How We Met

We made eye contact for 15 seconds in 2013 and he later found me on Instagram. We remained friends and then eventually went on four dates in five days, and the rest is history. I immediately knew he was the one.

Wedding Style

Damion and I really wanted a timeless wedding, so we’d look back and think, “We could have that wedding right now.” Our theme was black tie, and it was really important that my guests felt and looked amazing. Damion and I are super simple and chill, and while some of our wedding was a little extravagant, we also wanted it to reflect who we are too.

I danced my butt off, so I needed a foundation that would look great all night long.

Registry Faves

We didn't want gifts, so we set up a fund and are giving half of the contributions to charity. Damion is passionate about kids, and I about mental health, so we wanted to find a charity that benefits both in some way.

Honeymoon

I gave the honeymoon planning duties to Damion to include him in the wedding planning process. Our honeymoon was a complete surprise for me. (Spoiler: They went to Hawaii!)
