hristmas time is here! For those of you wishing for a white Christmas, well tough luck, because the closest thing to snow Jakarta has is shaved ice on top of es cendol. Even if Jakarta’s Christmas’ aren’t white, the approach of the jolly season can already be felt with the Christmas themed decorations popping up everywhere around the city. Even the club scene has pitched in to welcome the seasonal fan fair with decorations fitting for the occasion. With almost every eating outlet offering turkey dinners with all the trimmings, you start to wonder why people still want to do the whole Christmas dinner at home instead of just going out. If the vast number of Christmas themed parties and turkey dinner serving restaurants have got you scratching your head trying to figure out which one you have to go to, TBJ has compiled a short run down of Christmas events in this edition which will save you a lot of stress. So hang your stockings up before you hit the clubs and hope Santa does treat you well this year.

Before Jakarta Biennale 2011 takes place, a special warm up event in the form of a street art show will be held from the 8th to 18th of December. The event titled ‘Breaking The Wall’ will feature a vast array of urban street art from murals, graffiti, and recycled junk art, to three dimensional illusionist art forms. ‘Breaking The Wall’ is intended to champion the positive side of street art and erase the notions of vandalism usually associated with this art form. The event will be held at the field theatre of Taman Ismail Marzuki and will showcase the works of Komunitas X Serut, Popo & Kampung Segart, IKJ’S Action Painting, Lintas Melawai, Amel n Friends, Atap Alis and curated by Bambang Sri Widjanarko.

Baroque Evening
Christmas Concert By Erza S.T.
042 | beatmag.com
Christmas just a few weeks away, but Jakarta still has a few wonderful surprises to offer us away from the festive theme. We are going to be treated to a bit of baroque in the third week of December thanks to famous Mexican flutist Horacio Franco coming to town with his fellow pianist Santiago Alvarez to bring you all famous Baroque compositions made for flute and piano.
Courtesy of the Mexican Embassy of Indonesia, Horacio Franco and Santiago Alvarez will perform for the very first time in Jakarta on 18th December 2010 at Erasmus Huis. To the Mexican classical music scene, the name Horacio Franco is no longer unknown. He is the most successful Mexican classical musician with a vast repertoire ranging from Renaissance, Baroque and contemporary works. Having studied in Mexico and Holland, Horacio has performed in most major theaters in the world and has conducted many orchestras, including among others “The Academy of St. Martin in The Fields” for seven consecutive seasons. Enjoying a virtual rock star status, he has broken the stereotype of any traditional classical musician. A frequent soloist with almost all Mexican orchestras, Horacio has also performed with many respected ensembles around the globe such as The American Composers Orchestra in Carnegie Hall, The Berliner Symphoniker, Hungary’s Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra and Tokyo Solisten. This prolific musician has also produced 22 CDs in which he performs as either soloist or conductor. In his career so far, he has done world premieres for over 50 new compositions that were written especially for him by composers around the world. His love of Baroque music moved him to be the founding director of Capella Cervantina – a voice and instrumental group specializing in that genre. It is surely a great opportunity not to be missed, especially since he is performing for one night only. Back on the Christmas theme, The Jakarta Oratorio Society together with Jakarta Simfonia Orchestra
will be performing some classical treats. Under the baton of Dr. Jahja Ling, they are ready to perform Chopin’s ‘Piano Concerto No. 2’ featuring Jessie Chang as the pianist as well as Robert Shaw’s ‘Many Moods of Christmas’ on this upcoming 26th December 2010 at Aula Simfonia. This husband and wife duo of Jahja Ling and Jessie Chang are quite the prolific pair. Jessie appeared at the Blossom Festival with The Cleveland Orchestra playing Mozart’s ‘Concerto for Two Pianos and Orchestra in E-Flat Major’ with Jahja in August 2005 to great acclaim. She first discovered her love for the piano when she was four years old, just before entering The Yamaha Music School in Taipei, Taiwan. Later, Chang made her TV debut, appearing on Taiwan Central Television when she was ten years old. She received scholarships and graduated from The Manhattan School of Music where she received top honours as the best female pianist. With such a grandiose profile, this Christmas Concert is indeed an opportunity to celebrate Christmas in a memorable classical tradition. Make sure that you book a ticket immediately!

Domestic Groove: Celeb’s Chosen Seven
Singer, Songwriter What music are you into at the moment? The Tallest Man On Earth, Arrington de Dionyso’s Malaikat and Singa. What was the first record you bought—any interesting story about it? I can’t remember, really. Maybe...between Iron Maiden, Van Halen, Motley Crue or Bon Jovi. That was the music I listened to when I was a kid. I remember having a collection of tapes though. Most of them were rock and metal. What is your all-time favourite album? Tough question. Joni Mitchell’s Blue is definitely one of them. The Beatles, Revolver album. Um, I don’t know. I get confused when I have to pick which music or what album is my favourite. Maybe it’s because I enjoy each one of them. And what I listen to is constantly changing. It’s all part of a process, really. And they’re all equally inspirational. What was the worst record you ever purchased? The worst? Hmm, I don’t believe I have any. I’m quite selective in buying records. Who do you want to be, other than yourself, next time you reincarnate? If there is reincarnation I would want to be... I don’t know. Hahaha! I don’t want to be anybody else I guess, I just want to have the ability to change a few things in life. Some stories that I can change just to make it better, you know. What album do you choose to start your weekend? Whichever album from The Tallest Man On Earth. And song/album you choose to end your weekend? I always go for different albums, really. This weekend could be another album from The Tallest Man On Earth or Patrick Watson or Kurt Rosenwinkel, the next would be Latcho Drom, Explosions In The Sky or Grizzly Bear or Buena Vista Social Club or Arrington de Dionyso’s Malaikat and Singa or else. But recently I go for music that takes me straight to different places the second it’s played to my ears. All I have to do is just close my eyes and be someplace else. That’s my great escape.

Y
2 tahun berselang, 2007, masih bersama Warner, diluncurkanlah album ketiga, SSSTTT!!.
T
he melodic punk outfit from Yogyakarta, Endank Soekamti, have just picked Semoga Kau di Neraka as their second single. Not only is the title a little in your face (it means “wish you were in hell”), but the circumstances as to why it was chosen are a little unusual. They conducted a poll on social network sites such as Facebook and Twitter, hoping to gauge which song was considered the best to be the second single. And viola... As the second single, “Semoga Kau di Neraka”, has also made an impact on the ring tone sales, featuring even higher than their first single, “Audisi”. So far Endank Soekamti has released 4 full-length albums. The first one, Kelas 1, was released in 2002 with help from Pongky Jikustik and Tony traX. The second, Pejantan Tambun, in 2005, and third, SSSTTT!!, in 2007, were both released under Warner Music Indonesia. In 2008 at the same time they quit from Warner, they started their own online radio: soekamti.com. In 2010 they joined the Nagaswara label and in May released their fourth album, soekamti.com. A few days ago they finally decided to use ‘Semoga Kau di Neraka’ as their second single. Watch them live on Dec 19th at the 1000 Bands concert in Cibubur, or stay tuned with what they are doing via http:// soekamti.com

Twitter 5 Pre-Sale Tickets, S
& The Power of Twitter
Puluhan ribu orang datang tiap harinya…
Like it or not, you have to agree with the power of Twitter—or social networks, at least. Look what happened with Maroon 5. They are scheduled to play in Jakarta on April 27, 2011. Java Musikindo, the promoter, started promoting the concert a month ago and opened the sale of pre-sale tickets on Sunday, Dec 5 (note: Although the information about the pre-sale tickets was only published on Twitter and a few big banner ads, the 6000 tickets were sold out in less than 10 hours!
The power of Twitter! The magic work of social network!
Yes mister, the super power of Twitter!
A similar thing happened a few months earlier, Java Musikindo sold pre-sale tickets for Pitbull, and 4,400 of them sold out in less than 24 hours. As with Maroon 5, Java Musikindo only promoted the pre-sale tickets via Twitter, and it worked really well. Who would’ve thought that Pitbull would get that awesome response from the public? Java Musikindo is also using this strategy for the upcoming Deftones gig, scheduled to play in Jakarta on Feb 8. Their pre sale tickets were sold for one day on Nov 27, a few months before the gig. Although no proper data is published as to how many tickets were sold, if we look from the Twitter time line obviously the Deftones concert has created a lot of hype on that web platform. Earlier in October, JavaRockin’Land already proved how effective this Twitter marketing can be. By creating its own account which people can follow and know what’s going on minute by minute with JavaRockin’Land (e.g. Smashing Pumpkins confirmed to play? When are the pre-sale tickets on sale?). The gig itself ended up a massive success. Almost 50,000 people came to witness the biggest rock concert in South East Asia. Maybe not all because of Twitter, but there’s no doubt that Twitter played a major role here.

I
n a big city like Jakarta, we are spoilt for choice in terms of places to eat. However, it is always nice to find a new restaurant that not only serves good food, but is also cozy and affordable. Welcome to Ketjil Kitchen, a new eatery in the Sudirman Commercial and Business District (SCBD). ‘Ketjil’ is an old spelling of ‘kecil’, meaning ‘little’.
Most of the dishes are Western, but they do have some Indonesian food as well. We started with daddy’s big breakfast (30k); a hearty plate of scrambled eggs, toast, sausages, sautéed mushrooms, and tomatoes. It is a great way to start any day! If you love salads, go for the grandma’s salad (25k).
It is indeed a smallish place, but it is as cozy as they come. When you walk in, you feel like you’re in the kitchen and dining room of someone’s house. Wood dominates the interior, and the kitchen utensils make you want to cook something yourself. But we’ll leave it to them to come up with the wonderful food! A couple of old vinyl records on the wall add a nice touch to the room.
As for the main course, we decided on the yummy mummy lasagna (40k); an appetizing mix of lasagna, mozzarella cheese and rich béchamel sauce with minced beef and mushroom. Yummy indeed! It is easily one of the favourites here. They also have some tasty pasta. The fettuccine dory salt egg (37.5k) is another dish you should get stuck into. It’s an interesting mix of al dente fettuccine and

dory fish mixed with salted egg - somehow it just works! Those who like it a little bit spicy will love the spaghetti tuna picante (28.5k)! The al dente spaghetti and tuna are mixed with tasty pesto sauce, with some chili added for just the right amount of kick!
become a popular place for lunch in SCBD for a lot of business people during the week, and families and weekenders congregating on Saturdays and Sundays. You can join their cooking classes on Saturdays, but be sure to book in advance, as there is limited space available!
If you’re a meat-and-potato type of person, we recommend the beef scallopine (55k); a combo of juicy beef and baby potatoes topped with some greens and little slices of cheese. For the young at heart, the chili silly dog (30k) will satisfy the inner kid in you!
We are sure that food-crazed Jakartans will love Ketjil Kitchen. As they say in their motto, “A sensational homey taste in every single bite”! We are looking forward to our next visit already. GrandLucky Superstore Area Jl. Jend. Sudirman, Lot. 12, Jakarta 12190 Phone: (021) 5150818
For drinks, try the virgin mojito (22.5k) and ketjil punch (17.5k); both are really refreshing, but don’t forget to make room for their scrumptious Opens: desserts. The chocorico pudding (18k) and the Weekdays: 10am-10pm apple crumble (20k) are the best sellers here. Saturday & Sunday: 7am-10pm For a small place, Ketjil Kitchen sure has a lot http://facebook.com/ketjilkitchen of choice on offer, and although fairly new, it has

here’s an exciting new player in town! (Well, it has been there for a while) The popular Indonesian edition of Rolling Stone magazine is expanding their business with a café and restaurant. Located on Jalan Ampera near Kemang, Rolling Stone Café Jakarta looks impressive. Built like a modern glass house, the 2-storey eatery is certainly an attention-grabber. And that’s not just the exterior. You can choose to sit and dine indoor at the cozy lounge area, or al fresco on the terrace. With music at its core, Rolling Stone Café is definitely ready to rock the culinary scene of Jakarta. Rolling Stone Café offers casual dining with top quality food and beverages such as wine and fusion cocktails, and with superb service and affordable prices, this restaurant is fast becoming a popular place to be in Jakarta.

Now let’s talk about the grub. We ordered the salmon fritters (39k) for appetizer; small, scrumptious breaded pieces of salmon served with chili and tomato sauce. We are off to a good start. This dish is one of the many ‘lounge tapas’ choices available here. Next up, we decided on the seafood pizza (79k). From what we’d heard, this dish has become the new crowd favourite. It’s a delicious mix of fish, prawn, squid, anchovies, and basil with mozzarella cheese that will surely hit the spot. For you meat lovers, try the BBQ pizza (79k) that is generously topped with chopped meat, chorizo sausage, beef bacon, and chicken strips, with a tangy barbecue sauce. However, our personal favourite was the rock n roll tenderloin (169k); 150 grams of grilled, tender Australian premium beef with red wine sauce on a bed of fondant potatoes. The small green salad and grilled tomatoes on the side add nice colours, and a few vitamins! Seafood lovers will love the seared salmon fillet (89k); mouth-watering Cajun-marinated fillet of salmon, mashed potato, garlic bok choy and olive salsa with creamy mustard sauce. Another ‘house specialty’ you should go for is the rolled Mexican style chicken (69k); flour tortilla, chicken strips, ‘dirty’ rice, mango salsa, and cheddar cheese sauce. We ordered a couple of delectable desserts; the Rolling Stone cheese cake (49k), topped with blueberry sauce and peach, and the ‘kick andy’ bread pudding (49k), with orange sauce and Haagen Dazs rum raisin ice cream.Yummy! Rolling Stone Café has an acoustic band playing every evening on the terrace area. They also have DJ performances playing mostly house and electro music. Quite often the place hosts major music events at the large outdoor area at the back of the café. So, for a rockin’ good time, Rolling Stone Café is a great place to be!

If you are a fan of Stieg Larsson’s Millenium Trilogy books and their first movie adaptation and sequel, you should be quite anxious to see this second sequel. Well, as the director for this one is different from the first sequel, be prepared to forget your expectations. The first sequel might have gripped us with its Agatha Christie like mystery atmosphere, but this second sequel is more likely to thrill with its crime action scenes and disclosure of Lisbeth’s family and past secrets. Be patient, after playing with fire in the last sequel, the girl will be back to kick the hornet’s nest in January 2011!
Dream Home Drama, Slasher. Writer & Director: Ho-Cheung Pang. Cast: Josie Ho, Anthony Wong Chau-Sang, and Michelle Ye.

For every gore and slasher fan out there, this acclaimed Asian ‘bloodiest’ film from Hong Kong is something you surely do not want to miss! The story is simple and engaging in its plotline of how far a middle-class Cantonese working woman will go to get her dream luxurious apartment with a view to the bay - even if means killing her would-be neighbors. Macau casino tycoon billionaire, Stanley Ho’s daughter, Josie Ho (winner of Best Actress for “Dream Home” at the Sitges Film Festival) plays a believable role of a sadist murderer/fragile driven woman. The combination of sympathizing drama and bone-chilling thrill ride will definitely make you shrink in your seat, so prepare for a blood bath on the screen!
Gulliver’s Travels Adventure, Comedy. Director: Rob Letterman. Writer: Nicholas Stoller, Joe Stillman. Cast: Jack Black, Emily Blunt, Jason Segel, Amanda Peet. Lemuel Gulliver (Jack Black, The School of Rock) adalah seorang petugas administrasi biasa di sebuah kantor majalah.
The poster itself shows a man getting tied up by a bunch of tiny people, and gives us an idea of how hilarious this movie will be; the Jack Black kind of hilarious! The story tells of how Gulliver gets assigned to cover a story on the mystery of the Bermuda Triangle, but ends up stranded on the island of Liliput where he is a giant to the people of its kingdom. How the story ends isn’t what matters here; to see every scene with Black as a giant harrased by tiny people will surely crack a smile. With other hot players like Jason Segel (Forgetting Sarah Marshall), Emily Blunt (The Devil Wears Prada), and Amanda Peet (Something’s Gotta Give), this movie is sure to tower over everything else this month!

Studio 133 style
gives a touch of pop to the traditional heirloom Amalia, editor of www.fashionesedaily.com – style & beauty with attitude.
This year I got the chance to go to every show that Biyan hosted, from his main label Biyan, (X)S.M.L and lastly Studio 133 which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. Biyan started Studio 133 25 years ago in his studio in Surabaya. The label was established in 1985 due to the demand from Pasaraya for “something more ready to wear but still with that luxe and elegant touch”. Biyan named it Studio 133 because that was the address number of his studio at that time.

Biyan said that we should never forget our traditional heritage, and that’s why you will always see Biyan collections drawing from the legacy of our traditional heritage and culture. In this particular collection, he’s add a pop touch to it so it’s more acceptable for the modern market. Like it or not, we can’t take tradition just ‘as is’. We can however bring it with us into the future coupled with some more forward thinking ideas.
style
The show for Studio 133 was held on the 24th November 2010 at Dharmawangsa Hotel carrying the theme of ‘Kolase Keanggunan‘. The collection presented a collage of different motifs referencing traditional floral batik, geometric batik and ikat mixed with modern twists such as polka dots, monochrome geometric shapes, painted checks and also more subtle oriental floral designs. These different patterns are combined with a variety of textiles and cuts that make them more wearable on their own or with each other. Studio 133 collections not only mix different patterns together but also different fabrics. What I can’t get enough of is the beautiful silhouette created by the crepe de chine and the colour palette created with ombre tye dye. Refreshingly, chiffon is used for bottoms with different shapes, and light materials truly suggest both a carefree attitude with the right balanced neatness and elegance. Colourful matte beading and chunky accessories complete the collection.
Although modern seemed to be where this new collection was heading, the label’s signature kebaya was there to be seen on the runway. Made from organza with embroidery detailing, they are lightweight and wearable as a coat or jacket. Another signature is the jelaba which was reconstructed with different detailing and colour variants. The result is a chic maxi dress-like piece with protruding neckline. For me personally, I can’t forget how the jelaba was mixed with a cotton lace mini dress/tunic top with a sash on the waist. Bravo for Biyan! It has been quite a year for him and I can’t wait for next year when the cycle begins again and he previews every single collection from his different labels.
style Sariayu Exotic Indonesia,
the Colors of Asia!
After 25 years of consistently promoting the beauty of our country through their makeup collections, Sariayu launched the newest collection yesterday and stated that this one is inspired by the rich cultural influences on Indonesia from all parts of Asia. As we all know, a lot of our art and culture was shaped from a mixture of local customs from other countries such as India, Melayu, The Middle East and China. Inspired by this cultural assimilation, Sariayu has created four different collections for its Tren Warna 25th Anniversary, with each collection symbolized by traditional instruments which were also influenced by these other countries. Petikan Sitar (influenced by India), Alun Serunai (influenced by Melayu), Dendang Rebana (influenced by the Middle East) and Denting Kecapi (influenced by China). What I love about this campaign is the fact that these collections were represented by models with very different looks and different skin tones. Finally! A local beauty brand using girls with tan and dark skin tones! I want to applaud Sariayu for doing this because we all know Indonesian women come in different shapes, sizes and skin colours, right? Also worth noting is that as per the previous collections Sariayu is partnering with WWF Indonesia to preserve Indonesia’s biodiversity by donating Rp 500 for each product sold. Each of these collections consist of one eye shadow palette, two lipsticks and one liquid lip colour. The eye shadows are infused with pomegranate extract which is an excellent source of antioxidant, while the lipsticks contain mineral amethyst powder which they claim can help protect lips and reduce signs of external damage while improving blood circulation on the lips. It also contains vitamin E which can help moisten dry lips. Affi Assegaf, editor of www.fashionesedaily.com – style & beauty with attitude.

“Flickers and Flakes, Feathers take Flight,” a lighting and photography exhibition by Tian and Mira This Christmas, ARTiculation at Portico presents a lighting and photography exhibition by Septian Harriyoga and Mira Franciska, both are graduates from ITB Bandung. Tian chose the path of fine art, sculpture and photography, while Mira chose lighting design as the medium of her creativity. rom one canvas to another, there is only one single object that you will always see in his work: Borobudur. This massive Buddhist monument is Rudolf G. Usman’s main theme in his debut solo exhibition at Gallery Elcanna. He is known as an artist that is strongly committed to artistic experimentation and innovation. More than just mere portraits of Borobudur and of Buddha, Rudolf also uses these images as a medium to express his inner thoughts. Rudolf’s dedication of exploration is shown by using non-traditional approaches of painting by combining the use of watercolor, acrylic, collage, gold sheets, mirror, and coins. His dedication to his profession as an artist can be clearly seen in this exhibition, as his use of many different kinds of mediums employed in his pieces express his intrinsic value upon art. “Green
Dog” by Zhou Chunya
If
you happen to be an art lover as well as a dog lover, you will love Zhou Chunya’s works of art that come all the way from China. The exhibition which takes place at the Fang Gallery titled, “Green Dog” exhibits green dog sculptures that are made from bronze, stainless steel and fiberglass. Zhou Chunya has worked on these canine works of art for over a decade. The dogs featured in this exhibition are depicted in all kinds of moods and postures that are both life like and comical at the same time. A sculpture of a pair of big green dogs both with a huge happy yet silly grins sit together with their protruding tongues hanging low. To add to the comical sense of the two dogs, one looks slightly out of breath compared to his partner whose smile is somewhat conniving in a way. Many of his pieces feature dogs in a somewhat human kind of aspect. As one of the most important contemporary neo-expressionist painters from China, Zhou Chunya never wishes to be categorized to any particular style or group. He also has interests that stretch to world of Chinese traditional art.

The Only Indoor Pressure Smoker. Combining a pressure cooker and smoker in one appliance, this is the indoor pressure smoker that cooks barbecue brisket in only one hour - five times faster than traditional methods. The device increases the internal pressure by 15 psi, cooking food up to 70% faster while causing wood chips to release their fragrant, flavor-enhancing smoke. The internal chamber requires only three to five wood chips (not included) to impart authentic barbecue smoke flavour onto food and all of the hot smoke is contained inside the vessel until the pressure is released. An adjustable four-level rack holds up to 4 lbs. of food, from sausages and ribs to a whole chicken. The pressure smoker also cold smokes cheese or fish, it can sear food prior to pressure smoking, and also allows use as a traditional pressure cooker with a digital timer. http://www.hammacher.com/ $199.95

Just Bread
More than
You would think that with the name Bakers Corner, you’d only be getting your daily bread in this place, and you wouldn’t be wrong to an extent because that’s what you’ll see when you enter through the door. Pass the cake and bread stands, however, and you’ll enter into a world of international culinary delight.
E
ntering through the door of Bakers Corner’s main outlet on Jl. Teuku Umar in Denpasar, you’ll be greeted by the sweet aromas of freshly baked bread and the sights of beautifully decorated confectionary, but look past the mouth watering offerings and you’ll see a newly installed lounge area. Beyond that are seating areas for those seeking a more casual place to enjoy meals. The lounge area itself offers comfy high backed

seating in a slightly dimmed area, while the nonlounge area offering simpler seating split into smoking and non-smoking areas. The menu itself consists of a vast array of international cuisine, offering choices of Chinese, Indonesian, pastas and sandwiches sure to fill your belly without blowing a hole in your wallet. The drink menu also boasts its own mini booklet, but
those wanting a drink with a little more kick will have to look elsewhere as this is a family restaurant so the only booze you might come across is a beer. If you happen to be craving a caffeine fix, the choices of chilled or hot caffeinated beverages will surely complete you. Amongst the choices available on the menu, we were lucky enough to sample the latest Indonesian selection recently added to the menu. The Ayam Kremes or crispy chicken (Rp50K) is a traditional delicacy from the island of Java with a modern twist, featuring a large chicken quarter enveloped in a crunchy batter served with rice, fried tofu, raw vegetables and spicy sambal to excite the palette. The second meal we sampled was the crispy duck (Rp80K), a quite revered Balinese specialty consisting of half a duck marinated in traditional herbs and spices and fried to a crisp on the outside yet still juicy inside. As all local meals are served, you also get rice, sambal and vegetables to accompany the meal. Both meals are quite filling and sure to satisfy anyone’s hunger. Never wanting to leave our whistles dry, to quench our thirst we sampled the blueberry smoothie (Rp31.5K) which was refreshing and tasted very healthy, if you can imagine a flavour like that. For our caffeine fix we chose a creamy and chilled mocha chip (Rp25K) which tasted more like a dessert than a drink but was still a good caffeine high. To round the whole meal off, we sampled the Bakers Corner es special (Rp30.5K), which was filled with fresh fruit and crushed ice and topped with sweetened condensed milk and sweet strawberry syrup. The desert maybe a little too sweet for a Westerner’s tongue, but is quite pleasing for any sweet tooth addict out there, especially on a boiling hot day. If you happen to be heading far from the beaches of Kuta and decide to venture to Denpasar, Bakers corner is sure to provide you with whatever kind of meal you may be searching for. And why not grab some of the freshly baked offerings before you leave to remind you that you just came out of a bakery.
