Join us on a journey through the botanical wonders that enhance your skincare routine, unlocking the secrets to a naturally radiant complexion.
These 3 exciting new products are:
REPLY Oil to Foam Cleanser
A dual-action 2-in-1 formula, transitioning from an oil-based gel to a foamy lather upon contact with water. Effectively removing makeup, even waterproof formulas, the oil base dissolves stubborn residues, while the foamy lather emulsifies and cleanses, leaving the skin makeup-free. Ideal for all skin types, it attracts and dissolves excess sebum, dirt, and impurities, while maintaining the skin's natural barrier. REPLY oil to foam cleanser combines deep cleansing with nourishing botanicals like barley seed extract, gotu kola extract, and coconut oil, leaving the skin soft, supple, and revitalised.
REPLY Essence/Toner
Enriched with potent ingredients like barley leaf extract, gotu kola extract, sodium hyaluronate, Saccharomyces ferment filtrate, and mushroom extract, sets this skincare formulation apart.

The REPLY Day & Night Cream
Ingeniously merges the advantageous attributes of both day and night creams into a singular formulation, simplifying your skincare routine. When applied in the morning, serving as a day cream, the formulation imparts antioxidants to shield the skin from environmental stressors, mitigating oxidative stress. Its lightweight yet deeply hydrating design ensures easy absorption, making it an ideal base for makeup application, leaving the skin feeling moisturized without any discernible heaviness or greasiness. In the evening, utilised as a night cream, the formulation boasts a luxurious texture that effectively moisturizes and replenishes the skin during its peak repair processes. This night cream also aids in expediting skin cell turnover and renewal, fostering a smoother and more radiant complexion.
Let´s delve a little into each of these interesting, effective, and fascinating ingredients:
Gotu Kola Extract is rich in triterpenoids, which exhibit anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, promoting collagen synthesis and skin firmness.2
Barley Leaf Extract contains potent antioxidants, offering protective effects against oxidative stress and contributing to skin health.1
Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 is a peptide compound, is known for its anti-wrinkle effects by reducing muscle contractions, leading to smoother skin appearance.6
Coconut Oil serves as an effective emollient, providing intense hydration and improving skin barrier function, making it beneficial for dry and sensitive skin.7
Mushroom Extract is rich in vitamins and minerals, offering antioxidant benefits that protect the skin from environmental damage and promote overall skin health.5
Ceramide NP reinforces the skin's natural barrier, preventing moisture loss and enhancing skin hydration, leading to improved skin texture and resilience.8
Saccharomyces Ferment Filtrate, derived from fermented yeast, provides probiotic benefits, promoting skin renewal and strengthening the skin barrier.4
Wasabi Root Extract can help soothe and protect the skin, contributing to a healthy complexion.9
Sodium Hyaluronate, a derivative of hyaluronic acid, is a powerful humectant that deeply hydrates the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and promoting a plump complexion.3
Shea Butter is renowned for its emollient and moisturizing properties, providing intense hydration and improving skin elasticity.1
In conclusion, the embrace of REPLY skincare signifies more than a mere shift in beauty routines; it symbolises a conscious choice towards a healthier, cleaner, and more sustainable approach to self-care.

Embracing a Healthy Lifestyle in Your 40s
By Laura Kirsten - AIM DirectorA Lifetime of Movement
When I entered my 40s, I was determined to become the fittest, healthiest, and strongest version of myself. Prioritising self-care became a crucial aspect of this transformative journey.
Being inherently active, I've always made it a point to keep moving. At 16, I remember using canned food as makeshift dumbbells, exercising in my room every afternoon. I did ballet for 10 years as a child, briefly took up hip-hop dancing, and even convinced my husband, Brad, to join me in Salsa dance classes for two years, even right through my pregnancy with our son, Liam.
For us, movement is medicine. We prioritise fitness and mobility to ensure that as we age, we can continue to enjoy freedom of movement.
Integrating Exercise into Life
With my husband’s background in Human Movement Science, exercise has been integral to our lives. From daily walks while we lived in Taiwan to completing the 75Hard challenge (mental resilience challenge for 75 days) in 2022, our commitment to fitness has been unwavering.
We are working to instill these values in our son and favour physical activity, whether he’s jumping on the trampoline or riding his bike, over meaningless hours in front of a screen.
Recently, we've started incorporating movement together as a family, aiming to participate in local walking/jogging events on Saturday mornings before getting caught up in chores and the busyness that weekends often bring.
Reconsidering Lifestyle Choices
Three years ago, Brad gave up coffee due to concerns about its impact on his anxiety levels, a decision I supported since I had stopped drinking coffee during my pregnancy in 2012. While it may seem unusual to others, we believe we weren't born with a caffeine deficiency. Thankfully, we now energise our body with the AIM products.
Overcoming Health Setbacks and Building Resilience
Despite our dedication, Brad faced a health setback last year. Through resilience, excellent overall health (thanks to the AIM products over the last 12 years), and
He received the green light to resume normal life by the end of 2023.
In pursuit of our fitness goals, we are aiming to build bodies that are strong, healthy, and capable of aging well.
Wellness and longevity can't be achieved through shortcuts, and I believe that muscle is the currency that must be earned. Both Peak Endurance and ProPeas play an integral role in supporting me on this journey.
Peak Endurance: A Cellular Approach to Energy
As I've intensified my exercise routine, I've found myself relying more on Peak Endurance for both pre-workout energy and post-workout recovery. My fascination with the role of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) in increasing energy levels and reducing fatigue has led me to consider Peak Endurance as a go-to product for helping exhausted adults. Often referred to as the "energy currency" of the body, ATP plays a crucial role in cellular energy production, making it a key player in various physiological processes. This knowledge empowers me to confidently refer people in my network and community to Peak Endurance as a healthier alternative to energy drinks loaded with sugar and stimulants.
Furthermore, knowing that Peak ATP supplementation supports optimal energy availability in the brain has given me peace of mind. Whether my son is on the sports field, playing cricket, participating in the annual gala, or engaging in athletics at school, I believe that Peak Endurance can positively impact focus, alertness, and overall cognitive function. This additional dimension of benefits proves particularly helpful during
The Importance of Protein for the Whole Family
Muscle mass tends to decline starting in one's 30s, with the rate of loss accelerating as age progresses. Counteracting this decline is crucial, and engaging in regular exercise becomes increasingly vital.
Additionally, elevating protein intake becomes essential to foster ongoing muscle growth and strength, effectively addressing the impact of aging on muscular health.
Recognising the significance of protein in supporting various bodily functions, such as the production of enzymes and hormones, tissue building and repair, satiety, metabolic rate, and lean muscle mass, has become a crucial aspect of our overall health journey.
I incorporate ProPeas into my routine by drinking a scoop on my way to the gym in the morning and having another scoop later in the day in a smoothie. My husband enjoys the subtle vanilla flavour after years of trying many varieties of protein powder. Our son, too, loves making a vanilla smoothie with ProPeas, and sometimes I even catch him enjoying the powder straight from a spoon.
Embracing a Vibrant Lifestyle in Your 40s and Beyond
As I navigate my 40s, the amalgamation of movement, nutrition, and a mindful approach to well-being has become the cornerstone of my journey. It's a holistic pursuit that not only shapes my individual health but also fosters a culture of wellness within my family.
My goal is to inspire other women and their families to thrive by nourishing their bodies with good wholesome nutrition, supplementing with AIM products, and incorporating daily movement into their wellness regime. Together, let's embrace a lifestyle that celebrates vitality, resilience, and the joy of a well-nourished and active
AIM Deep
You don’t have to be an AIM business builder to talk up the goodness of nutrition that works. Members and Customers alike know that when something works to improve your health, it’s worth sharing so that other people may also experience health benefits. Suppose you’re in public and happen to be drinking your go-to AIM beverage. If someone else asks about the green, chocolaty or creamy drink you’re enjoying, it’s a perfect time to let them know about AIM nutrition. One-on-one interactions are the primary way that AIM products are advertised. And there’s nothing like the personal touch for introducing people to something new that can really make a positive difference in their lives.

Many AIM Members have used BarleyLife as a foundational, business-building product. Healthy Kidneys with RediBeets
By Charlotte Meschede - NutritionistIn the quest for optimal kidney health, nature often provides remarkable allies, and one such unsung hero is beetroot. Beyond its vibrant hue and earthy flavour, beetroot harbours a plethora of nutrients that may hold the key to supporting and promoting renal well-being. This article delves into the compelling benefits of beetroot for kidney health, backed by scientific research and studies.
Beetroot, scientifically known as Beta vulgaris, has been a staple in traditional medicine for centuries. Recently, scientific interest has surged, unravelling the potential therapeutic effects of beetroot on various aspects of human health. Notably, its impact on kidney function has sparked interest, shedding light on a promising avenue for maintaining renal health.
This exploration will encompass the key nutrients found in beetroot, such as betaine, nitrates, antioxidants, and their potential roles in mitigating oxidative stress and inflammation, factors closely linked to kidney dysfunction. By examining pertinent studies, we aim to provide a concise overview of how beetroot may contribute to overall kidney health.
As we journey through the scientific landscape, it's essential to discern the nuances of these findings, recognising both the potential benefits and limitations of beetroot consumption in the context of renal well-being. With references to recent and reputable studies, this article aims to empower readers with evidence-based insights into the renal wonders of beetroot and its potential integration into a kidney-friendly lifestyle.
Beetroot juice (BRJ) increases nitric oxide bioavailability and may improve renal blood flow.1 Beetroot juice is an excellent source of antioxidants and micronutrients, including potassium, vitamin C, magnesium, and inorganic nitrate (NO3−). Most notably, it is the NO3− content of beetroot juice that has received much attention in both the literature and popular culture. NO3− ingestion is associated with numerous health benefits, including improvements in exercise performance in healthy populations.1
Dietary NO3− ingestion has been shown to lower blood pressure and elicit reductions in renal resistive index that are interpreted as a diminished renal vasoconstriction.1 Beetroots have been shown to contain substances that help to reduce inflammation as well as help the blood vessels dilate, which then reduces blood pressure.2 Results of preclinical studies have indicated that various beetroot compounds may also improve gut microbiota, which can improve immune system response.2

RediBeets is a whole-food, beetroot juice powder concentrate. Our cold-processed technology preserves the natural collection of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, and enzymes.
RediBeets is unique in that it is a pure extracted juice with all the fibre removed. It uses a unique drying technology that targets water molecules only which ensures preservation of the nutrients. The separation of the fibre ensures this optimal delivery of nutrients since fibre can delay digestion and interfere with nutrient absorption. Although increasing the amount of fibre in the diet is recommended, in this instance it is contraindicated as it would compromise the delivery and absorption of the valuable nutrients in beetroot juice. Juices are generally ingested and assimilated within a 15-minute period, so this allows a 100% uptake of nutrients by the cells. RediBeets juice powder provides all the health benefits of juicing without having the extra work of cleaning the juice extractor. It also mitigated availability, as these vegetables are seasonal.

A Healthy Snack Alternative
By Charlotte Meschede - NutritionistIn a world buzzing with on-the-go lifestyles and relentless schedules, the demand for convenient yet nutritious snacks is higher than ever. As the quest for healthier living gains momentum, individuals are seeking snacks that not only satisfy cravings but also contribute to their overall wellbeing. This article navigates the realm of healthy snacking, shedding light on the transformative power of incorporating fibre supplements and protein powder into your daily snack routine.
Fibre Supplements for Digestive Harmony:
Gut Health: Fibre is a crucial component for digestive health, promoting regular bowel movements. Soluble fibre, found in supplements like psyllium husk, has been associated with improved gut microbiota and overall digestive well-being.1
Blood Sugar Regulation: Certain fibres contribute to stabilised blood sugar levels by slowing down the absorption of sugars, making them beneficial for individuals managing their blood sugar.1,3,4
Satiety and Weight Management: Fibre-rich snacks can enhance feelings of fullness, potentially aiding in weight management by reducing overall calorie intake.3,4
Fibre, the unsung hero of digestive health, and protein, the building block for muscle repair and satiety, form a dynamic duo that can turn ordinary snacks into nutritional powerhouses.
But why consider fibre supplements and protein powder in the snack repertoire? How can they be seamlessly integrated into a busy lifestyle without compromising taste?
Protein Supplements for Muscle Support and Satiety:
Muscle Repair and Growth: Protein is essential for muscle repair and growth, making it a valuable component for those engaged in physical activity. Supplements like pea protein provide a convenient source of high-quality protein.2
Satiety and Weight Control: Protein has a satiating effect, helping to control appetite and reduce overall calorie consumption. This can be particularly beneficial for those looking to manage their weight.2,3,5
Metabolic Benefits: Protein-rich snacks can support a healthy metabolism, contributing to the efficient burning of calories and the preservation of lean body mass. 2
The Synergy of Fibre and Protein
Combining fibre and protein supplements in snacks can create a synergistic effect, providing a well-rounded nutritional profile. This combination offers sustained energy, enhanced satiety, and improved overall nutrient intake.
As you can see, the benefits of using fibre and protein supplements are quite profound, and AIM has provided for this necessary addition to a healthy diet.
How much Fibre & Protein is Recommended?
All dieticians, nutritionists and any specialist in gastroenterology will tell you that fibre is one of the most deficient macronutrients in modern diets. Even those individuals who eat whole grain foods, fresh fruit and vegetables and avoid processed foods, in other words, they are doing everything correctly, yet frequently do not get sufficient dietary fibre daily.
The recommended intake for adults is 25-30 grams per day.
Children’s needs according to their age groups.
• 2 to 5 year-olds: need about 15g of fibre a day
• 5 to 11-year-olds: need about 20g
• 11 to 16-year-olds: need about 25g
As a clinical dietician, lack of fibre is one of the main contributing factors to the chronic issues I deal with in children.
Protein requirements are 0.8–1.5 grams per kilogram per day, which translates to 56–105 grams per day. Children need approximately 1.5 grams protein per kilogram per day. In a 40 kg child, this would mean approximately 60 grams protein per day.
Fit n Fiber provides 8 grams of prebiotic fibre and 10 total grams of dietary fibre per serving, contains no artificial additives or preservatives, and is produced from psyllium husk, oat, apple, acacia, flax seed and konjac. It comes in a delicious peach flavour.
ProPeas is a guaranteed 100% non-GMO, gluten-free and vegan protein powder. It also does not contain sugar. It delivers 12 grams of protein per single serving.
In Conclusion, embracing fibre and protein supplements as healthy snack alternatives offers a myriad of health benefits, from digestive harmony to muscle support and weight management.
Whilst it is always preferable to obtain nutrition from a plate of food, the deficits of these two macronutrients in the diets of many people, warrant supplementation, especially from a whole food perspective. Fit n Fiber and ProPeas provide excellent choices in this regard.

AIM Proancynol 2000 has never failed me
I first became involved with AIM South Africa in the late 1990´s. I joined as a Wholesale Member purely to benefit from lower prices on the products. Once I felt well and healthy, I stopped using the products. However, I then became an Executive assistant to the Director of the Risk Division in an international auditing firm. I was extremely busy, often working until 9pm at night. I became run down and consequently was nearly bedridden for almost a year. My body was totally worn out!
Over the years, I became involved with other organisations selling jewelry, cosmetics, and cookware, amongst other products. I continuously compared these companies with Aim. In my opinion, none of them had the quality approach that Aim has, nor were the systems for ordering and distribution as simple and efficient.
I was diagnosed with uterine cancer in 2022, followed by surgery and chemotherapy, which only added more stress to the equation. I decided that I would reinstate my AIM account as soon as I was through this difficult time.
I wanted once more to use the incredible AIM products. Natural health solutions have been a constant through my life.
I rejoined AIM as a wholesale member in December 2022 and decided to build my own AIM business as an independent distributor. I have since been promoted to an AIM Group Builder. Although I still have a long way to go, I would like to be promoted to Director level by October this year. I prefer to grow my business slowly and steadily, focusing on giving my utmost attention to the downline I have. In fact, for the most part of this year it has simply been a labour of love. One thing I have learned about any business is that you cannot force anyone to take part in the business opportunity. In order to be successful, one needs to be passionate about it.
An AIM business grows organically. If you use the products, share your story, invite interested friends and family to attend AIM health talks to learn about the products and the body on a cellular level then you can build a strong and healthy business.
“The Healthy Cell Concept” is after all the AIM mantra. When people see and learn about the AIM approach to health, they soon try one product, then another and some eventually decide to share the news of their newfound health with their friends and families too.
Recently (August 2023), I had a brief bout of flu that seemed to be running rife all over the country. I was left with a horrible, painful cough that just would not go away.
I suddenly remembered that many years previously, I had gone through something similar, where I had coughed constantly for eighteen months.
I remembered that I took Proancynol 2000, and over a short period of time, the cough went away totally, so I tried it again this time. I took one Proancynol at lunchtime and another when I went to bed. I did not cough all night and when I woke up there was no phlegm in the back of my throat. I continued with taking three Proancynol 2000 a day for a few days and once again, my cough went away completely. I always recommend Proancynol 2000 to anyone struggling with a persistent cough.
Congratulations!

AIMing for Nutrient-Dense Not Calorie-Dense
AIM Members who regularly read the Living Well magazine and AIM news have likely seen the words “plant-based diet” possibly to the point of becoming meaningless. So, to provide some meaning, here are some nutritional differences between two cruciferous vegetables and two meaty options, showing nutrient-dense foods versus calorie-dense.
Nutritional Comparison
Nutritional Comparison
Of course, these two comparison tables do not show the entire nutritional picture, but foods that are not plant-based significantly increase calorie and fat intake.1 Plant-based diets deliver a profusion of essential nutrients and phytonutrients without being high in calories, fat or sugar. Consuming nutrient-dense, plant nutrition supports healthy body weight and well-being. In regard to less amounts of protein in the vegetable examples above, eating a variety of fruits and vegetables can provide a sufficient amount of this essential nutrient.2 And supplementing protein intake is easy with the vegan source in ProPeas, which like all plant-based AIM products, is nutrient-dense not calorie-dense. And that’s worth AIMing for!

L-cysteine sulfoxides and Y-glutamyl-L-cysteine peptides are two of garlic’s organosulfur compounds that deliver health benefits in conjunction with the synergistic action from nonsulfur phytonutrients, such as allicin, flavonoids, steroid saponins and organoselenium compounds.
2 Bulbs, 1 Leaf
Black garlic bulb is a form of aged garlic derived through the gentle, temperature-controlled fermentation of raw garlic bulbs (Allium sativum) that are also an ingredient in GarlicAIM. Handpicked leaves of alpine wild garlic (Allium ursinum) complete its distinctive formulation.
Since the beginning of recorded history, the use of garlic was both medicinal and nutritional. Writings of antiquity from China, Greece and India extoll the medical virtues of garlic, as well as being mentioned in the bible as one of the longed-for foods. Dating back over 3,000 years ago in Egypt, cloves of perfectly preserved garlic were discovered in the tomb of King Tut, suggesting its preserved importance throughout the ages.

My RediBeets has been clumping together in the jar. Why is this happening?
RediBeets is very hydroscopic (absorbs moisture), and if the lid is not placed on tight after each use the product will absorb moisture and get clumpy. This is most common in high humidity areas. The freezer is probably the best place to keep RediBeets and other powders that are susceptible to humidity. It would also be helpful to shake the jar occasionally as a precaution to keep the powder from clumping together.
Does freezing not destroy the Enzymes in the RediBeets?
Modern freezers contain dehumidifiers. Freezing does not kill food enzymes nor does it denature the enzymes, it simply slows the rate at which the enzyme operates.
Can RediBeets turn my urine or stool red/pink?
Yes. Some of the red pigment from the beet tends to make its way through the digestive tract. This is commonly associated with beets cleansing effect of the digestive system.
