annual AIM Member gathering at the Amish Door in Wilmot, Ohio. Old friendships were renewed and new ones were made. On Thursday evening, the room filled up with 160 attendees who came from near and far: Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Idaho, North Dakota, Texas, Montana and Oklahoma. Following the evening’s presentations, the large hotel lobby rang with laughter and fun as 25 or more Members
gathered in a large circle of fellowship before retiring to their hotel rooms for the night. Friday saw similar good attendance. The event was a time to celebrate AIM’s 40th Anniversary. The stage was adorned with balloons while all of the tables were decorated with candlelit

Dr. Joel Robbins came all the way from Tulsa, Oklahoma, to be our keynote speaker who had much to share about health and nutrition. AIM Director Leah Miller spoke on “AIM’s relief” for burn patients. AIM Director Jacob Schwartz spoke on the interesting topic of brain health and what AIMega had done for him. It was also special to have AIM’s Future Development Consultant Nicolas van Rensburg speak to us from South Africa via video. Our upcoming date for next year will be May 4–5, 2023. We hope you will make plans to be there!
For August, the cutoff date for placing month-end commission qualifying orders received via phone, fax, or mail is 4:00 p.m. MT on Wednesday, August 31. Online orders count until 11:59 p.m. MT on Wednesday, August 31.
