Grilled Peach & Watermelon Burrata Salad This delicious gourmet salad is one of my favorite summer time meals. It’s refreshing, colorful, and easy to make. If you don’t have time to grill the peaches, no worries, you can skip that step and it’s just as delicious! INGREDIENTS:

• 4 PEACHES, SLICED INTO 1/2” WEDGES

To assemble, place a ball of burrata in the center of the plate. Then arrange the watermelon and grilled peaches around the burrata. Sprinkle the watercress on top and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Bon Appetit

OLIVE OIL SPRAY

• 4 SMALL BALLS OF BURRATA CHEESE (1LBS) • 4 CUPS OF CUBED WATERMELON • 1/2 CUP WATERCRESS • 2 TBSP OF BALSAMIC GLAZE (I LIKE ALESSI & MONARI FEDERZONI) • PINCH OF PINK HIMALAYAN SALT Preheat the grill to medium-high. Spray the peaches with a little olive oil (so they don’t stick to the grates) and sprinkle with a tiny bit of pink Himalayan salt to bring out the flavor. Then place the peaches on the grates, cut side down. Depending on how hot your grill gets, you want to grill them for about 2-3 minutes per side or until they have grill marks. 4
