Our dedicated team of Pilates instructors are on-hand to introduce you to Pilates and help you achieve your goals. Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen your core, tone your body and enhance your fitness routine. We offer Private Pilates Personal Training as well as Group Pilates Reformer classes. NEW CLASS!

REFORMER I: Learn foundational Pilates Techniques, a repertoire of basic exercises on the Reformer. (55 minutes) REFORMER II: Learn and master more exercises that are more challenging, work at a faster pace and start to see more results. There’s no set time frame or number of classes that will determine when to progress to Advanced Pilates. Self-assessment and an honest dialogue with your instructor is best way to approach going to the next level. (55 minutes) REFORMER III: This class covers 40-50 exercises at a fast pace. Fewer corrections are given as we transition are fast between the exercises. You’ve got to grasp the Intermediate work prior to taking Advanced level classes, Modifications will always be given. (55 minutes) REFORMER I/II: Mixed Level classes where the instructor blends the two levels of exercises to fit the needs of the group. (55 minutes) REFORMER EXPRESS: Learn the basics or deepen your knowledge of Pilates exercises; All levels welcome; $25.00 per class. (45 minutes) PILATES FOR RUNNERS: For a runner, posture is one of the key ingredients to success. And posture is very dependent on a strong core. Pilates develops a strong core by supporting and strengthening the muscles of the torso, hips shoulders and pelvis. These can eventually lead to a huge positive difference in your posture, technique, balance and stability. (55 minutes) ULTIMATE APPARATUS: Get ready for the most intense and unique body sculpting experience. This class combines it all! We use the Tower, Mat, Barre, and various props.. This class will take you to the next level!
