You grew up in the Memphis area. How did your surroundings impact who you are today as an entrepreneur?

I think my surroundings definitely helped to mold me into the person I am today Memphis can be a tough city However, there are many success stories here It showed me that I can excel and succeed with hard work and grit.

What inspired your start in interior decor?

I have always been passionate about decor for as long as I can remember As the saying goes, it is not work if you love what you do While it is a joy to wake up each day to do something you love, I must say it is STILL work. For me, it is a labor of love for sure!

What does your creative process entail?

My process begins with an inperson consultation. From there, I access what the client hopes to see for the space, and we move into discussions of budget, timelines, and the eventual design plan.

Tell us about Dee Harris Interiors?

Dee Harris Interiors was born out of my love of beautiful spaces. I am a self-taught interior decorator My specialty is mixing bold colors and patterns to achieve aesthetically pleasing, functional spaces www deeharrisinteriors com

Modern design is my first love and where I thrive I service the Memphis, TN, area but am also willing to travel if a potential client’s budget allows I work with both residential and commercial clients

What do you hope people take away from your work?

I want people to see Dee Harris Interiors as style personified! I want them to know that they are in good hands with me and that I deliver beautiful, consistent, quality designs I want them to know that I will provide spaces that are not only beautiful but functional but tailored to how they live, will enjoy, and be proud of for years to come

A Pretty Woman Who Hustles is one that has a vision and a plan. A Pretty Woman Who Hustles then implements that plan and does whatever it takes to make that vision a reality A Pretty Woman Who Hustles bets on herself and knows that with proper execution, the sky is the limit!
