Make Your Dreams Happen with AIM
Shared by Toni Lund, AIM Chairman’s Club Director in St. George, Utah Visiting Gettysburg, Phila delphia and Washington gives you a great insight into the history of America and how far it has come as a country. Our forefathers had a dream, and they took action to make it come true. It’s something we all should do when pursuing our dreams. I like to put my dreams in writing. For example, a long time ago I wrote down my goals to build a home and to reach Chairman’s Club with AIM. Both came true when I put them down in writing. I believe it has to do with the law of attraction. One of the milestones in my AIM business was being inducted into the Million Dollar Club. But I was just the recipient. The recognition really belongs to the Members on my team. Without them, I would not have fulfilled this dream. By stepping outside of your comfort zone and sharing the AIM products, you 2
can improve people’s lives . . . and it comes back to you. It’s such an honor to be part of the history of a company that has been improving people’s lives for well over a quarter century. I am thankful to Ron Wright and Dennis Itami for being the visionaries who brought us BarleyLife and Herbal Fiberblend through AIM. I am grateful for my mother and for her example and inspiration in developing Herbal Fiberblend. Most of all, I am thankful to my Heavenly Father for His hand in AIM. My association with AIM has allowed me to be a healthy, stay-at-home mom and attain financial freedom. By connecting with people and helping them to have healthy, rich, productive lives, dreams can come true. What are your dreams? With AIM you can be a blessing to many lives! Health Feature
Drink It Up! March 22 is World Water Day, which focuses on the importance of freshwater and its sustainable man agement. Water is essential for all life on earth. Your body is around 50 to 75 percent water, depending on your age and gender, so the recommended daily water intake varies. The well-known “drink eight glasses a day” is a guideline, so more or less may be needed. However, replenishing daily is essential.
Easy-to-Replenish AIM Nutrition When AIM first introduced the juice powder of young barley leaves, a healthy trend began among Members: mixing BarleyLife with water to make nutrient-dense beverages. Some take the powder dry in their mouths or swallow capsules, but the presence of water is still required for the barley grass powder to dissolve and be absorbed. Members also enjoy and benefit from the juice powders of carrots and beets, individually as Just Carrots and RediBeets or in the Garden Trio along
with BarleyLife. You can juice your own vegetables, but AIM powders allow you to skip that messy task.
Leafy Greens and Cocoa Choices Barley grass is also a presence in LeafGreens among the leaf powders of super vegetables, including arugula, kale and spinach. You can also choose to drink your greens with a three-part mixture of cocoa powders in CoCoa LeafGreens. AIM aims for healthy choices.
Fiber and Water
When supplementing with Herbal Fiberblend and/or Fit ’n Fiber, drinking sufficient amounts of water allows an indigestible nutrient to work its healthy inner magic as soluble and insoluble fiber.
That’s the simplicity of AIM nutritional powders: just add water.

Fit ’n Fiber Reinforces Your Bond with Good Bacteria
acacia It’s funny that in the 1970s dietary fiber was defined as “the skeletal remains of plant cells that are resistant to digestion … .” 1 Fortunately, we have since learned that the indigestible part of plants is an essential nutrient that has a positive impact on the entire body, not just the digestive system. The benefits of fiber and how it is integral to your health continue to be researched and documented, especially in regard to functions of the microbiota: the community of microorganisms that lives in
konjac and on the human body. The most recent research focuses on how the inhabitants of the gut affect our overall health.2 You have to take care of your good bacteria. Prebiotic fiber feeds those good guys in your microbiota. That’s where Fit ’n Fiber shows itself to be no ordinary fiber supplement because it also provides food for the gut bacteria that keep you healthy. The newly labeled Fit’ n Fiber still contains 8 grams of prebiotic fiber from acacia, konjac and guar gum. That means when you take this supplement to increase your fiber intake, you not only feed yourself an essential nutrient, you nourish the bacteria that live to keep you alive. It’s a relationship that you want to nurture for a healthy lifetime, so make Fit ’n Fiber a supplemental essential of that bond. PS: When you combine the prebiotics in Fit ’n Fiber with the probiotics in FloraFood, you create a healthy combination known as synbiotics.3

Creating Just Carrots
In spite of being naturally sweet, carrots have a relatively low impact on blood sugar levels. One serving of Just Carrots contains 7 grams of natural sugar from this healthy vegetable. No other sugar, sweeteners or artificial coloring is added.
Beneficial for overall wholebody health, Just Carrots delivers particularly effective nutrition for the eyes and skin.
A three-step process is used to make pure, extracted juice from carrots with the fiber removed. Preserving the carrot’s nutritional bounty, AIM’s process involves freeze-drying at low temperatures in a vacuum-sealed chamber to create carrot crystals that are clearly, healthy gems!
Twenty-two pounds of raw carrots go into each canister of Just Carrots powder, delivering their wealth of vegetable nutrients, including a rich source of beta-carotene and active enzymes.
The beta-carotene in carrots is an antioxidant carotenoid that your body converts to vitamin A, essential for red blood cell production, immunesystem support, good vision and healthy skin.

The
Best of Beets
The new look of RediBeets arrived in North America in early 2020. Rebranded RediBeets continues to provide all the best of beets from a pure extracted juice that is dried into a concentrated powder. One of the many healthy benefits of beets is that they contain an incredibly rich source of nitrate, a nitrogen-oxygen compound that is absorbed from soil by these root vegetables Your body uses this healthy form of nitrate, converting it into a molecule called nitric oxide (NO). Although negatively abbreviated as NO, nitric oxide plays a positive role in keeping you healthy. As a messenger molecule, NO transmits signals to cardiovascular-, immune- and nervoussystem cells. 1
Where Relaxation Begins
One of the body’s main locations for beet-nitrate conversion into nitric oxide is the endothelium: the inner layer of blood vessels. From there, nitric oxide molecules move to the cells of smooth muscle, making them relax. As a result, blood vessels widen, increasing blood flow and decreasing blood pressure. 1 1

By supplementing with RediBeets daily, you increase your dietary intake of nitrate. This gives your body what it needs to continuously produce nitric oxide: an essential molecule for good health.
RediBeets has been my breakfast for the past 25 years although I love it any time of day. I take two teaspoons daily. Harold Harrison AIM Director in Mesquite, Texas Testimonials should not be construed as representing results that everyone can achieve.

Testimonials
Two Personal Stories from Canada Due to a death in the family, we were not able to attend the Indiana AIM Member Conference in November 2019. It had been a very stressful week to begin with. With so much to do, I ended up with a very bad headache on that Thursday. That’s when I thought about taking PrepZymes, relating my head pain to digestion. I took several capsules four times that day and FloraFood separately. By suppertime, I was feeling no pain. This has never happened to me before. I really recognize the importance of taking enzymes, and not just for digestion. Rita Vandertil, AIM Star Sapphire Director Sombra, Ontario
Even though I am in my mid-70s, I want to continue learning how to improve my health as I age, through activity and using the AIM products. I want more energy when I work out at the gym. So when I heard that AIM Director, Celeste Davis had some of her students combine some AIM powders to increase their energy, I was very interested. Now I am taking my “Work Out Wine”, a combination of 1 scoop of Peak Endurance, 1 scoop of RediBeets and 1 scoop of CalciAIM in my 28-ounce blue AIM Blender Bottle filled with water, to the gym, three to four times a week. I drink it while I am on the rowing machine, doing stretches, free weights, TRX, yoga, etc. I love it! Now, I have more energy than I know what to do with! Thanks Celeste, and thank you AIM for improving the quality of my life. The AIM Companies
Why AIM Works Better Nutritional supplements go hand in hand with good nutrition. First and foremost, eating well is the foundation of good health. Supplemental nutrients from the AIM product lineup support and strengthen that foundation, adding quality, nutritional fuel to further support and maintain physical and mental well-being. This concept has been a fundamental part of The AIM Companies™ from the very beginning. It’s just one of the many reasons why AIM nutrition has worked so well for nearly four decades in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
The AIM Difference By introducing the extraordinary diversity of nutrients from barley grass back in 1982, AIM offered a unique, supplemental path to wellness. BarleyLife continues to keep people well. In the years that followed AIM’s first green powder, sensibly selected supplements were formulated and added to an ever-expanding list of wholefood concentrates and natural health products, representing the variety of AIM nutrition available today. With products that include gut-detoxifying Herbal Fiberblend, microbiotasupporting FloraFood, body-relaxing Composure and memory-enhancing GinkgoSense, there are choices that can make a healthy difference— something for everyone.
The Key Ingredient in AIM’s Success Those who made AIM better cannot be acknowledged enough: AIM Members and customers. It all boils down to those who believe in the products and take them regularly and the business builders who independently distribute AIM nutrition worldwide. It is because of them that AIM has worked so well over the years and will continue being better into the future. 10

Life Sketch of Leora
Ward
Leora Morton Gertsch Collins Ward has lived a long and interesting yet challenging life for over 100 years. Born in Mapleton, Utah, Leora was an exceptional student who would go on to become a teacher. Leora has nine children and has outlived three loving husbands. Her second was in the Air Force, a career that took them overseas to live in Morocco, Africa. Who would have guessed that 1986 would be the year that many life changes would happen for Leora just by attending an AIM home meeting conducted by Teresa Schumacher. BarleyLife changed Leora and her family’s lives for the better, experiencing many health benefits from AIM’s nutrient-rich, green powder as well as Herbal Fiberblend. By sharing AIM nutrition and the business opportunity with family and friends, Leora quickly became a Director. Many years later when Teresa Schumacher realized Leora had moved back to St. George, Utah, and was living in an assisted living facility, she had to go visit her. Leora asked Teresa to bring books that included “Cleansing the Body and the Colon” to share with some of the residents. Leora would say this resident needs BarleyLife or this one can’t go to the bathroom and needs Herbal Fiberblend. At her 100th birthday celebration in December 2019, there were so many references to both of these AIM products from her children and grandchildren. Even as a centenarian, Leora is perky and very alert, and she continues to take her AIM products. Blessed with good health, she has always remained positive even through trials and challenges. When asked about the secret to her long life, without hesitating, Leora replied, “BarleyLife!”

A Little Bit About Me … and BarleyLife Shared by Shirley Palmerton, AIM Member presently in Marshall, Virginia At 91 years old, I’m healthy, active and pain-free. People regularly say to me, “You’re amazing . . . what you do.” To be honest, I get sick of hearing that. I mean, I do what I can do.
I own a house in the little town of Eden, New York. My home is on a side road and has a beautiful view. I mow my own lawn and look after things. Twice a week I volunteer at the church serving meals that the county sends out.
The truth is, I’ve had a difficult yet wonderful life. I had a career in nursing, and I’ve always loved writing, having many of my stories published. My husband and I had three children. Our middle child died from a brain tumor when he was 17. It was such a horrible time in my life. My husband passed away in 2017. But I still feel blessed.
These days, I miss my life in Eden because I’m living with my daughter in Virginia. After her husband died, I moved there to help her out. I keep her house clean, do the dishes, etc. I keep active.
One of the reasons for my well-being is that for the past 15 years, I’ve been taking a tablespoon of BarleyLife every day. I just love it. It’s the first thing that I do every morning before having breakfast. After that, I’m sure the rest of the day will go as I want it to.

Notice / Member Meeting
Business Claims and Testimonial Guidelines When creating newsletters, adver tise ments, testimonials, videos, social media posts, etc., Members need to be mindful of business claims that could violate FTC regulations. Here are some helpful Dos and Don’ts.
Dos:
• Do use the following terms in a manner that isn’t misleading: Flexible schedule, Time flexibility, Supplemental income, Work on your own terms, Part-time income (i.e., “Flexible hours and parttime work from your cell phone or home.” “Work alongside your current job to supplement your income.”) • Do use endorsements or recom men dations of the company’s overall products and business (i.e., “We offer not only great products but also an income opportunity and we’d love to have you join us!” “My team and I are part of something so big and it is growing with such momentum … thank you, AIM!”) • Do use inspirational or moti vational messages (i.e., “Don’t let your fear of failing or fear of the unknown stop you.” “Who needs a little extra money for the holidays? Let’s talk!” “You are capable of anything you are willing to work for!”) • Do examine any income claims— whether they’re explicit or in the form of a referential storyline— and ask yourself whether they represent the average results for all distributors. • Do have the Company review your AIM income or lifestyle claims prior to publication to ensure they meet FTC guidelines.
Don’ts:
• Don’t make income claims regarding the level of bonuses or income associated with an AIM 14
business without a Company review to ensure they meet FTC guidelines. • Don’t use the terms Passive income, Residual income, Replacement income, Financial freedom, Time freedom, Recurring income (or terms of similar meaning). • Don’t encourage people to quit jobs or school, take out loans, or incur debt to pursue an AIM business. • On social media, don’t reshare, retweet, or “like” items inconsistent with approved guidelines. • Don’t imply or claim that the opportunity can help pay for things like groceries, children’s activities, medical expenses, childcare, car or house payments. • Don’t use images of wealth (yachts, private jets, luxury cars, homes, etc.) to imply an income that few Members can afford solely through the AIM Opportunity/ Income Plan.
