Pra Bath Na Hong Weaving Group

Pra Baht Na Hong Village is a rice-farming based community. The majority of the villagers are farmers earning primary making a living from seasonal yields. in the off-season. With their availability of time, they have set up a weaving group to initially make products for their own domestic use. The products have been developed to be more appealing and variety. The villagers who go for collecting firewood also get closer to the nature and learn that dying can be made from some parts of plants.They experimented dying cotton threads prior to weaving. When these colourful dyed threads are woven together, they make more attractive patterns to loincloth fabric accordingly.
