Top Tips for all things Matrimonial Your wedding is one of the best days of your life. However it involves a great amount of planning which can take away some of the magic during the run up to the ‘Big Day’.

Make sure the responsibilities of planning are shared around. If you are a ‘control freak’ you may find this awfully difficult but have faith in the people around you to help out.

Early planning helps to minimise the stress close to the wedding. It’s always good to have Plan Bs Cs and Ds in case Plan A doesn’t work out. If you are aiming for a big wedding, don’t stray too far away from where your guests live. If you do, expect some guests may be unable to make it. If you are planning to have your wedding in the UK make sure your wedding venue can be flexible in the event of any unexpected weather.

Next, slightly more beauty related, if you are going to tan remember not to go too dark and get it done properly. Allow plenty of time in advance before the day for the initial ‘stain everything you touch’ phase to be over. The last thing you want is to ruin a gorgeous dress / outfit with tan stains. The same rule goes for lipstick, makeup etc, don’t over do it. Focus on contouring cheekbones, and natural colours on the eyes and lips. Lipstick can sometimes smudge and can tend to get everywhere. Try different smudge proof gloss/ lipstick so that on the day you aren’t worrying.
