MathRelayisanactivityinwhichstudentsfrom7thand 8thgradetaketwomathtests,onewithacalculatorandone without.Eachtesttakes45minutes,witha15minutebreakin betweentests.Allparticipantshavetogothrougha10minute tryouttestandanswerasmanyquestionsaspossiblewithinthe allottedtime.

AndoverPublicSchool’sBoardofEducationhasdiscussedthepossibility of uniforms due to concerning amounts of dress code violations and distractionsthatshouldn'tbeoccurringduringourschoolday Partofthe problemisthetrendyclothesfoundinnearbystores Ratherthanfinding clothes that are appropriate for the school day, students are stuck with unprofessionaloutfitsforschool.Inaddition,thisproblemhascausedalot of controversy among the community. Parents are concerned about this new rule and say it strips their children away from their freedom, while teachers think this may be helpful to decrease the amount of dress code violationstheygiveeachday.
