All bookings are to made on the official booking form available at the Club’s reception and at all F&B outlets. All cancellations must be made in writing and received by the Club no later than Friday, 14 December 2018. Please note that the full ticket price will be charged for new bookings and cancellations made from Saturday, 15 December 2018 will be billed 100% with no refund. A no-show charge equivalent to the ticket price will apply for those who do not turn up on the date of the event.
