Thanks to everyone for your cooperation in support of maintaining the beauty and comfort of our Mundy Mill neighborhoods! We know everyone is excited about the Springtime weather. Everyone can get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. This is an excellent time to take care of home exterior maintenance. If you have an older home, check to see if any parts of your exterior need to be repaired or refurbished and submit those Architectural Modification Application for approval from the HOA!
SCHOOL DANCES, PROMS AND GRADUATIONS ARE BEING PLANNED! Corsages and Boutonnieres, beautiful gowns and tuxedos, limousines and party buses! How exciting! As in previous years, if you have a graduate this year, you may put out banners and signs of Congratulations for your graduate on the front lawn! These signs can be displayed for two (2) weeks during the graduation week and the week following. If anyone is having a graduation party and would like to reserve any of the pavilions, please get your requests in now. Graduates can include Kindergarten, Grade School, High School and College or Trade School! We would love photos of anyone who has a student going to a dance, prom or graduating this year to feature them in our next Water Wheel Edition! A Message from the Manager Talk about being busy! Watching over our new landscaping company and our new pool company. Getting ready for pool season and the opening of Mundy Mill’s newest pool in the White Oak Sub-Division! The new homes are popping up overnight! There are so many new residents to welcome and I hope everyone is getting familiar with their surroundings and the way an HOA community runs! We have a lot of great events coming up this year and we hope more residents get involved. We thank all of our new residents for choosing Mundy Mill as their home community!
We love our community! If you have any creative ideas for our community, we would love to hear from you! Safety in our Community As we would all like to keep Mundy Mill safe. There are a few things that you can do as a part of the community. Street Light Outages If you see a street light out, it is a simple fix. Jackson EMC has a hotline to report street light outages. Simply get the number off of the pole that is out and call (770) 536-2415. They will take the information and then dispatch someone to come and fix the light.
2022 ANNUAL DUES 2ND INSTALLMENT The 2022 2nd installment of $300 is due on or before April 1, 2022. If you haven’t paid your 1st installment that was due on January 1st or paid the installment late you will see additional charges on your account and are responsible for the entire balance. The HOA cannot waive any fees. If you did not pay your 1st installment or did not pay the additional late charges, you will find that your amenity cards have been deactivated and will Call today for a free remain so until your balance is paid in full. NOTE: It estimate! takes 3-5 business days for any type ofon-site payment to post and your balance is not considered $ paid until it posts to your HOA account. Expires 3/31/19

Unfortunately, we will have to cancel the Blood Drive that was scheduled for April 1, 2022, due to a lack of drivers for the Blood community news Mobile. We will reschedule another blood drive in September or early October and hope you all will be heroes!

When Alhanna Butler began noticing sharp pains in her lower back, she brushed them off as symptoms of her pregnancy and her doctor agreed. Despite the professional diagnosis, Butler could tell something was wrong based on the way her best friend was acting around her. Keola, an American Akita, wouldn’t stop following Butler around and staring at her, and when Butler posted a pic on social media of Keola in action, several of her friends encouraged her to take the warning seriously.

unit revealed Butler had a double kidney infection, which explains the lower back pain, as well as Keola’s behavior. The rare infection actually had Butler moments from death if left untreated, but thanks to her dutiful dog, Butler made it in to receive medical care just in the nick of time.
